My closes DB!! And I love this location!! They are so nice EVERYTIME i come!! Gotta love it!

This is my absolute favorite DB! I always get blended Rebels - I love trying the monthly specials. Something about the way this location blends their drinks makes it more dense and more blended - rather than some places that add soda water or don't do enough ice. While my heart doesn't thank me for it, I am freaking hooked! They also take your order when you are waiting in line so it's a breeze to roll up to the window, pay, and get out of there. I love this place, every time I visit Oregon I gotta go there and drink their iced beverages! They have a few items on the menu that the master very well. Their coffee is great too, and the beans are good I thought. Each location might have different service but over all they defiantly rock your buds. read more

When I got to Portland and my hotel today, I asked where I could find a Dunkin' Donuts. No Dunkins in Oregon. So, I had heard about this place and heard they brewed a good cup of coffee. I must say, at first I wasn't sure, because I don't like drive thrus and while they have a walk-up window, you still cannot go inside. And it was busy! However, the line moves, as they have very friendly people coming out to take your order and by the time you get to the window, they have your order ready for you. The coffee is not as good as Tim Hortons or Dunkin' Donuts, but it is great! I will be in the area until Tuesday and plan on making this a frequent stop! Very, Very Good! read more

Finally came here to see what the hype is all about. Plus the baby is asleep and I needed a drive thru coffee. First off, staff is super nice. Not overly scripted nice, but genuinely friendly. Thank goodness. If you're gonna greet Portland's finest before their morning cup of joe, the least you can be is nice. Line moves pretty quick too. Again, thank goodness. I have to agree that the location sucks, big time. But I understand, desperate times call for desperate measures. Just sip your coffee while you wait patiently for that damn red light. As for the coffee, it's not really my cup of tea, pun intended. The drinks are on the sweet side. I've only tried the annihalator (after many recommendations) and another blended coffee and both are a little too sweet for me. I can now understand why kids love this place. I'll come back for a regular coffee, and mostly cause the folks are friendly enough to make up for the location. read more

When i pulled up to window to collect my coffee after already paying, the lady in the window leaned down and looked closly in my car. That felt odd but i let it slide. Then i noticed that the car in front of me didn't pull away completely but stopped and put on her flashers. I thought it was strange she then got out of the car and started walking back to me while I was waiting at the open drive through window. I had thought that she forgot something but instead that lady put her head in my car and asked me if it was true that i was drinking from an open alcohol container! I was beyond shocked. It was 3 in the afternoon on a Thursday and i was with a friend getting coffee. I informed the busy body lady that in fact i was not drinking and asked how would she get such an idea. She said The lady in the window told her that I was drinking Vodka while waiting in line. I showed her my large Voss bottled water, full of water, and the lady got back in her car and left. It makes sense why the lady in the window was acting shady. Why she felt the need to gossip about me to the car in front, to accuse me of drinking and driving with no evidence is beyond me. Why the window lady could talk to someone else but not me about it? If she was truly concerned about me drinking then she should of informed the police. I am completely offended. She offered me barely a sorry and a lot of excuses why she thought what she did was ok. It was very unprofessional of her to gossip that way. I will never return to that location again. read more

There was a lot of hype about this little coffee shack, and I was especially excited about one opening close to where I work. I really wanted to try them out for free at their Grand Opening, but missed out. When i finally did get to go, I have to admit that I was a bit disappointed, but that really isn't Dutch Bros' fault. It was around 8pm and there was only one barista working. She was very quick and efficient - I had my mocha in one minute. The drink was fine, but really nothing special. I'm planning on going back soon and hopefully I can edit this review. read more

Dutch Bros has won me over. Hands down friendliest, quick service. College-age kids working here and they seem to be having a great time, management is doing a great job hiring quality kids. I have seen this at multiple locations. I am not much for fancy frou-frou drinks but I have found a few here that I really like. Love the annihilator with an extra shot. As is, the drinks are not strong enough coffee-wise for me, but with extra espresso it's great and still cheaper than starbucks. My ten yr old loves the mango smoothie. What really impressed me though, was when they did a fundraiser for a child we know who has cancer...they donated 100% of proceeds for a day to his cause. Who does that?? 100% ?? Wow. I love the kicker, but the manager needs some work. I have had two negative encounters with the her; both in which she was extremely short tempered and condescending. We first tried a Dutch Bros in Newport, OR. We were pleasently surprised how good their coffee was. We were excited to see this Dutch Bros get built, it's the nearest to where we live. Their service is great, their crew are awesome and the kids love their mini smoothies and Italian sodas. We usually just get their coffee, but I like the fact that you can add flavors at no extra charge. Keep it up!! read more

