My go-to Dutch bros! Always the best service when I come here. The staff is so incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. My favorite coffee is from this shop specifically so if you're ever in the area, this is a must. My go-to coffee order is a sugar free cookie cold brew with soft top and cinnamon sprinkles! 10/10 As for the existing drinks on the menu, I recommend the cocomo (there is a sugar free version as well) and the golden eagle! We had the most amazing experience yesterday Friday June 7th around noon at the Dutch Bros on Stephanie. I think this involved every employee that worked there yesterday. As we drove up and ordered our drinks, our car died. We were so embarrassed. The girl kept saying it's okay don't feel bad it's happened before. They quickly closed the lane we were in. Then some of them came out and pushed our car back into the parking lot and backed it into a parking spot backwards so AAA could easily get to the engine. I walked back to get our drinks and pay for them but the girl would not let me pay. She said they're on us. You've been through enough. They tried to find us a place to sit in the shade because it was so very hot. Then another girl brought us two big glasses of ice water. Every staff member working yesterday was extremely kind and thoughtful. We're an elderly couple and after having a bad morning the staff's concern and consideration was immeasurably appreciated. For the love of God please teach your employees what no sugar/syrup means. This location is literally coffee with your sugar. No matter what level of sugar I ask for, there's still WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR. My last straw was when I asked for no sugar, and it's still super sweet. How is this possible? Was very excited to find Dutch bros all around the Las Vegas area since first trying in Santa Maria. Line moved quickly through the drive thru, employees were friendly and I was really excited to get a frosty drink after spending the day at the inflatable water park in the 116 degree heat. Ordered the cabana rebel, freedom freeze and camp out freeze. All were good, except there was no whip cream on the freedom freeze and the cabana rebel was sooo sweet I could not drink it. Nor did it taste like pineapple coconut. Wouldn't recommend that flavor. Other than that, Dutch Bros is pretty consistent. read more

besides they're basic plain coffees or anything lightly sweetened nothing about these drinks even resemble anything considered "coffee" (americanizing coffee has destroyed it)....i got the vampire large drink one time and IT HAD OVER 100g of sugar in it. one sip and i could tell i was going to get a cavity from it it took me a week even drink it because i had to just pour a splash of it here and there each day in regular plain coffee to even drink this crap places like this are part of the reason americans are so far and getting fatter every year. drinking this will for sure lead to diabetes make your own coffee at home for pennie's and control the additives...jesus!!! read more

Just left this location and the kids on shift need to be called out. They are not being efficient and productive. This location use to be so well managed but now they are immature and unprofessional. If the reviews are not enough to convince you that this place really knocks it out the park entirely...hopefully my review will give you that little push to convince you that after your first experience at any of their location, you will definitely be a huge fan of this chain! I've visited multiple locations easily finding their iconic blue drive thru building, and each location held it down when it came to customer service, speed and consistency of my order. I really like that they are much cheaper than Starbucks but also has a very wide variety of drink options that includes tea and even their own brewed version of a cold energy drink (Rebel brand). What sets this chain apart compared to Starbucks, is the obvious service you receive upon purchase to retrieving your order. The entire staff vibes with you no matter how insane the line gets, and its all worth waiting for your drinks because they seemed to perfect that they actually give a damn about their customers lol. I haven't had any bad experience from either location/visits and that is enough for me to give them five stars across the board. Overall, if you can find one nearby you give them a shot or two, you'll realize for yourself exactly what I mean from customer experience and such. But the main thing is how tasty their drinks are and that is definitely what makes me a fan of this chain. read more

