New to the area and was told this was the place to go for great coffee. I got there at probably one of their busiest times, 7 AM. The drive thru was slammed so I went to the walk up, and waited in a short line. That being said, it only took me 7 minutes to stand in line, order, pay, and get my coffee, WAY faster than I thought they would be. The staff was beyond friendly, and the cashier even filled out my stamp card because it was my first time and so tomorrow I will get a free coffee. I leave ONE HOUR early for work everyday to allow myself time to get coffee from Dutch Bros and drop my daughter off at daycare. I absolutely love the staff at this location. They all remember me, my order, my daughters name..my 10 month old daughter literally smiles and gets excited when we pull into the parking lot because they treat her with so much love. I specifically have to shoutout Anna, who is the sweetest girl I've ever met. She gave me a hand written letter that literally made me cry. When my parents were visiting from NY, she was so sweet to them that my dad wanted to bring her back to NY with him to run his restaurant! She deserves a raise (or a paid vacation, hint hint). It's definitely not an easy task to get my daughter out of the car and hold her the whole time while waiting in line, but I do it because 1. I love the coffee, 2. I love the staff and 3. my daughter loves them all. It's 100 % worth the wait (if you have the time..if not, you make the time like I do haha.) read more

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! ! The staff here is incredible and so nice. I'm not going to lie... I don't always want to talk to them but they make it hard to be quiet. The coffee is always perfect. The coffee is fine, but after hours they play the music so obnoxiously loud and wear the skimpiest clothes. I feel like I'm going to a frat party I steady if picking up a coffee. Oddly, the location around thunderbird and 101 is nothing like this.... I'm wondering id this location just hired too many teens that don't know the difference between friendly and obnoxious. I am giving a 5 star for the service!!! Absolutely amazing!!! My problem and why I would be giving a 1 star is something is wrong with management there. It's over 100 degree outside and they still have employees outside taking orders. I asked about this and they made a comment about how they have them go in the walk-in to cool down. What is that about, tall manager with beard is the one that made the comment. I guess an employee needs to pass out before the owners will do something. Maybe I will just go to the Thunderbird one. My coffee was luke warm. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and honey. The cup was warm on the outside so I didn't notice it until i drove away and by that time I wasn't about to go back and wait in the long line again to ask for a hot coffee. They either just serve "warmish" coffee or they put to much cream that it makes the coffee cold. Either way it was a big disapointment as I was on the road and had to drive through starbucks around the corner to get a hot coffee. read more

First time I tried their iced mocha and I loved it. Great staff excellent customer service! Gotta try their smoothies too and didn't disappoint, refreshingly delicious. This has been my go to since then. Have been a Starbucks person but after having been here, I rarely visit Starbucks since then. I would have given it a 5 star if only their baristas stayed consistent with the way they prepare my hot mocha. There are times that it's super delicious but occasionally it would taste like stale coffee with a hint of the last sieve of the coffee grinds. I absolutely love the coffee, better than any place in the west valley that I've experienced. The only thing that bothers me is the wait time. I understand the desire to provide friendly customer service but it shouldn't take me 20-30 minutes to get a coffee. They need to keep it simple and efficient, I see staff getting wrapped up in 10 minute conversations while there is a huge line waiting.
