They took extreme care in aligning the minor tile patterns, installing the vanity and lights perfectly symmetric. Some highlights I'd call out are they have great subcontractors and technicians. The tiling, paint job, electrical... everything was fantastic, and everyone was super easy to work with. We've always had communications / language barriers when working with workers in the past, so it was nice to be able to answer questions or give feedback directly onsite without having to wait for Umid to jump in. I also found Cotfort trustworthy and reasonable. For one, I decided to try an online-only tile company which led to terrible delays to the project (my fault there), and they were patient with reschedules though I know it caused them headaches. They also stepped in to make things right, without hesitation, when their countertop fabricator accidentally installed the wrong floor curb on the shower. Another sign of trustworthiness: I asked them to come back after the work was done to change out one of the accessories in the bathroom... they really had no obligation to but they did anyway. There were definitely some hiccups, like in all projects, but it helped a lot that they were responsive, flexible, and communicative. Tomio and his team work harder than anyone I have seen. Have you ever gone by a construction site and everyone is just sitting around? I never saw that with Tomio and his team. These guys are always moving at lightening speed. He was amazing to work with. Don't be fooled by those big construction conglomerates and their "large" teams! We have family that went with one of those companies against our advice and they have regretted it and they wish they went with NuVision! Tomio's attention to detail is incredible. I had a similar experience to another reviewer here. Our project was an expansion and remodel of the living area and adding a deck. In our case, that meant we had to move the electrical box to a new location. When Tomio started looking at the wiring the previous contractor had done about 5 years earlier, he couldn't stand it. He said it was a mess under the house, too many connections. Technically it was up to code but he just didn't like the mess of wire and he wanted to redo it so he did at no charge to us. How many people in this industry still do that kind of thing? It seems everyone just wants to do the bare minimum to get paid these days, but not Tomio. He is one of the few out there who insists on doing it right whatever it takes. I am also a bit of a DIYer so I "helped" Tomio on occasion by doing some things myself that I wanted to do during construction like installing attic stairs and doing some low voltage work with his guidance. I know I was probably getting in the way but Tomio was always patient and offered great advice on how to do it correctly and to code. I unfortunately do not have pictures of the finished space they worked on but I did find a picture of the wiring work Tomio did and I am attaching that here. Needless to say the finished space was impeccable and we were very happy. Anyone with a little OCD will appreciate the wiring picture though and it just shows how Tomio and team pay attention to the tiniest details! This electrical panel was eventually covered and no one would ever see the detail under it but just knowing how he did that kind of work everywhere whether it was visible or not was comforting as a homeowner.
