Placed my order over 30 mins before heading to the location through the app & it gave me an 845 ETA. When I arrived I was about 5 mins early but the girl explained to me that my drink doesn't even pop up into their queue until shortly before it is due. I waited around, but other names & cars keep getting their drinks. I went to double check that my order was in the queue 3 mins before it's due and she confirmed and told me that everything is good as long as it makes it on time. At 845 I walked up because I needed to go & she acts like she didn't just talk to me and tell me it just has to make it out at 845. She tells me they're still working on it. I got the Mango with Tajin and my daughter got a cotton candy shake. Both are delicious. I prefer the Mango though . It didn't have that fake taste. And it wasn't icy, the blend was good. The cotton candy shake was good too but tasted like a vanilla shake. Both are a regular size. It cost less than $13 for both. read more

To start off, I LOVE Dutch, however, today's interaction could've been better. I went through the drive thru today and the people outside were super nice, I asked the barista at the window for the names of the ppl outside and hers as well, Jenelle took my order and Steve talked to me about how beautiful the weather was today and I agree it was really nice! I ordered a Large Dino Egg rebel with sweet cream unknowingly thinking I ordered it with half and half which is my mistake and I felt so bad. When I got the window I mentioned to a barista with a camo hat about the mistake and I didn't expect his reaction to be as negative as it was. He made me feel very bad for asking for my drink to be remade and I know it was my fault for ordering it wrong but I also apologized when driving up to the window. Leslie helped me with my drink remake while the other barista looked mad and saying stuff under his breath, it honestly made me want to leave without my drink but I'm glad I stayed and was helped out by Leslie which made the experience better overall. read more

My niece ordered her favorite drink, the Golden Eagle which she loves and always get. While I got the new drink that caught my eye. I didn't have the chance to take a picture of the sign made for Valentine's Day. Previously, they didn't have any decafe or other milk options, so I was pleasantly surprised to get the Love In drink iced decafe coffee with coconut milk with it looks like a strawberry foam on top. Whatever they did, tasted delicious. 5/5 of the flavor, but 4/5 for the wait. Not too sweet and satisfied my quench. You've got to try to see for yourself. read more

I wanted to give this place a 5 star review, but the wait time for a cup of coffee was a bit longer than I expected. We actually stopped here since we were looking for a particular store, and my wife has been wanting to go here to try it out. First off, customer service was excellent. The staff were upbeat, energetic and recommended alternatives from what was listed. If you decide not to wait in the drive thru line (which seemed to be about 30 mins long), there's plenty of parking right in front. While you wait, you can enjoy the music they play over the exterior speakers. The area was really clean. As for our drinks...... my wife wasn't impressed. She said the drink lacked flavor and seemed to be filled with more ice than coffee. For me, I tried a different variation of the iced Caramel Brule crunch (sorry, this is all I remembered from what was told I could do with my drink, LOL). I normally ALWAYS order a hot Chai tea, but decided to go with something different. My drink was actually impressive. I enjoyed it and was happy with it. Would I go back? Maybe!
