Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I come here a couple of mornings a month to get coffee and a muffin. I usually head to the drive thru and I have found the service to be friendly and professional. The drive thru line moves along pretty fast (unlike the nearby Starbucks, where I have waited in the drive thru line over 10 minutes after placing my order. I sent my teenage boys into the store while I was on a call for work in the car. They attempted to order a dozen donuts and the clerk would not let them choose the donuts they wanted. We got them home half were stale some even appeared to have mold and also some were flavors no one would eat in our house. Will not be visiting this location. Ever again. read more

The service is not to bad however the product is not the best they need to use the oven accordingly and bot rush I've received my coffee and the top wasn't on correctly it spilled out on my uniform. It seems every time this location gets a good worker they don't stay long. We are left with bad service! There is a big guy in the back who makes the specialty sandwiches that I have seen on multiple occasions be rude to people. He raises his voice when people ask simple questions. It's hit or miss with this location. Ordered the new scramble bowl, decided to sit in my car and eat in their parking lot. The food was cold, it was literally handed to me 15 seconds before I parked to eat. The staff is always nice and friendly though but cold/lukewarm food that's supposed to be hot is always unacceptable. I was a GM at a fast food spot for years in my early 20's so I understand they're trying to get food out quickly to get those service times down for bonuses etc. but the focus should mostly be on the quality of food. I'm a teacher who had a teacher work day on Valentine's Day, and our school ordered ten dozen donuts to make the day a little better. When we went to pick them up, an employee rudely told us, "No truck, no donuts," meaning the donuts hadn't been delivered that day. I LOVE Dunkin. I frequent often but I do NOT recommend this location at all. Every time I've gone there, my order is messed up. Four times in a row I've gotten the wrong order. This last time was my last visit to this location. When I went to order, I said, "can I please have an iced coffee?" The response was I dont know, can you? And I could hear a few people in the background laughing. They ended up giving me the wrong order and my food was burnt. I understand we are human and people make mistakes, but how many times do i have to get the wrong order? There is another location closer to buckhead on Roswell. I hate that this is the only dunkin donuts between my house and work. I usually go about 2 times a week, and its usually about 50-50 whether or not they will mess up your order, forget to make your order (only happens when I go into the store), or forget to give your card back or a receipt. My expectations are pretty low for dunkin donuts - and as long as they are serving hot coffee i will go back. But hopefully management can get whatever cluster is going on! read more

The coffee is the main reason I go to Dunkin Donuts in general, and this location just happens to be closest to my work. They do a great job here flavoring it perfectly to my taste. I appreciate their donut variety on a daily basis; they are especially good with the monthly specialty donuts. The staff is pleasant, if not overly friendly. As noted by other reviewers, the parking lot is the major drawback here - it's tiny and difficult to maneuver around. And the drive thru is worse. I ABSOLUTELY Hate this parking lot! The entrance is almost always blocked by people trying to get out and the drive thru lane is very weirdly angled - I've seen so many people drive over the curb! Other than that, the service here is ok. I wish that the cashier would know to either get your money first OR hand you your food and hot coffee first because I'm not an octopus and can't do that out of a car window at the same time! They have a hard time keeping up with orders and will usually ask you to pull up the front (therefore causing more congestion) and will bring the food to you. read more

