First time at this location. I wanted coffee and big kid wanted Dutch so we decided to come here since it was closed to where we're headed. Lady who took our order was pretty friendly and nice. Asked her for recommendations and she recommended her favorite drink FlapJack with Oak milk so that's exactly what I got. Drink wasn't bad. Can't taste the coffees much but it's alright. Kiddo got her usual pitcher prefect freeze. Drive thru went fairly quick besides a lady who was holding up the line when we got there. Not sure what was going on but once she finally decided to move all the cars (6+) in front of us drove through got their drinks and left. Overall, great services. read more

my family & i LOOOVE dutch bros. it sucks that there are only 3 in Reno and not in Sparks- but we drive all the way over here at least once a week to get our fix! My husband and i always get the blended dutch rebels and we've tried every flavor but TOP favorites are; Dinosaur Egg, Shark Attack, & Gummy Bear. They literally are like slushies but WAAAY better cuz you don't run out of syrup and are way more flavorful! The kids get kid-sized smoothies, my daughter gets strawberry with whipped cream and my son gets mango without- they're perfectly sized and deliciously made- the kids love it and have no issues finishing them! i only gave 4 stars for THIS location because the drive thru situation is terrible. literally only has room for no more than 7-8 cars and it's always overflowing, people start piling up on the outside on the road and now they have hired a security guard that makes people either go around and come back til the cars move up or go to another location! Just an inconvenience, they should've thought their location out better but oh well. Try it out! read more

Skimming through the reviews of others, I tend to agree, but will not be basing my ratings from the typical wait that comes with Dutch Bros. I've been to about 8 over a couple states, and there is almost always a wait, so I do not wish to hold that against this locations. The drinks are honestly a little bit pricey for what you get, but you usually know what you're getting into ahead of time when coming here. I never get a coffee, and usually opt for the Peach Energy Drink, or a version of the energy drink no matter what. I know it's a formula, but the drinks here are always consistent, always yummy, and the large size is pretty generous for if you have a long drive ahead of you. If you don't mind the wait, they'll never disappoint! read more

Walked over from the convention center across the street. Small line, but they were moving relatively fast. They had a walk up window open and music playing. It was a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly, if not a little rushed. I got the cold brew carmalizer, wife got the blended coconut something or another. This was my first DB experience and have heard good things. Once we got our drinks, I stirred and took a sip of mine and was completely underwhelmed. There was almost no flavor. I don't mean "all coffee and no sweet" I mean "it tasted like water that sat next to a coffee pot." Literally tasted like water. There was a hint of coffee and caramel in the aftertaste, but water on the tongue. The wife's blended drink tasted fine. If I were to ever go back to a DB, and felt like flavor, I'd probably go that route. I was hoping for an alternative to Starbucks and their horrible coffee, but I guess it won't be DB. My son and I checked this place out after a fun day at #RenoGunsandRange and needed our caffeine fix! Cold Brew with vanilla and cream was better than the Starbucks equivalent. It was awesome! Not sure if I got charged the same cost as my large drink but we had realized my son's drink was not the same size as ordered...no foul though - he liked it. Just were too far away to make it right. I wanted to say thank you to Dutch Bros (really all 3 locations are amazing!) During the trying times of the Pandemic, there was one thing that was consistent and that was the amazing customer service. I frequent this one the most, and so on occasion I'll get staff that I see and when I come through I feel like I'm visiting with a friend! haha Even if I'm heading the opposite way, my car will make time to take me here. Glad the point system is back up with use of the app, just to orient myself with using it. My current go to is the Iced White Chocolate Lavender Oatmilk Latte...it was described to me perfectly as "you'll definitely taste the lavender but also with the kick of the white chocolate." It's pretty refreshing now that the sun is staying out more. It's a bummer about the car line up situation on S. Virginia but once it was explained to me the reason why I understand. They are efficient that ladies walk up to the line of cars and take the orders already. Even at the walk up window, they made sure everyone crowding around had their order in. They share a parking lot with Roberto's Mexican Restaurant. There are outdoor benches and a table to the side. No indoor seating. Surprised to find the prices less than at other coffee stops. Came to Dutch Bros and saw a huge line. No surprise though, it was opening day for the place. I waited about one hour in line to get my complementary coffee, which that were offering to everyone. I ordered the Trifecta freeze and the Sugar Cookie mocha. The staff was friendly and offered Whip sticks for the people waiting on line. Whip sticks are basically whip cream on a straw. I drove up and got my drinks. The Trifecta freeze was sugary, delicious and had a nice fluff of whip cream on top. The sugar cookie mocha was chilly, and had a nice chocolate flavor to it. I had wanted my mocha hot, but forgot to specify. Just be sure to specify if you want your drinks hot or iced. Overall, the place was fun and I will definitely be returning. read more

