I was able to find the brand that is slightly taller 34.5" that fits our needs (vs the standard 33"). The shop's focused on custom made or semi-custom made cabinetry. With my odd size vanity requirement, they were able to quickly offer a 3 cabinet solution that covered my needs. They will also suggest a couple countertop places to shop for and ordering via Excelle gets you a 10% discount. I visited the shop multiple times and happy to report that the experience has been consistently pleasant. Good coffee, good music, sound advice and they are super patient to let us visualize the colors and styles with different samples. Lead time is reasonable within a week for us and delivery was trouble-free.

In the end, we couldn't be happier with the result. The quality of the Shiloh cabinets is outstanding. The natural wood tones give the kitchen a warm, organic feel that is anything but bland. The variation in the wood grain makes the space feel truly unique and custom. We decided to mix two different wood tones, which initially made us a little nervous, but the final outcome exceeded our expectations. The daughter told me a different story that all the tubs from that brand are made to order and take 3-4 weeks! That it's set to ship on 3/13. There are still many options, from lower end to high end, but we really didn't find the perfect fit for our bathroom. However, we got lots of great ideas on bathroom lighting and mirrors.

She even offered to have me call back again in case I couldn't get the help I needed. All workers were very polite and respectful, which we really appreciated since we were living in the house during construction. The process started with the bid, which was done quickly and clearly. Of the four bids we received, Sunny was competitive with others. However, we liked the professionalism and approachability of Jose right off the bat. Through the design process , we were updated regularly on options, and never felt pressured to select specific products. The suppliers recommended were excellent. Demo and construction was quick and very tidy. We lived in our house during construction, and both Sunny and their subcontractors made sure to keep things clean around their work areas. All workers and subs were always on time and showed up when they said they would. There were never long periods where no work was being done, as is often the experience with other contractors. Small things would come up during construction, and questions were asked, but they were transparent about options on how to deal with them, and we quickly moved through them. Often the construction team would be waiting on us to make decisions, instead of the typical reverse! They were again very prompt and communicative with construction. The quality of work was great too, as we would often look at the work during the process. Our kitchen and dining room are beautiful and we are thankful the process was so smooth with Jose and his team at Sunny!

Love love love my white cabinet in the bathroom I ordered a 36'' with pre-cut countertop I loved it with the black handles, I know lots of people recommend against black fixtures because the water stain but black paired with white is still so much more prettier. Lance helped me with ordering and I can pay over the phone which is greatly convenient as I can't afford to visit the store very often. The installation is also very smooth with no issues at all. I highly recommend trying their service and product because the lead time is everything now! I can't afford to have my bathroom vacant to wait for other stores 5-8 week lead time. It took about 3 days and my contractor can pick up from Union city pretty quickly. read more

After some bad experience at other KZ locations, my contractor recommended me to come to this KZ at Santa Clara. My experience here is great. Their staff are very friendly. I bought my kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop and all other kitchen and bath remodeling supplies here. The store is not very busy, selection of products may not the best, but Lance, the designer made sure everything fit my needs. From order to installation, the whole process took only one week. I talked to Patrick on my first visit. He is very knowledgeable and quick in thinking. He caught some of the mistake in our floor plan, and explain why certain things have to be added to the order. I had problem finalizing the color. Patrick helped us on that as well. When we finalize the plan, the price is lower than all the other estimates I received. The cabinets and the quartz were delivered without any problem. They look exactly as I imaged after they are installed. Everything fitted perfectly. We ended up at advance cabinet halfway through our house renovation project when we had already placed an order for kitchen cabinets but were still hunting for everything else. Store is not large but among the selection they had they managed to tick all the boxes for me. I wanted solid wood, non white option and advance had these beautiful natural solid wood cabinets. I got excited and quickly placed an order for both our bathrooms. We had worked with Patrick, he is easily the smartest person we had come across over the course of our remodel hunt. He had renderings drawn up in a few minutes and provided unbiased feedback. We were meanwhile also trying to design our tv wall. We got quotes in the upwards of 20k for just that wall and I knew I didn't want to spend so much. Then an idea struck me, why not use the cabinets from advance which are typically meant for bathrooms and kitchens in this area as well? With some careful planning I knew I could make this work but needed validation. We ended up at advance again and shared the idea with Patrick and within a few minutes and in less than 3k we got cabinets for the tv wall. Overall highly pleased with the experience and quality of what we got. They also have a huge selection of flooring options.

They carry mostly factory made inventory, so if you want a standard size item, Granite Expo is not a bad choice. Bathroom is clean with plastic seat cover, free coffee machine and a good size showroom for kitchen and bath. We ended up buying a vanity and since we picked up the same day, we got the month discount. Everything was up to satisfactory, but the item we bought did not come with warranty. Terry warned us to examine the product carefully before acceptance and to their credits, the delivery team brought 2 items for us to choose since the first one had some color stain. They carry American made brands and European brands, so the vanity has the American shaker style as well as the European flat panel styles.

My experience with Bay Stone Depot was extremely frustrating and disappointing…read more I purchased two stone slabs for my home, expecting premium quality and service given the price. Within weeks after installation, pit marks and dents began developing on the surface. Over the following months, additional defects continued to appear under normal use. When I reported the issue, Bay Stone initially acknowledged it as a quality concern but directed me to work directly with their supplier rather than handling it themselves. After months of follow-up, the supplier's representative inspected the slabs and offered replacement slabs. I then returned to Bay Stone to request some form of refund instead of replacement, since the cost of uninstalling and reinstalling the slabs makes the replacement offer impractical and financially unreasonable. Bay Stone indicated that a refund might be possible but claimed the supplier required the original slabs to be returned. That was not what I had been told. After I confirmed with the supplier that returning the originals was not required, Bay Stone changed its position. The manager, Kimberley, told me it was "not scientifically possible" for pit marks to develop after installation and suggested I should have identified the issue at delivery. I provided multiple dated photos showing the progression of the defects. After that, my messages went unanswered. What stood out most was the lack of ownership and empathy. Kimberley was not apologetic and did not appear interested in finding a practical resolution. Instead, responsibility was repeatedly shifted, and ultimately, the issue was attributed to me for not raising it at delivery, even though the slabs appeared fine at that time. It felt as though once payment was made, accountability ended. When customers pay premium prices, they expect both quality materials and meaningful support if something goes wrong. In my case, that expectation was not met.

Hesam and his team was very professional. Hesam promptly came in our house with measurement and estimate of materials and labor, low priced and honest. Hesam helped us to select solid hardwood floor that matched up with small part of our existing hardwood floors. The hardwood floor materials (floorings, reducer and stair nose) are high quality made in USA. The service team lead by Leo were very talented, friendly and hard working. They were very efficient from hauling the old carpets, well preparing the floor (fixing weak and squeaking spots) before installation, I really appreciate the craftmanship of installation, specifically the stairs and seamless flushing of all the transitions between the hard wood and existing floor bases (entrance marble, existing hardwood floors, three ceramic bathroom floors and the exit to our sunroom) which made the whole floor looked so beautiful through out the house.
