We made…read morereservations and booked online, and before booking they clearly show how many spots are available for each time slot. It was $40 per person, and we came during one of the busiest times. I wouldn't try walk in. The website mentions that adults and kids have separate areas. However, there were teenagers in the adult pools, and there did not seem to be any limits on how many people could be in one pool. At one point, there were about 18 people in a single pool, which surprised me. There are 32 pools total, with 16 on the adult side. The hottest pool was 109 degrees and felt amazing. They have fire pits outside if you need to warm up when it is cold. There are dressing rooms and showers inside the bathrooms, but we later realized there are additional changing rooms outside with more space. Lockers are available inside for $5, which is convenient but a bit small if you have a lot of bags. There are also free lockers outside near the outdoor changing rooms, but they are open without doors. Overall, it was a great experience. I think the best time to come would be during the week when it is less crowded, so be mindful of weekends, holidays, and long breaks. The parking lot was fine, just a little tight and crowded. I would definitely come back.

Staff is friendly, the grounds are beautiful and it can be relaxing. The new bathrooms were nice. But the dressing room was small fornthe amount of guests at the time of our last visit. We went this past weekend and it was very crowded and hard for two of us to find a pool that we wouldn't be shoulder to shoulder with strangers. Empty cups and aluminum alcohol bottles floating in tubs. Kids were picking up cups discarded by adults, filling them with dirt and pouring them into the pools while parents partied. We moved a few times and it wasn't a singular occurrence. Many people mentioned they were overstaying their 2 hour pass because the was no way staff could identify them. I used work at a hostpring so I know how hard it is to enforce, but understand that it causes issues like we were seeing. Hot water was nice, but the overall experience could be better. Just dont expect it to be relaxing.

The passes include a ride on their Inferno Mountain Coaster, the Alpine slides, Go Karts, Board/Boat trip in the lake and gold panning but we went on double ride day and had double the fun! Our half day passes were from 10am-1:30pm but we ended up staying until 3pm just enjoying the mountain scenes and Bear Bar and eats! We all agreed it was something we would want to do every summer. The views and adventures were incredible and we definitely made lifelong memories here. Note, strongly suggest you hit up the coaster, alpine slides and gold panning together as the Go Karts and Lake Adventures are more towards the entrance of the resort, but with the shuttle and awesome staff, it's easy to get there and they were super supportive of time restraints!

I wish I could've stayed longer! The room has AC and a ceiling fan (double bonus), ear plugs, fresh flowers, local coffee, and other amenities such as dishes, soap, makeup remover wipes, an iron and ironing board, cold water in the fridge. I have never stayed at a place that felt so homely. The bed was comfy and thank goodness there was no down comforter- I get so hot with those no matter the temp. They also own a restaurant and bar next door- such a convenience! My mom and I enjoyed some cold brew and beers outside while waiting for our check in time. Hands down, the best place I've stayed! Keep up the wonderful work, as it shows.

Staff were extremely friendly and we were able to check in early. Our room was on the first floor right by the pool, hot tub & bar/breakfast area. Originally thought that was awesome so we didn't have to travel far. However, we soon realized how thin the walls were & how loud the pool area was. Not ideal but thankfully the pool closed at 9 p.m. Only time we had a problem was after hours neighbors being loud (thin walls) & morning time when breakfast was being served. Our room was decent size and well kept. Bed was comfy, bigger TV w/ direct TV, mini fridge, microwave, couch, office space & a walk in shower, coffee maker, ear plugs, soaps & lotion. The pool area & hot tub was well kept & clean. They had happy hour from 5:30 to 6:30 and offered free cocktails & draft beer for guests. Breakfast was great! I wish they had more healthier options but over all no complaints. The ladies kept all serving tins full & kept the area clean. Over all our stay was good with minor complaints. *side note- if you're coming on a holiday (like Thanksgiving) just be advised that mostly everything is closed!

The happy hour drinks weren't amazing but they were free! Staff was friendly and helpful which is always a great plus!
