The service was amazing! Several people who were working there came up to our car to chat with us before it was time for us to order. Everyone was friendly and had a smile on their face. It was my first time there but I can see why they have such a reputation for being awesome! Usually there is a long wait but we were in and out within 10min! Dutch Bros Coffee was my favorite coffee place in WA State for many years, before moving to the Phoenix valley. I was very excited to know that Dutch Bros existed down here as well. Their coffee has a more robust flavor to it, without the burnt taste that Starbucks coffee has. It doesn't rely on all the sugar some other places add and is actually cheaper than most. read more

I went for my first time while visiting Arizona on March 4th, 2021. The staff was very friendly, gave me suggestions after I told them generally what coffee drink I wanted and then gave me my first drink free of charge and saw my dogs in the car and offered them each a cup of whipped cream and a bone. But this location specifically has been the absolute worst with wait. Never coming back to this location again. First off, I have never had a issue with customer service at any location, the employees are always super nice and accommodating but I just had the worst experience. Call me old fashion but says "What" to a customer when you can't hear them is very impolite and rude as hell... say excuse me. Second the way you address your customer should be done with a proper tone, if your overwhelmed with the traffic...then Dutch Brothers isn't the right place for you to work... Thirdly, I paid for a large soda no ice and got this! Just had the worst experience ever and the young af manager did not know how to handle the situation at all. Horrible customer service. They have the lines set up so people just pulling in have no idea where the line starts and then when it was my turn to order... which I was ALREADY pulled into the drive through lane, they told me there is a separate line across the street that has NO sign stating where it starts.. mind you I come here ALL the time and have NEVER USED this "separate line". They asked me to back up which I did not feel comfortable with being that this Dutch Bros is located in an awkward spot and there is another drive there that starts where the Dutch one starts. They made me go all the way through the line instead of letting me order one drink... I completely understand there is a line behind me but that is there job to make it clear for people on where to go so they don't pull ALL THE WAY INTO THE LINE. This Dutch needs a better manager then Garret who looks maybe 20 and does not know anything about customer service - very disappointed this happened. read more

I alway pass by and wonder why they are so busy all the time so decided to try It out today and now I know why. Not only are the drink good but the customer service was probably the best I've experienced out of any business that I've been to, they talked to me like they knew me for years. There are very few things that are better than Dutch Bros espresso and chocolate milk and flavored syrup mixed over ice with some whipped cream (Caramelizer #1). Sadly, this location is always way too busy and multiple times I have left without a drink over the last few months. The drive through lines are too long, the kitchen is too slow, and there are always 10-12 employees, but too often no one placing orders and keeping the lines running efficiently. They are clearly in over their head at this location - stuff is stored outside and in a "Dutch Mafia" trailer parked outside, cars wait around for 10-15 minutes AFTER ordering. Please open another location in North Phoenix/Peoria north of 101 - seriously there are like 3 locations off of 101 in North Scottsdale but only this 1 location to serve the entire stretch west of I-17 and north of Glendale in a rapidly growing suburb of Phoenix. Again, love the coffee, but the drive through takes too long. (Don't be mad at me, Dutch Mafia! Your other locations get praise from me!) read more

I love dutch bro's but the employees have to learn to give orders quicker. I've moved a total of four car lengths in 20 minutes. I really don't want to wait 5 minutes each time to move a little bit. And there were about 10-11 cars in front as well. This was after they told me to move to the other, longer line because people started blocking the intersection. Last time I went to dutch bro's, it took me a total of 45 minutes to get a rebel. Waste of gas and time. read more

I stopped by early Monday morning before heading back home to Los Angeles. I have to point out the excellent customer service! The young lady that took my order was super friendly and just put me in a good mood, she even gave me a stamp card that I can redeem on my next visit! Thanks again, you are AWESOME!! My sister and niece who live in the area highly recommended that I stop and try Dutch Bros, they did warn me about the lines but it wasn't too bad. I tried an iced chai with an add shot and it was very tasty. The menu isn't overwhelming, pretty straight forward when looking into the coffee drinks. I would totally stop by again on another visit to Arizona, too bad there isn't any around my area in SoCal. read more

Still a great place to go to. I just wish the DB locations were bigger, because this place was PAAAAAAACKED today when I went, around 4:30 PM. Protip, and this isn't just for Dutch Bros, but any business you frequent that has high traffic: Google them on your smartphone first. Google will show you hourly distributions of how busy a place is. Man, is Dutch Bros on Thunderbird packed on a Saturday around mid afternoon! (see attached photo) I get what I've been hooked on for the past handful of months, the Electric Berry Rebel. It's basically a Blue Rebel energy drink mixed with blue raspberry and lime. It's really good and doesn't result in the "crash" that you get with other energy drinks, at least for me. Additionally, I did a quick Google search and learned that as of Q1 2016, the city of Peoria has approved a permit for another Dutch Bros to set up shop just a little bit south of the Culver's just down the street from this existing Dutch Bros location. So that's something to look forward to in the near future. For you coffee drinkers, try ordering whatever drink is on the menu but with "white coffee".
