Came to this location in hopes to do a walk up order. employee was VERY rude as she explained they weren't taking walk up orders only drive thru or mobile. i cannot go into the drive through due to having a trailer, i went to place a mobile order and the app isn't allowing orders. She didn't even give us the opportunity to speak after she told us they weren't accepting walk up orders, just told us and walked away. I asked another employee if there's anything we can do and they told us no, we wouldn't be able to place an order no matter what we did. disappointed, drove an hour to get here. The service in this specific location has never been great and almost every time I come here it seems to be a communication issue for the most part. When I went last night it was around 7 pm; no cars, no people in front, and barely anyone in their parking lot. For a second I thought they were closed but I got off to check just in case and sure enough the store was FILLED with employees! I continued to place my order and waited in the waiting area for about 7 minutes before a small crowd of people started showing up. I realized they had finished taking everyone's orders and my drinks still weren't ready!( I got 2 of the same drinks) so after I waited for the line to end I went up to ask for my drinks (after 17 ish minutes I finally got help!) and she asked for a name which they didn't ask me for in the first place, and proceeded to walk into the back and then came back with two melted drinks in her hands. She said "sorry we had them sitting for drive thru..." This is what ticked me off the most because when I was waiting for my order, I didn't see cars pulling in to order and they only had 1 car at the window, so who else did they think the drinks were for? And why didn't they double check? Given that I was in a time crunch, I just grabbed the drinks and left without another word. Please train your employees better! read more

This is the worst Dutch location I've ever been to. I'm hoping it'll get better once the influx of people dies down since it hasn't been open very long but that's wishful thinking, I'm sure. It was so dirty, there was trash all over the parking lot, there was boba spit or spilled all over their one table out front, there was already a black build up of muck from going in and out with trash bags at their employee door, and there was a trail of puke in the lot right in front of the store. I had to repeat my order twice because it seemed like the girl working wasn't paying attention and it wasn't just me, a few others had to repeat themselves to her while ordering, as well. My boyfriend usually gets a golden eagle and he got the same this time but it straight tasted like just espresso and milk, no flavor at all. I got a SF pink flamingo rebel and it was okay, could be just the flavors not being great together but it tasted off, too. And lastly, usually the employees at all the Dutch locations we've been to have been super nice and it comes off really genuine but the employees here seemed incredibly fake nice and it felt off. We will definitely not be returning and will either go to the Hollister location or wait until we get to Los Banos, even though it's a lot further on our destination route because either of those is more worth it than this one. read more

The guy who was working the drive thru orders today 2/18 at about 3:15/3:30 needs to learn how to take orders, every time he takes our order he always manages to screw it up some way some how. Than to the girl working the drive thru window to hand us our orders needs to improve her attitude when I let her know my order is wrong instead of telling me she has to go through this whole process of a refund and than do another charge for my drink instead of just fixing the order I paid for. read more

Get it together DB Gilroy, you've been open for a while now and have hour wait time in your drive thru (unacceptable), order ahead online for pick up turned off, and still can't efficiently deliver. Perhaps sending over a few OG workers from other locations to help guide the other workers may help. The two lanes turning into one at the drive thru normally is fine at other DB locations but here it's a different story. You'll be told to be behind x car but if the flow of the line is going against that, do you wait for the x car to catch up or keep going but then a already irritated driver beside you in the other lane gets aggressively in front of you because it's "their turn" read more

The service is very poor. The drive thru line was out to the street so my girlfriend decided to walk up to the window. We waited for a bit before someone finally came over and helped us. Before we even ordered, the girl taking our order blurted out that they needed to take care of the drive thru first and it would be about 50 minutes before they could get to our drinks. I was super excited to visit this new location since I normally only get Dutch bros when I'm in Santa Maria and that's not very often. Like most newly opened restaurants/shops, everyone wants to try it and the staff is usually overwhelmed. While my drinks were not made perfectly, they did make an effort to make corrections. I would give them a little more time to get this location working well and I'd be happy to drive 30 minutes for my hopscotch protein latte. I've been here twice since this location opened and honestly I'm disappointed. My boyfriend and I both really love going to Dutch bros, but this one just is not working out. The first time we went, we ordered our drinks through the app and got our estimated time that the drinks would be done (which was roughly 30ish mins after we placed the order). So when we got there at the time that the app said our drinks would be ready, to our surprise we had to wait in a crowd of like 10-15 other people (who were also waiting for their drinks). I think we stood and waited for like another 15-20 mins past the scheduled time before our drinks were even ready. The staff were also very short and rude, they clearly looked like they hated working there. We figured it was a fluke considering it's still very new and they're figuring things out. But to no avail, we went again a couple weeks later and the same thing happened. But this time we had to wait longer and there was an even bigger crowd of people waiting. So even though we ordered our drinks online, it seems as though our orders may not be prioritized which just doesn't make sense. Again, maybe they're still just figuring things out, but from what I can tell the people working there don't know what they're doing and they're all very unprofessional. read more
