I don't like writing reviews. I also hate complaining about my order. I usually take the high road and call it a day, but my friend did not like her drink either so we went back. Our drinks were remade. The original complaint was that they were milky. Her drink came back even more milky and mine had no syrup in it. I had 3 syrups in mine. When I looked back it looks like the worker was looking for a reaction. It was extremely rude. We come to this location often and had never been treated like that. Anytime something isn't done right or something needs to be fixed, they always got it down. Placed my order over 30 mins before heading to the location through the app & it gave me an 845 ETA. When I arrived I was about 5 mins early but the girl explained to me that my drink doesn't even pop up into their queue until shortly before it is due. I waited around, but other names & cars keep getting their drinks. I went to double check that my order was in the queue 3 mins before it's due and she confirmed and told me that everything is good as long as it makes it on time. I got the Mango with Tajin and my daughter got a cotton candy shake. Both are delicious. I prefer the Mango though . It didn't have that fake taste. And it wasn't icy, the blend was good. It's nice that their employees that walk up to your car to take your order, you just need to be patient for drink. My niece ordered her favorite drink, the Golden Eagle which she loves and always get. While I got the new drink that caught my eye. I didn't have the chance to take a picture of the sign made for Valentine's Day. Previously, they didn't have any decafe or other milk options, so I was pleasantly surprised to get the Love In drink iced decafe coffee with coconut milk with it looks like a strawberry foam on top.
