waited an hour forgetting its a saturday, however i read the yelp waiting in drive thru and these reviews are a lot. staff was clearly overwhelmed and tired but very friendly and nice. maybe not as friendly as other locations, but theyre most likely burnt out since opening. my drink was kinda melted but the car before me had a big order so i get it. drink is good. if youre coming here please be nice to the staff theyre literally shotgunning rebels to get through their shifts. maybe avoid coming on weekends if a long wait bothers you or just wait for it to settle, or just go to the hollister location read more

Get it together DB Gilroy, you've been open for a while now and have hour wait time in your drive thru (unacceptable), order ahead online for pick up turned off, and still can't efficiently deliver. Perhaps sending over a few OG workers from other locations to help guide the other workers may help. The two lanes turning into one at the drive thru normally is fine at other DB locations but here it's a different story. You'll be told to be behind x car but if the flow of the line is going against that, do you wait for the x car to catch up or keep going but then a already irritated driver beside you in the other lane gets aggressively in front of you because it's "their turn" read more

The service is very poor. The drive thru line was out to the street so my girlfriend decided to walk up to the window. We waited for a bit before someone finally came over and helped us. Before we even ordered, the girl taking our order blurted out that they needed to take care of the drive thru first and it would be about 50 minutes before they could get to our drinks. The employees have no sense of urgency and by the time you get your drink you are already aggravated. I was super excited to visit this new location since I normally only get Dutch bros when I'm in Santa Maria and that's not very often. Like most newly opened restaurants/shops, everyone wants to try it and the staff is usually overwhelmed. While my drinks were not made perfectly, they did make an effort to make corrections. I would give them a little more time to get this location working well and I'd be happy to drive 30 minutes for my hopscotch protein latte. I'm just glad I don't have to drive 3-4 hours to visit this amazing coffee shop. Be patient friends. I'll update my review the next time I visit and hopefully give them 5 stars. read more

Don't recommend it as long as they have the same manager Vanesa , she rather give back your money than make your drink . Got there at 8:50 pm kept checking up with them till 10pm only for the manager to say I already called it . When asked where are they only said I can give you your money back or you can wait 30 minutes . Very unprofessional she wasn't calling out any orders but some how says she called ours . And wanted to put us at the bottom of the list because she said she personally called that order her self . I've been here twice since this location opened and honestly I'm disappointed. My boyfriend and I both really love going to Dutch bros, but this one just is not working out. The first time we went, we ordered our drinks through the app and got our estimated time that the drinks would be done (which was roughly 30ish mins after we placed the order). So when we got there at the time that the app said our drinks would be ready, to our surprise we had to wait in a crowd of like 10-15 other people (who were also waiting for their drinks). I think we stood and waited for like another 15-20 mins past the scheduled time before our drinks were even ready. The staff were also very short and rude, they clearly looked like they hated working there. We figured it was a fluke considering it's still very new and they're figuring things out. But to no avail, we went again a couple weeks later and the same thing happened. But this time we had to wait longer and there was an even bigger crowd of people waiting. So even though we ordered our drinks online, it seems as though our orders may not be prioritized which just doesn't make sense. Again, maybe they're still just figuring things out, but from what I can tell the people working there don't know what they're doing and they're all very unprofessional. read more
