We returned the following day, and Thy helped us find the perfect flooring. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Her communication was outstanding, and she made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and stress-free. We also had our flooring delivered to our home, and Quan, our delivery driver, was just as wonderful. As first-time homeowners, we especially appreciated that he took the time to explain different parts of the process to us. Since he is also a contractor, he was able to share valuable insights and tips that helped us better understand what to expect during installation and beyond. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! At the end of the day, only the most expensive part, the valve, and 1 other part was needed to close up the line, finish the job, and put a smile on my customer's face. Two days later, I returned everything else and the guys were unfailingly upbeat and helpful. For a plumbing store, in this particular situation, this is unusual.