This location is awful. Oddly their drinks aren't as good as the other two but the lot is super small and doesn't fit enough cars. They now have someone out in the street making sure you don't line up prior to the drive way and it's ALWAYS backed up to the driveway so you have to park and get out. It's a crying shame that we dont have a dutch bros. In Sparks. My girlfriend and I come here at least 3 times a week. I'm not really a coffee person by any means, but my girlfriend on the other hand is a coffee fanatic, so the fact that both of us have fallen in love with Dutch Bros. is really saying something. I think it's safe to say that dutch bros. has by far, the LARGEST selection of sweeteners, if you look on their website there are dozens of flavors, which when mixed with one another allow for hundreds of flavor combinations. Each flavor is equally delicious, I used to order the "cookie" flavor which was white chocolate mixed with hazelnut, when I got sick of that I moved onto the "tuxedo" which was a combination of white chocolate and regular chocolate. There are more than enough flavors here to satisfy just about everyone, and the best part is - nearly all of their flavors have a sugar free option, meaning that we can drink their super sweet coffees without having sugar! Their sugar free sweeteners taste identical to the regular flavors. Lastly, the employees here are among some of the best, they are always thrilled to see you, and if you're a regular like us, they'll remember your order, remember your names, and they even remembered our dogs name! Pulling into their drive thru was always a pleasant experience. One thing you might wanna look out for is that their line can be long, often times stretching out into the street, but the employees are always on their A game, so it moves pretty quick. All in all, we love this place, we've been coming here for over a year and a half religiously, amd we have no plans of stopping. read more

I've stopped by try see the hype of Dutch Bros Coffee. Went with cousins and sister to the place and got a Campout Cold Brew. Omg it's actually tastes good. It reminds me of Costco's Cold Brew Mocha Freeze at their food court. The difference is that it's less sugary and doesn't leave a aftertaste. It's way better than Starbucks cold brews. If you're a coffee addict like myself, then you need to try Dutch Bros. Their coffee and service blows away Starbucks!! Unfortunately, there are only two locations in Reno, so hopefully you're fortunate to live close to one of them. Both locations are located on South Virginia, and the funny thing is that both locations are only about 3 miles apart from one another. Be forewarned that the drive thru line can get super busy. Generally, the line will start in the street, before you enter the business. However, the line goes pretty quick. They have a worker that stands outside to help expedite the line. Their sizes are larger than Starbucks. Their medium is equivalent to Starbucks Venti. I find their coffee more tastier than Starbucks. Starbucks to me taste kinda burnt. Dutch Bros is much more smooth. Give them a try... you won't be disappointed!!! read more

It's a relatively new coffee place out here in Reno, but is definitely gaining popularity!! They majorly rely on drive-thru customers and I've almost never seen their drive-thru empty. I went to this shop with my mom, who is not the biggest fan of coffee but she absolutely loved the flavors they had. We tried he macadamia nut - chocolate flavored coffee and it was amazing!! (Tip: do try it with the whipped cream added). A large coffee would be about 7$ so it's pretty reasonable. I've seen 2 outlets of theirs, one on Sierra center parkway and one on south Virginia street(the more popular one). Their staff was young and very courteous which made the overall experience very good indeed. Great coffee, great service, highly recommend! read more

Couldn't get my coffee because security kept making me circle the block and each time I came around there were 3 more cars ahead of me and once again I was told to circle.
