The drinks are always good, but for some reason this location is the WORST with wait times. You will be in drive thru for 30-45 mins. Crazy! I prefer going to Yucaipa way faster service. 2nd and last time giving this location a try. I dont understand what takes them so long to make drinks. read more

I was so happy to see this location open!! Dutch bros is such a great company and their customer service is above anything else! I live the upbeat atmosphere and music. A few things to know about DB before going... *Their lines are long yes this is any Dutch bros and is honestly something you just need to know before going. The employees literally have no control over this!! The line will usually move pretty quickly but expect to wait for a bit. *This specific DB has not been opened very long and is still ironing out their kinks and learning to work with one another be patient and cut them a little slack. The menu is huge and a lot to remember for them they are learning still and kindness goes a long way! *Their drinks can be sweet yes. The rebels are energy drinks with added flavors they will be sweet. You can always talk to your broista about options and explain you don't like ultra sweet that is what they are there for! *The employees are there to talk to you and ask you about things. They want to strike up conversations and engage with you. They also are extremely helpful if you have any menu questions. The menu can be super confusing and they know that! Tell them what you like and they will make suggestions! As alway just be kind it costs nothing and goes so far! read more

Worst Dutch location I've ever been to and Omar should be fired. I live in Santa Barbara county and traveled to Palm Springs for a bachelorette party. I love Dutch Bros, so I decided to stop at this location on my way back home and I received the worst customer service ever first of all it took forever to receive the drinks the workers were dancing and laughing, and I felt like they were even talking about me. Also, there was an employee wearing flip-flops like what that is so unsanitary also Omar gave us attitude. I wanted him to repeat the drinks before I gave him my card to pay and I was like "blended right" he goes. "Is that not what I said" like why is he talking back to me? Isn't customer service something that all places should give. I was very disappointed because usually I get the best customer service at other locations. Drinks tasted like water with a bit of caramel had to toss away. not cool. Pick a different Dutch bar location if you're looking for a better experience. read more

I went today 3/11/24 and received my coffee from the window around 10:25 am from an African American barista with braids (I wish I would have gotten her name). I am not discriminating what so ever, please do not take it that way this is just all I remember. I asked for an iced golden eagle with EXTRA caramel drizzle and EXTRA banana soft top. When she was handing me my coffee it did not have any caramel drizzle at all. I told her I ordered it with EXTRA caramel drizzle. She got another cup, put LIGHT caramel drizzle, and dumped my coffee into there. So now the soft top was at the bottom. I thought to myself are you serious right now?? Then I told her, I want the soft top at the top... how it is supposed to be, not the bottom. And she rolled her eyes, and made a whole other drink. BUT she only poured the LEFT OVER banana soft top on the top that was left over in the container from when she first made my drink. So, it was barely any soft top at all. She was literally scrapping the left over soft top that was in the container. She should have made more soft top to give me the extra I asked for. But no instead I barely got any, honestly probably about 2- 3 table spoons of it. At this point I was just over it. So after everything, I still didn't get my extra caramel drizzle or extra banana soft top. I'm really upset, I am pregnant 4 months. I have not had coffee in 4 months and today I wanted to treat myself with this and I had the worst experience ever. read more

I was so excited for this location because I would have to drive 20 mins to Yucaipa for my fix well I'm actually still doing it because this location I hate to say it SUCKS! The employee super nice but are slooooo asf. Look Yucaipas location could never I mean we could be in a long ass line and still be out in 15 mins. but this location had me waiting 30 mins just to make my drink wrong ‍ and y'all know I was not about to turn around and ask them to remake it even though I know they would. So disappoint I just continue to go to Starbucks right under the bridge and if I need my fix for Dutch best believe I will be spending 20 mins driving to Yucaipa because I'm never disappointed.