It's simple. I love the coffee at Dunkin. This location is near my job and they always give me good customer service and more importantly, they mix my coffee just right. I order it light and sweet and they deliver it perfectly most times. I'm not a big fan of their breakfast sandwiches so much, but they do a decent job with donuts. I hate the parking situation here, I must say. It can get hectic and annoying real quick. The drive-thru customers can block some of the parking spaces and the parking lot is just too small and tight. I don't let it stop me from getting to my coffee though. Never that. This is, by far, the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. Naturally, the morning rush is a busy time. But I've seen plenty of other DD's that handle it well. The drive thru line is snail slow. So I started parking nearby and just walk in, hoping it'll go faster. Nope. Got something even worse. I've been there a few times this month, and each time has been a bad experience for one reason or another. One issue I experienced was being forgotten for 10 minutes. I just stood there waiting and waiting until I had to ask where my drink was (it was just an iced coffee, nothing fancy). Another time I go back, similar issue. Super long wait time, only to find out they weren't working on my order at all. Today was the last straw. There's a new employee training at the register. They've already made mistakes for the people ahead of me in line. My turn comes up, I order Small Iced Latte, and Plain Crossaint (and point to it). They ask me 3 more times what I said, still key in the order wrong. The manger comes up, asks what the problem is to the cashier, says we'll have to give him the latte at this point since the card has already been ran. Apparently I was also overcharged for my crossaint, as Donut Crossaint was entered instead. So really, I'm not sure I didn't lose a few cents on it. Amazingly, I get my drink in under 5 minutes... then the wait begins again. No crossaint. Not from the cashier, not from another worker, not from the manager who saw me point to it to clarify it wasn't the donut version. I ask again and finally get it. All of these times, I realized they never handed me my receipt. And to be honest, it doesn't seem like it would have mattered since my orders were keyed incorrectly anyways. And with all the mistakes, I never got anything resembling a sincere sounding apology. The customer service as a whole in the store is terrible. But their communication and teamwork is even worse. Guess I'll just walk to Starbucks the next block and purposely pay more money for their bakery. read more

The past two times I have been to this dunkin I have had the worst experiences. The first visit, there was not one person in the dunkin but when I was in the drive thru and asked to split two orders (as it has been no problem in the past) the woman told me I had to come inside to do it. The woman was incredibly rude so I didn't even give her my business. This last visit, it was a different woman who was also unhelpful and rude. I will not be using this dunkin again. read more

On 9/12/2017, at approximately 4:15 PM, I was on my way home from work and decided to stop in at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 6060 Roswell Rd. in Sandy Springs, Georgia. There was one car in line ahead of me in the drive-through. It took 12 minutes to get through the drive-through. When I was finally able to make it to the drive-through window, I held out my phone to be scanned for the app so that I could pay for my coffee. The employee working the window tried to take my phone inside, telling me that the POS at the window was not in use. I told her I was not going to answer my phone, citing privacy concerns. I also mentioned the risk of breakage. The employee replied, "that's fine," and slammed the window shut. I'll admit, I was a bit flabbergasted at this point. I have never experienced this sort of treatment at any other Dunkin' Donuts. I also don't feel that it's an acceptable expectation for a customer to hand their $500 device to employee to carry through the store. I don't let my children handle my phone; I wouldn't let a perfect stranger handle it either. Hoping to talk to a manager, I parked the car and walked around to the front of the store. You can imagine my surprise at finding the door to the store locked. Customers in the dining area, seated, gazed at me in mild confusion at my inability to open the door. 2 other customers were unable to enter, as well. There was no "closed" sign on the door, there were customers in the dining area, and the doors were locked. No employees would talk to me or even indicate that they knew I (or the other 2 customers) was outside. I admit, I am quite impressed, as I've never had a local business go to such great lengths to run off my business before, so in that respect, let me just say: Bravo, Dunkin Donuts. Bravo. read more

Usually we come here for a quick coffee or a donut. It's right about half the time, but the location works for us so we keep visiting. Today however was our last visit. Instead of getting coffee and donuts we ended up with cloud of pot smoke. Two employees were outside near the drive thru smoking pot. Smoke that on your off time. read more

This place is horrible and disgusting. I waited 15 minutes for a flatbread sandwich during off-peak times. Somebody finally started making it, and I watch them take the cleaning bottles and the chemicals soap rag off of the sandwich bar and then make my sandwich directly on the same sandwich bar. I brought it up to the manager, and she shook her head back-and-forth and asked me what I thought she should do about it. Disgusting, and horrible. I'll never go there again.
