I get my sandwiches and go to my car, the coffee was pretty good, I am going to be honest, I got the iced coffee with coconut and maccadamia, so since I drove 45 minutes, I decided to placed another order of the same coffee because I had almost finished it, placed the mobile order, and walked in to wait in the tables with the AC, email said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, theres literally no one there, So I wait the 15 minutes and nothing, so I walked to the pick up area so they can see me because at this point I notice theres literally no one in the front, so Im thinking they probably forgot about my order, I go over to the counter, to kind of peek to see of theres anyone I can get their attention, when I notice a coffee just sitting there, I go over to check and it is my order, no one told me it was ready, they saw me sitting there waiting and at no point did anyone say "oh your coffee is actually ready" this is my first time, I dont know their dinamics, usually in any coffee place they call your order or name to let you know its ready, but nothing, so Im just waiting there, I dont know how long the coffee has been there, It was a huge dissapointment. I was actually so excited to try it, I mean I drove 45 minutes to get here, I was very surprised with the type of service at this establishment, the drinks might be ok, but unfortunately this experience would not make me come back here and rather take my business elsewhere. This was the closest one to the freeway while I was driving back from California to Vegas, so I pulled off to grab a drink to help stay awake for the long haul. The young lady working the window was super cool and patient - she helped me figure out the app to redeem one of my rewards without any hassle. My drink came out fast, maybe 5-7 minutes tops. I went with my usual: a Shark Attack Rebel, double blended with soft top. As always, Dutch Bros rarely disappoints, and this location nailed it perfectly. The drink was spot-on and exactly what I needed to power through the rest of the drive. I could see the team inside hustling - great teamwork and coordination as they handled both drive-thru and walk-up orders efficiently. Everyone seemed on top of their game. I didn't say anything. I am a regular customer that always buy pb acai bowl at least 3 times a week. When they brought up my order only 3 was released and they seem to not know tha I ordered four so reminded them about the 4th item. I noticed that my pb açaí bowl was very little only half of the bowl and when I complain they seemed upset that I complain about it. Even though they offer to put more I just rather not since they gave attitude already . Now the 4th order came out suppose to be acai protein and it has peanut butter in it .my son-in-law sip on it that's when he found out it was not what he ordered . I'm glad he only drank a little and didnt flare up his allergy .we complained and they realized they made a mistake because the right smoothie was in the receipt so they made us a new one. When we came back home I immediately gave my son-in-law Benadryl so the allergy do not flare up. I am calling the attention of the manager to please advise the seller to be careful on preparing the food because people can die from peanut allergy.
