This is by far one of the ultimate places to go for a refreshing drink selection. From hot to cold beverages of all sorts. They have the energy, flavors, style drinks, mixes, and more to your liking guaranteed. The prices are extremely affordable throughout the entire menu. If you haven't yet tried them, you best get to the nearest location and do so. The customer service is on point, and super friendly. They do go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy and soon return again. The reasoning to my 4 star review vs giving them a complete 5 star review, was due to the endlessly long lines nearly every hour their open, even tho they do move fairly quickly for how many customers await their drink orders, it can be a bit time consuming if your in a hurry. The menu to which they physically display, is also very limited and vague, as the entire menu and select they have to offer is solely online through their website via smartphone, tablet or even laptop if you insist. Aside from these minor factors, the overall rating is truly a 4 star, in my honest opinion, from my many personal experiences. Their Chai is also very good - not too sweet like Starbucks. I've also had the iced black tea and I ask it to be "not too sweet" and it comes out perfect. The employees are always super nice - better than being Grumpy Gusses, right? Hopefully when the new location opens the lines won't be as long. Zero Stars if I could! Come here if you want to be served BEES in your drink! & yes that is BEES plural, not singular because my niece ended up with TWO bees in her drink! That tells me bees are inside of their machine and the workers are not cleaning nor caring for them properly. Management sent her an email thanking her for letting them know of the problem and started it off with "Dutch bros is sweet literally and figuratively and the sugar tends to attract bees". How about a "hey we are so sorry you experienced this" or a heart felt apology, what if she had've had an allergic reaction to DRINKING something that had bees floating in it?! & why didn't the barista notice these insects inside of the drink before handing it out the window! Blatant disregard for the health and safety of customers, to not clean the machines periodically through the day (since they know per the email response- attracting bees are a problem) and not check the item being handed over shows me they can care less about quality. I love going on dutch runs with my friends. We go at night and it is never a surprise when we saw a long drive thru line. Dutch drinks are so good. You can choose your flavors for whatever drink you want from their rebels to cold brews. The customer service is great. They are always fun to strike up a short conversation. Their drinks keep me energized while I study late into the night for finals. When I want something with no caffeine, their lemonades are my go to. I recommend this spot especially for the night owls because it is a 24/7 spot. read more

This review is long overdue!! I came here on one of our first dates with my now husband. I actually prefer Dutch Bros Coffee over Starbucks. The reason is that the flavor was amazing, price was right, and it's 24 hours!! I've never heard of Dutch Bros. because as a former SoCal resident, there aren't any down there...I hope that changes though. The location is super convenient, right off the 101, inside the Sprouts Plaza and it's design reminds me of a no-frills In-N-Out. The line can become cumbersome especially in the morning, but it does move fast. There is really no seating and if you're expecting a place to study, forget about it! There's a walk up window to order, but that's about it. Basically there's two lines, going in two directions, which makes sense due to the space constraints. My review is base on my OVERALL experience. 1. Coffee: Deeeeelish. Being a SBUX feign for many many years I can say I've converted! My favorite is the iced kicker with two shots of espresso and I believe Irish Cream. The menu is simple (enough for hubby to order). 2. Prices: Very affordable and I love the kids cups/straws, I feel like they do not cut corners. 3. Location/layout: Great location off of the 101 freeway. I must say the layout is a miss. I find myself in the drive through line for 10-15 plus minutes in the morning. Their system is just not efficient even with two drive-thrus. 4. The service: Yes, it's true staff is very upbeat and friendly. HOWEVER, being awkwardly friendly is not okay. Granted I'm sure the company presses them to be this way but Dutch Bros...it's alright to turn down the "bubbly-ness" just a notch. I feel very uncomfortable every single time. First time here and totally impressed with the staff and service. We tried the cold brew and the iced annihilator and both were fantastic. The cold brew was definitely more coffee flavored and the iced annihilator was for a sweeter taste bud craving. The espresso and cold brew both had great flavor and were very smooth. The staff was kind enough to offer us a free drink for the next time we come since we are only in town for a week. However be patient because you have a bunch of young kids taking and fucking up your order!!! I absolutely love Dutch Bros Coffee. Every time I'm in Phoenix I HAVE to make a stop at a Dutch Bros to satisfy my withdrawals. The drinks here are very Starbucks-esque, but better in my opinion. Great for people who love cream and sugar in their coffee. My favorite is the Annihilator with an extra shot. Feels like they have really improved their service. They seem much more organized and efficient, while