I love this place. I never really had a regular coffee habit, but I've been going a lot more lately now that I've found Dutch Bros. They have coconut milk which is a draw in and of itself, since I don't drink milk and don't care much for soy. Yes, this is a busy location, but it is a wonderful system they have. It goes way faster than other drive up places. By the time you reach the window, the coffee you ordered from the friendly person who comes outside to take your order is ready. This Dutch used to be my favorite bc they USED to make drinks consistently good. Now I don't know what I'm going to get when I order my usuals. I understand they have a new staff and that people are human and make mistakes but today I drove through and ordered a smoothie, it was supposed to have caramel on it and the woman at the window looked at it, made a face like she knew it wasn't right but handed it to us anyways bc it was taking too long. Uh I paid for the smoothie to be right not to be shooed along. In the past I have let little mistakes like this slide because I understand what it's like to be new and make mistakes but when you KNOW it's wrong and still hand it out.... not cool. read more

Loved the brand of coffee but was very irritated when I was the last car in line of 6 and 2 other cars that showed up after me stopped and walked up to the window. They were helped, served and were gone before I was even at the window. Than the staff didnt even apologize just said yea were busy..... O well and made me pay. They are always so energetic. I love the iced cocomo it is my favorite. The punch card is great too, everyone loves a free drink. The only downfall is the traffic on Pacific highway. Also that you can only access it if you are heading east on hwy 99. read more

I pulled up and got my and my boyfriends long, custom orders to which the guy got the first time and without fail as has always happened when at dutch bros which I love about them. Then we pull up to the window and get outstanding customer service, also as always. Then the ipad was not processing my card right, so the lady at the window goes and gets the other ipad, apologizing the entire time and tries that one also to no avail. When that doesn't work either and we've been barely waiting about 2 minutes they go ahead and give us the coffees on the house. Yes really, free coffee for the 'inconvenience' and they apologized again for making us wait. It was amazing I was shocked. They are so awesome and I couldn't thank them enough. Dutch is definitely no. 1 in my heart. I loved them before that and love them even more now they never fail to be outstanding in every way. read more

I've always loved Dutch Brothers but have avoided this location because it's so damn popular. I drive by every morning, see a dozen cars waiting an think "I don't have time for that chaos!" This morning I was headed to work extra early and while I still didn't have a lot of extra time, I knew today I was going to need the extra boost, so I pulled in. I immediately regretted it, as once I pulled in a saw 9 cars ahead of me and a pedestrian at the window. Given the layout of this drive through, I was trapped, committed, convinced I'd been there forever. Sometimes it's good to be wrong! The barista's run outside to take your drink order before you even get to the window. So your drink is waiting for you when you pull up to day. Staff is super friendly and super dedicated to my coffee needs at they ran out in the rain to take my order this morning. I timed it, it was six minutes from the time I pulled in, they served 10 other customers and I was on my way! Yeah, tip well for that people! Oh second thought, ignore this five star review, this place is perfectly popular and heaven forbid I have to wait 7 minutes for my coffee in the morning. ;) read more

Dutch Bros on hall will forever have my heart & I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Their drinks, atmosphere, people, & service are all beyond worth it. Everytime I come here, the workers never fail to put a smile on my face & to make me laugh. It always feels like meeting your new forever friend each dutch trip I take. Even though sometimes the long gets pretty long, the people & drink make it all worth it. I couldn't give more appreciation & positiveness out of this Dutch Bros. It deserves so much more love from everyone because of how much love they give to each & every one of their customers. They make sure to have an actual conversation with you, which makes my trip 100x better. To know that they care about you in such a small way goes a very long way. The coffee tastes great and is well priced with no hidden charges (did you know that Starbucks adds a shot to the Iced Venti Espresso drinks for consistent taste and takes on a charge to their menu price?).
