As first-time homeowners, we especially appreciated that he took the time to explain different parts of the process to us. Edison Ye of KZ Kitchen was masterful in designing our kitchen. His product knowledge was very…read morehelpful in new kitchen. We did our work ahead of our meeting with Edison. We had measurements and some ideas of what we wanted. Once contracted, their in-house installation team later came out of verify our measuring skills. We agreed upon the price for both cabinets and the installation, we set a date. Keypoints: They had all material in stock. They offered to start demo work the next day. We were not ready, we took a week to clear and pack up kitchen. The whole process took 7 days, not weeks as other contractors quoted us. The installation team was the hardest working I ever seen. They cleaned everything up and disposed of all demo materials. I starting quoting the kitchen project 3 years ago and the pricing and project time were very expensive and told it could months to complete . You can do this project on your own. Hire yourself, be the project manager yourself. Ask for better pricing like you are a contractor , and hire KZ Kitchens for both product and the installation. But go in prepared too. They didn't do the lights in the picture. The was Delton Electric in San Jose.

So I went to Rubenstein's a bought 600+ dollars of parts, and I told the counter guys "this stuff is probably all coming back, I wish you had a restocking fee because it's only fair that I pay for borrowing the parts." they just waved me off and assured me come on back we'll take care of you. At the end of the day, only the most expensive part, the valve, and 1 other part was needed to close up the line, finish the job, and put a smile on my customer's face. Two days later, I returned everything else and the guys were unfailingly upbeat and helpful. For a plumbing store, in this particular situation, this is unusual. I left feeling good about the whole process.

Hmmm so she figured all this about me from me asking for a specific mirror. Wow! Rude & judgey. A total pretty woman moment. They won't be getting my business and it was a lot of cabinets for my home and not cheap. My contractor sent me there. Big mistake KZ, BIG mistake!