What happened to this location? I've been coming here the past two years, then all of sudden it fell off. Maybe it's all the summer vacation kids they hired? I always get the same drink, a blended grasshopper with a soft top. I went through the drive through a week ago and ordered. The girl taking the order asked me how I wanted it? Uhhh idk the same way you've been making it this whole time? She asked if I wanted it as a rebel or a lemonade or an iced tea. And I replied, idk, the one with coffee? I've never had to specify so I didn't know which one it was, so I just opted out of getting a drink and just let my girlfriend order. Anyways, I went back today hoping to get someone who knew what I was asking for. The line was super long so we walked up. Same thing happened again, but luckily we had found earlier on line in was a called a Grasshopper blended freeze. Ordered it, waited 25 minutes, then someone came to window asking if we've been helped? Uhh yeah... still waiting. She glanced over to the counter and saw our drinks sitting there and passed them to us. We had seen those drinks put there a good ten minutes earlier! We just thought they were another order. My blended freeze was almost completely liquid at this point. And wasn't even a grasshopper. Went back to the window to ask and they told me, they made it as a milkshake?? They were nice enough to make it again correctly..... which just means standing there for another 15 minutes while the two kids were too busy joking and talking instead of actually working. I have been consistently going to Dutch Bros since their stamp card days (rip), and was so excited to see them getting big and popular here in Vegas. I was filled with glee when this location opened up in Henderson. Now, if you have been to this location in particular, you will see how the staff has to redirect you about the parking lot in order to get in line. The layout isn't necessarily efficient, and the cars can get a little crammed as the parking lot is shared with many other businesses. However, they do their best to mark the drive through with signs, markers and friendly staff. The Dutch Bros culture used to be way more personable, to the point where the "broristas" and I would know each other by name and they were able to guess my orders. But, with the rise in their popularity and constant flow of customers, Dutch Bros isn't what it used to be. They do have an app but it is not user friendly. The app does not contain prices and is just overall a pain to use. I even spoke to a brorista at the drive through and she agreed that the app needs a lot of work. As for the pricing, Dutch Bros has always been super affordable and they have student discounts. With that being said, I was always used to my total coming out as less than $10. However, the pricing at this location is seldom ever the same. I have recently caught onto this trend and will be sure to take a picture of the updated menu with prices to use a guide. My go-to orders usually consist of a small, iced white annhilator and a medium freeze (plus a student discount). The totals have come out differently, and I am not sure if it is because they went up in prices or not, or if the wrong buttons are being pushed. I will be sure to update once I get the awareness and answer. Until then, I do advise everybody to ask for a breakdown of their order and order total! The drinks themselves are always delicious and consistent, and are always made to order. Since this is the only location by me, I will still hold out hope as I do love Dutch Bros. I suppose these are the prices to pay when demand grows higher alongside popularity. read more

I typically don't leave reviews, but i had to go out of my way to write this one. This location is by far one of the most inconsistent in the valley. They NEVER get the drink right, like ever. Even when they aren't busy it's doesn't turn out right. I just left and asked for cream and sweeteners in my coffee it's just straight black coffee. I get mistakes happen but everytime??? This will be the last time I come here, not sure whose in charge but you may want to swing by and check on how things are being run because this place is a train wreck read more

He asked if I wanted it remade, and maybe expected me to say no?. I mean of course I want it remade how I paid for it! Actually ended up just throwing my coffee down the sink when I got home because it still was not good.. I think there was 1 girl there that was nice. The girl who took my order was obviously in training but the girl training her didn't seem like she had much interest in it, hence my order being wrong. I've been coming to this location since they opened. The people are definitely nice and friend but just don't embody the dutch way which, to me, is having a genuine conversation with the customer. Every dutch I have been to (and I mean EVERY) the employees are laid back, happy, conversational. Here, at this location they are turn and burn regardless of if they are busy or not. All you get here is "hi how are you", "what can I get started for you", "ok follow this car". Then you get to the front and its like "tall kicker freeze?" "Here you go, have a nice day". If I wanted that kind of service I would go to Starbucks. Buuuut I don't like Starbucks so instead I will just go to the other dutch locations (eastern and pebble, windmill and bermuda). Don't slack on the mission and vision Dutch! Make sure your employees are setting the bar for what makes you different than the other coffee shops. read more

OUTRAGEOUS!!! Went to dutch to get a nice refresher for a hot day but I didn't know what I was about to get myself into. Waited an HOUR just to get my drink and cars would move one inch every 5 mins.
