While waiting at the pick-up counter, I was watching two red headed boys working with the toasting of items. One boy dropped an item to the floor, quickly picked it up and sent it through the toaster. The other just laughed. Having employees who don't speak/understand English working the drive thru is very poor.

Food was good, on brand. Service was trash because the girl that helped us today on 10/20/24 was rude with a stank attitude. She didn't know how to count because we paid for 10 munchkins and she gave us 9. We went in and it wasn't the girl doing the drive thru. Ambiance was nice and clean. Good location. I ask myself why I even bothered to try Dunkin' again. I've stayed away for years, but decided I would try something new, since moving to the Cape. I ordered three hot products. Waited for over half an hour in line, and at least five minutes once I paid. Iced latte was fine, it doesn't taste like a latte, but it wasn't insulting, and I just needed the caffeine, so it was fine. Now moving onto the hot items. I thought I would be nice and treat the plumber and his helper, stupid me. why would I think this experience would be any better? Of course all three items were cold. Three of the same items were not even a little warm, after waiting over 35 minutes. How hard is it to heat a croissant? It isn't. The trick is you have to try. How is it that Dunkin' stays in business? How is it possible that they keep expanding, and how is it possible that there are hour long lines all the time?! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. read more

I will start by saying DD is my favorite coffee. On vacation I had a coffee at the South Yarmouth store and the water is always so blasting hot that it kills that great bean flavor of the coffee. The staff was awesome though. read more

First off, boo to Dunky's social media department for stuffing ads into Yelp business profiles everywhere as "storefront" pictures, and a quadruple-boo to Yelp for letting them get away with it. And now I find I can't upload my own storefront picture of this one for mysterious reasons that are probably a coincidence but make me very suspicious as a regular Dunky reviewer. This one in Yarmouth Port on the main North-South drag is hard to get into - you have to turn down a side street off Station to get there - and features a simply enormously long, snaking drive-thru that is frequently full with as many as 20 cars (I am not kidding). They move it along hella fast but it's still way too long for me. We walk in, and it's a large-format Dunky's (the old location over by the Stop and Shop was hideously undersized for the traffic) with a long line and the service at this one is kind of hit or miss. It's always busy in the mornings, even "off-season", it's better in the afternoons except in summer. read more

I have thought about this all day. And decided to write the review. NOT a great way to start a day. This DD is hard to get into from the Main Street, a left turn across traffic. Then a LONG winding drive thru. Placed my SIMPLE order, a LARGE cold brew coffee, black and 2 muffins. I get to the window (pay) and was handed a MEDIUM coffee. I politely asked, "Is this a large?". I was TOLD that is what you paid for. Now that wasn't my question. But since your employee didn't seem the least bit interested in correcting the error, I took the coffee and bag of muffins and drove away. I have a dear friend who doesn't drive and I treat her to coffee and a muffin twice a month. Be sure of one thing, I WILL not go back to this DD. I can drive out of my way to another location with BETTER customer service. This employee was RUDE and a poor representation of DD. Sadly I didn't get her name. The time was about 10 AM, not busy at all. Just one car ahead of me. I gave one star because I did get the 2 muffins. read more

Very poor customer service. employees chatting instead of assisting customers and moving slower than snails as they forget my coffee and continue to help four more people behind me. All I wanted was a small cup with whipped cream, I asked Karen (the manager) if I could buy a latte for that, I paid for one and she said she couldn't do it because she can only serve the whipped cream on top of the latte. Terrible terrible service in the mornings around 530 am. Coffee is never right and not by a little bit absolutely butchered. Waited for a sandwich for about 5 minutes to realize she wasn't even goin to make it until I had to ask her. Her reply was "I don't make sandwiches" I asked the other woman if she could correct my coffee and she made it out to be like I did something wrong. lets just say we ended up dumping out the cups of milk that were served to us! read more

Always get order wrong for your expensive coffee. I ordered lg dark roast iced coffee got decaf. When I brought coffee to store I was yelled at by an old, tall large lady that told me no cause I already drank too much of it. I told her that I didn't notice it was decaf right away. She looked at another employee and said ... you get it for her I can't deal with this. I then stood there embarrassed with not a friendly eye from any of your employees. You have not only lost me as customer, but all of us, me and fellow employees. You were a daily treat I looked forward to every day and it was a splurge for me to get coffee and leave a dollar tip.
