i'm sorry but just this location is the worst in town. it's convenient to my location, but man it's horrible. horrible wait times no matter the time of day. they get the orders mostly correct, sometimes off. alwaysss asking for a tip and don't get me wrong i love tipping, but not when it takes 30-45 mins for a drink with 3-4 cars in line. overall, the service just badly needs to improve here. read more

I've been coming here everyday for 2+ years and have never had anything but stellar service! The staff is beyond amazing and everyone is so friendly and welcoming! UPDATE 11/26/22: A couple of months ago I came to this Dutch Bros. after picking up my car at a nearby automotive shop. Now I am ADDICTED and go to Dutch Bros. at least once or twice a week. I come to this one on Stephanie when I need to go into work early since it's on the way there. My brain barely functions early in the morning and Dutch Bros. is always there for me whenever I need it! I was here every morning this week before the Thanksgiving holiday. I usually arrived at around 6:30am and there was never a very long line. But come 7:00am it starts to get really packed! The employees taking your order outside are always in a smiling mood and ask you what your plans are for the day. I always get the iced Golden Eagle here and it always hits the spot every time! If you ever come to Dutch Bros., I strongly suggest the Golden Eagle, whether iced, hot, or blended. It tastes so good! I love their holiday cups too. Keep up the great work Dutch Bros.! Of course they're out of popping bobas. But no matter, you can never get in a bad mood at DB coz their staff are always cheerful and accommodating. Usually pretty busy in the AMs around 8 o'clock but the staff works diligently and quickly so the wait is never that long. They offer pup cups too, which my dogs go crazy for! FINALLY...a Dutch Bros on my side of town! =) Sister told me about this location and my visit was a week after they opened. I knew there was going to be a line but I was still down for it. The crew anticipated the rush and had two car lines ready. They had people directing traffic to feed the two lanes. Orders were taken in the lanes and then you merged back into one lane to get to window to pick up your drink. The line moved rather quickly and there were 15+ cars ahead of me. The Dutch Bros friendly customer service was alive and well at this location. The vibe of the employees at every Dutch Bros has always been positive and I'm sure that's a big reason people return. The main reason is that their plethora selection of coffee drinks is unprecedented and consistently on point. I went with my usual large blended 911 and all was well. Tasty and blended perfectly to give me that 7-11 slurpee texture that reminds me of my childhood. lol Well, this was an easy review as Dutch Bros always seems to get it done. Dutch Bros has arrived and is finally open here in Henderson! The drive up /thru spot is located here in the Stephanie Promenade Center on Stephanie between American Pacific and Trail Canyon. So this 1st time experience here. Got there and the line of cars approx 25 deep already snaking thru the parking lot at 5am! The signs and arrows will guide you around to the front where there's two lanes. It was 1/2 hour wait, so figure about 1 min each customer, not bad. There's also a walk-up window that a few people used.. so making note next time to park and try that service if it's this busy. Crew is pretty perky. I sure hope they implement the DB app soon so I can use it and the process will be much smoother and quicker, hence the lost star there. Anyways I always loved the retro vibe of DB! The menu made up of fun smoothies, teas and coffee of course. I like its unpretentious and no one throws me shade or corrects me when I ask for a MEDIUM size drink.. lol.. and today $3 for this yummy medium size Chocolate Mac Nut Breve w/coconut milk? The drive thru is poorly managed. There were only about 6 cars in line but no cars moved for almost 10 minutes. So now there were over 20 cars backed up. By the time I got my drink it wasn't even hot anymore. The employees outside were taking orders but the inside was unable to produce the drinks. The inside employees also didn't deliver the drinks outside like they normally do which helps speed up the process. I won't be going back to this location again. read more

This location is the only one close to my house and I have tried to like this location but they always mess up my drink to a point it has no flavor which is weird right? As well I was in line and the staff member working the line was focused on the other line and wouldn't take my order so people coming after me had their orders first. I expected much more from Dutch bros. I'm not a coffee drinker, but occasionally I do want to try something new. Dutch bros was convenient and I decided to give them a chance. The drink itself was good. I got a cookie freze. However customer service was not to par. There's only 2 ways to order here: walk up to the window or drive thru. The drive thru had 2 lines which eventually merge into 1. One of the girls told me to line up to the right although the line on the left was 2 cars shorter. I listened and unfortunately paid the price... the two car behind me went to the left line and instantly got their order taken. I was very upset and eventually the same girl who told me to go to the right came to my car to take my order. I asked what was the point of her telling me where to go and told her my time was wasted. She said another girl should have take my order prior to her taking the other two car's order. That was not the case. By the time my order was put in, 3 cars that were behind me cut me and I wasted about 30 minutes in the drive thru. Anyways, the girl who took my order still asked if I would like to tip after I clearly was upset. This pissed me off more. Anyways, I'm probably not going to come where for a while. read more

For the love of God please teach your employees what no sugar/syrup means. This location is literally coffee with your sugar. No matter what level of sugar I ask for, there's still WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR. My last straw was when I asked for no sugar, and it's still super sweet. How is this possible? This is the closest one to me yet and the line situation here is probably the one of the best I've seen in the valley (there is only one other location I think is better). My favorite coffee is from this shop specifically so if you're ever in the area, this is a must. My go-to coffee order is a sugar free cookie cold brew with soft top and cinnamon sprinkles! 10/10 As for the existing drinks on the menu, I recommend the cocomo (there is a sugar free version as well) and the golden eagle! Dutch Bros close to home, that's all I got to say. Now instead of driving 15 minutes for Dutch Bros, I can drive 5 minutes! Is that a dealbreaker? For me it is. Anyway, they're all the same and I mean that in a good way. Whether you get sugar/caffeine overloaded on the Annihilator or just grab a regular cold brew, Dutch Bros will serve you well. The line can be pretty sporadic in the sense it can be 2 cars long or 20 cars long but as long as everyone is ordering 1-2 drinks the line moves pretty quickly. We had the most amazing experience yesterday Friday June 7th around noon at the Dutch Bros on Stephanie. I think this involved every employee that worked there yesterday. As we drove up and ordered our drinks, our car died. We were so embarrassed. The girl kept saying it's okay don't feel bad it's happened before. They quickly closed the lane we were in. Then some of them came out and pushed our car back into the parking lot and backed it into a parking spot backwards so AAA could easily get to the engine. I walked back to get our drinks and pay for them but the girl would not let me pay. She said they're on us. You've been through enough. They tried to find us a place to sit in the shade because it was so very hot. Then another girl brought us two big glasses of ice water. Every staff member working yesterday was extremely kind and thoughtful. We're an elderly couple and after having a bad morning the staff's concern and consideration was immeasurably appreciated.