still maintaining the friendly customer service they are so famous for. The pastries they've added make all the difference. Love it! The only improvement I would like to see is more communication with their runner about the pastries still available. I LOVE this place and spend FAR too much money there. Positives: can make anything on with alterations (plus stuff not on the menu- just ask!), friendly to a fault, and so yummy! The only complaint I have ever had is this: when Dutch is on their game you are in and out still feeling like a valued customer- and when they're not, it can be slightly painful waiting. This review has been a long time coming. Why did i take so long to right a review about this place? I have no idea. But better late than never. When this Dutch Bros. first opened up. I use to live right across the street from it on the other side of the freeway. I've since moved, but i still make it point to come to this Dutch Bros. at least once a week. In fact this is the only Dutch Bros. i go to cause i'm afraid of having a bad experience at another. And having that tarnish my dream of Dutch Bros. being the TRUE happiest place on Earth (No disrespect to Disney). Simply put, I love Dutch Bros. The people there is what makes it so good. Don't get me wrong the drinks are great. My favorite is a blended Chai with the works. I've tried some of the other coffees there and they are good. But i always come back to my blended Chai. But as i was saying before it's the people that make Dutch so great. As i said in my tip. No matter how bad of a day you are having. It's hard to not come from that place being in a better mood cause they are so personable. Yeah, at times the conversations can be repetitive if they don't know you even if you go there alot. I always seem to see fresh new faces whenever i go. So at times i do get kind of tired of having the same conversations. But that is just me being nitpicky. I can think of alot worse things when it comes to customer service. And they seem to genuinely care about what you have to say. Plus, how can you hate a place that is always playing good music. And shines a disco ball during the overnight hours. It's like a constant party at that place. And all the employees seem to like being around each other. I've come here a few times and it seems like no matter when I go, there is always a pretty decent sized line to get coffee. Rightfully so, their iced coffee is miles ahead of any iced coffee I've ever had. My only beef with the place is that it always takes FOREVER to get it. They've taken steps to improve it with having someone come out to the car and take your order via phone, but it still seems like it takes so long. They even had a rep taking the orders ahead of the line but it still wasn't fast enough. We were advised that the two pastries we had ordered were out... but they made it up to us. This location is simply the best. My husband and I stopped here on the way to Boswell hospital to visit his grandmother who just had surgery. Our barista was Helen I believe, she is as beautiful as she is sweet. We told her about our visit and she wrote grandma a quick recovery message for us to give to her. This place is a drive-thru or walk-up only and they play some loud music that was popular over 10 years ago (such as Kylie Minogue). The baristas are super hyped up on caffeine as well, and they always seem so happy and perky! This place also has punch cards, where if you buy 10 drinks, your next is free. If it's your first time there, then you get a punch card with 9 stamps on it! Also, the week I was in town, Thursday was a 9-stamp day with any purchase, too. As for the drinks, they are pretty good. I tried some of the different mochas, and they did not disappoint. What's also amazing is how fast they come out. Plus, they will also amp you up for the day as well. If you're visiting this town or even if you live in Arizona, I highly recommend checking this out. I don't know if they aren't mixing it, burnt the milk, or if they are putting less if something compared to others to save a buck, but it's barely drinkable. Coming from So Cal, Dutch Bros is our go-to coffee stop in Phoenix. I really wish there were more amazing drive-thru options closer to home. Let's just say that although this location was over 10 miles from our hotel, we still had it 3 times during our weekend trip. It's easy to get to off the 101, was packed (no matter if in the morning or the afternoon), and offered sweet caffeinated or non-caffeinated treats and friendly service with a smile. Although it was always busy, the workers did their best to push cars through the line while being friendly and attentive. It helps that they had tons of staff on-hand, both outside and inside the blue-roofed drive-thru. Try the iced Cocomo for a sugary blast of cold coffee goodness (the ice blended Cocomo loses its flavor midway through the beverage). read more

Ok so I just got back from Dutch bros and I'm still not sure what just happened. I got up to the drive through and let the super nice dude at the window know that it was my first time there. He was surprised, and then spent a bit of time explaining the drinks and the sizes to me so I would get my order correct every time I go, no questions asked. The drive through was packed and I was getting nervous but he just took his time and explained it all to me. Plus I got some free loot for my next visit too. This is definitely the best experience I've ever had at any business! Like one of the other reviews said, that's how you gain customers for sure. Thanks guys!
