I have literally been to almost all Dutch Bros around the valley so I know my Dutch Bros. This one is fine staff wise-although a little too chatty. But my reasoning of stars is due to rude pig drivers that cut you when it should be common knowledge first come first served. I guess it's a ghetto west valley thing- people on this side of town tend to be ghetto. Goodyear is cheap as heck to live in, but you get what you pay for. The setup of 2 lanes only works of the staff is paying attention. The Peoria and Surprise locations have a much better setup. read more

Usually get my coffee at Starbucks but decided to try it out here since we got a new one and everyone raved about it. The customer service was awesome. Girls were cheery etc. But when I got my frozen drink it was watered down and had no flavor. I'll have to try it out again sometime when I'm in the mood. read more

The coffee is great except being overly sweetened (you can ask for half sweet or no sweetener). The reason I gave two stars is because of the wait... Even after the remodel it takes 20-30 minutes to get coffee. Who has that amount of time?! When the employees see twenty people in your line, they should feel a sense of urgency! But instead they spend a lot of time hanging out and talking to each customer. Although they do have someone taking orders in line, the person at the window still takes 4 minutes to chat, give coffee then swipe someone's card. It's too much. Also, the last two times I've gone the girl gave me the wrong amount of change. Once $5 over & the other time $1 short. The staff here was super friendly and energetic, like most experiences I've had with Dutch Bros. The Kicker was very good and tried the Dutch Soda, which was also good. I was given a free drink stamp card by family who live out here and when the cashier saw my CA license plate she asked how I got the free drink card. After explaining she said she was so happy they sent us here and she gave me another stamp card only needing one more stamp to complete the 12 stamps! She said I want you guys to come back again. We are on a road trip from California to New Mexico and found this place on yelp with 4.5 stars. Should be a five all the way. The people are awesome! The drinks were great. We had a triple espresso over ice and that is always a test of your espresso and it was yummy. White chocolate mocha iced was really good too. We got a jr freeze for the kiddos and it was in a super cute reusable cup. Great experience, great people. Wish you were closer to home!!! read more

The service here is consistently out of this world. It's so nice have a simple menu, good coffee, and good options for drinks for kids. My kids really enjoy going here. After hearing so much about Dutch Bros I finally tried it and was pretty underwhelmed. I was expecting a good variety of items to choose from but it was pretty limiting. I know they have a secret menu and ordered the "snicker bar" but wasn't to impressed. I really really loved the young lady at the window though. They are extremely high energy and fun to talk to. I wish I could jump on the Dutch Bros train but I think i'm gonna stick with good ol' starbucks. read more

I have been going to this location since it has opened and this is not the first time I have experienced rude service, especially since they "changed the drive through". This location is famous for not using the honor system on who is next but it's even worse when the staff does not support it. For example I had to flag down the person who was going to the next car after getting passed up twice due to the person still talking to the car who is in front of me. She rolled her eyes and walked over. Not nice at all not to mention she got 2 out of the 3 drinks i ordered incorrectly. I asked the next person who was waking by to speak to the manager long story short the manager could care less about what I was saying it felt like he just wanted to get me done and over with so he can move on to the next person. The coffee here is excellent but this review is about the service. I get that the employees here are trying to be upbeat and nice to everyone but when it takes me an extra 10 minutes to get my coffee that's not cool. It took me two minutes to order my coffee step aside avoid the small talk and get my coffee, the two people in front of my literally took 10 minutes. I recommend tipping on the amount of talking the employee does after the person in front of you gets their coffee, so far my last two visits it's been nothing. If this place would get me my coffee in a timely manner this review would be five stars but it takes an eternity so one star. read more

I originally fell in love with Dutch bro's in medford, or, I was devastated to move back to az thinking I wouldn't be able to have my Dutchie. Low an behold there is 3 locations now on the west side, I can't be more excited. The energy here is amazing, the people are so happy and upbeat and the music is always good.
