Full cup of ice, and a coffee not even full all the way

My wife and I used to come to this Dunkin from time to time but for awhile we stopped going. We decided recently to go get some coffee from Dunkin since it's a little cheaper than Starbucks and it's been awhile since we had them. I don't know what happened to this place but they have like 2-3 workers there. This place must've gotten new management cause their drinks are just full cups of ice with just a pinch of coffee. 6 dollars for a large coffee, and all you get is ice. On top of that even if you put less ice on your mobile order, they still put a full cup of ice. Just go to Starbucks, Dutch, or a local coffee shop until they get it together, you get better service and you don't have to ask for your drink to be remade every time you go.

Rubi was the sweetest barista ever and made our overall experience today so great! she also made our drinks so good!!

Dirty floor (whole restaurant was like this)

The workers in here all have the most dull faces possible. I stood by the counter in an empty restaurant for about five minutes before anyone said a word to me, the floor was filthy. Every single table is dirty and all the chairs are dirty. I overheard the barista complain about a ton of online orders, i've worked restaurant and food long enough to know that if you let everything build up and the place is dirty, it means you suck at your job. Will not be coming back, definitely rather give money to Starbucks or Dutch bros. The only reason this place is still in business is because it's too big to fail. Horribly ran, if I owned it I would chew out some shift leads or fire the gm.

It is certainly an odd donut experience to go through a drive through and no see the donuts being selected. But suprises can be fun! We got a random half dozen and received a decent spectrum. A couple chocolate and a couple creme filled, a blueberry, and a simple glazed. The chocolate was great. The creme was fair. The blueberry was loved (by those that like blueberry things). While they lacked a certain artisan delicacy to it, we couldn't complain. Some better visuals or list of options at the drive thru would certainly be helpful though.

The drink nonfat sugar free with their most popular coconut added ;)

Almost always does a good job the only problem is that their ice has a tendency to completely overthrow the drinks after 2 seconds lol

Oh my gosh, another fabulous Scotties run when I was down in Visalia. My friends took me to the one…read morethat's on the east side of town. When I was hunting for the address because I didn't exactly know where it was, I found this one which was right around the corner from the friend I was visiting. Awesome! It too is when one of those funky old 1950s drive-through's, which you have to be really sharp about figuring out how to drive through so that your windows on the right side. Thankfully, I just parked on the street, which gave me time to gaze at the trays upon trays of delicious donuts. The amazing thing about Scotty 's is they have the best raised donuts I've ever had in my life. So I bought a raised doughnut plain with glaze, a raised donut with a delicious cinnamon nut topping, and also a chocolate covered raised bar. Supreme. My friends introduced me to Scotty's and said every time they come to Visalia they go by Scotty's. Well... I think I'm committing to the same factor. Visalia visit equals a Scotties run. Hope others will join in!

I'm going to be honest, I've been a frequent customer for this donut shop for 12+ years and I've…read moreseen many workers come and go there. They have always had good customer service. The food was always consistent, but recently I noticed that the prices increased twice this year(inflation and payroll most definitely was a factor) but the quality has decreased significantly. I was surprised I paid 5.25 for a jalapeño cheese and ham croissant. Quite frankly k wouldn't mind d spending the money if the quality was there. But 5.25 for a non flaky generic unflavored croissant with one slice of Costco ham with an exact tablespoon of cream cheese and 3 slices of jalapeño can not justify that price point. To be completely honest I know that it's something that you treat yourself to every now and then. But I feel like I'd rather drive to the Mary's vineyard shopping center for their croissants. It's about the same price but it's no where near the same quality. Besides that point all the older Mexican dudes are happy chillen and drinking their 3.50 coffees outside on the bench. Its parking is not bad (off the street/ to the side) they do have a really good Vietnamese coffee. Always get the XL but anything else I'll probably have to pass.
