As an avid coffee drinker, Dutch Bros has won my java-filled heart. I cannot espresso how much I love their coffee (hehe)! Their drinks are consistently yummy. I've never received a swamp colored cup of coffee - if you know you know. Their breves (half and half + espresso) are so creamy. It's hard to mimick the flavor and creaminess at any other coffee shop. I build my own breve, unless I'm ordering their limited time cookie butter breve. For tiramisu lovers, I recommend an iced breve with cupcake and cinnamon flavors! The staff is also super friendly! I have thorough and genuine conversations with every broista every single visit. They're always blasting good music and vibing at the window. Super chill and inviting! Two things I'd complain about that do not sway me to deduct a star from this review - the line to wait and the fact that cookie butter is a limited time flavor (so freaking good). Hate to do this i would consider my self a Dutch bros person, but when you pay for a large and you get a cup filled with 1/3 foam it kind of feels like your being ripped off. I was handed a double staked cup and told the first had a hole okay no problem. I go to take a drink I have to tip the cup way up for the first sip and it felt lite. I open the lid and it's full to the top of foam. I pour the first cup into the other and see that I was shorted a 1/3 of the drink. So basically sold a medium at large price. read more

I was excited to stop by Dutch Bros on National Dog Day for the bandana giveaways and some drinks, but the visit was disappointing overall. The drinks themselves were delicious, but the first staff member we interacted with made the experience uncomfortable. Instead of apologizing or being kind when we asked about the bandanas, he came across dismissive and sarcastic, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the person who gave us our drinks was kind and polite, so I'm not sure what was going on with the first employee. I genuinely hope his day improves. I've been coming to this exact location for over two years. Each morning is better than before, regardless of who's behind the counter or curbside. They make you feel welcomed. However, lead Victoria on the overnight shift I call her queen V!! She's just an amazing all around always warm welcoming and the best ever! I am used to long lines but Dutch Bros has enough people (sometimes they don't) to keep the lines moving. I get the Iced Coffee black most times on my way to work but by the time I get to work, the ice has melted and the coffee is just colored water, a waste of money. And also, I think asking about tips every single time is wrong. From what I remember, we tip based on service. They make you feel obligated, that is not right. read more

I usually have such great experiences with Dutch Bros. But today was absolutely ridiculous. We put in a Mobile order. When we got to the windows at the time stated on the app, they had no record of it. (And we were told this happens alot; this was our first time mobile ordering). So she put in our order again and after waiting another 15/20 min I went up to the counter. They still hadn't made mine and my husband's had just been sitting there. So they made mine finally, with no apologies and then when she put down my husband's hot coffee, she spilled it and it got all over my shirt. And still no apology. Worse service EVER!!!!! read more
