I go to this location often. They play fun music and the employees are young and energetic. They're very helpful and for the most part the service is pretty fast even when it gets super busy. My go to is the hot golden eagle and my daughter likes the iced one they also a variety of drinks and refreshers and some baked items. My daughter likes muffins but they also now have cake pops and sandwiches! We have also tried the teas and lemonades and smoothies . For the most part the flavor and quality stays consistent here but you can always adjust the sweetness if needed. Ohh, I love that they offer pup cups as well. This has been my new fav tea/ coffee place. I didn't know we had one so close to base. I try to get something new everytime. The drinks have been amazing and love how they take your order in person ahead of time. The staff has been friendly and welcoming. If you don't have the app I suggest you get it as you eat points and can get free stuff. I do wish they had more of a menu of food to eat. More sandwiches, pastries. When I want a "surprise" drink, he's the best at helping you make decisions; Cam, Hailey, & all the shift leads are the best when it comes to keeping the service fast & efficient. It's very conveniently located near the base. It was a pretty good cup of coffee but the system the drive through in place was absorbed. East coast girlie here and I've never had the pleasure of trying Dutch Bros -until- this past Wednesday! We came by after my Air Force coin ceremony, and the young lady working was so sweet. She was kind, patient, and her energy was so bubbly. She congratulated me, helped me pick a drink out based on my taste preferences, and then she said it was on the house as a congratulatory drink. Are you kidding me? That was so incredibly nice!! Thank you! I ended up with a medium Golden Eagle, blended with a soft top. Honestly, it was the best first post 7.5 week coffee beverage I could have asked for. It wasn't too sweet where my throat would burn, but it was very velvety and smooth! Highly recommend. Even my husband couldn't stop himself from having a few extra sips. I'd pay for this drink made the same way every day if I lived here. My waist would not be happy but I know my soul would be. We ended up utilizing the drive thru, and it was very easy (and personable!) as the employee took our order face to face. When we went around to the window, there was a man who also had great energy and gave me a few free stickers. What a sweet gesture, and I really appreciated it. I had such a positive and memorable experience here. It's right outside the base and not hard to navigate to at all. If you've never been, I recommend giving it a go. Only thing I hate is that this location gets so busy due to being right outside the base gate, every time I go I know I will be waiting in line for at least 20-30 mins. I will say I did two order pick ups at window, and one regular walk up and was completely ignored for at least 15 minutes every time. Customers service here isn't the best. This is my second review for Dutch bros and my experiences are still the same today was the last straw. I ordered drinks and waited 30 minutes before picking them up went to the window just to find out that they still weren't ready and then I wait another five minutes outside and the employee asked me what the order was and is telling me that they cannot find it. I got the confirmation receipt and to ask to wait another 15 minutes so they can make it. Then I just told him I would cancel and I have to file a dispute with my bank. They offered to give me free drinks. However there was nothing loaded on my app and I won't be coming back to this location any longer. read more

The menu already made clear that my expectation would not be met. The only Dutch was the windmill logo, I wonder if the bros are Dutch. The products are too sweet for my taste, but the service is sweet too, friendly and helpful. It's your come and go type of business so not much of an atmosphere. I am severely traumatized & saddened to say I won't be back. Tonight as I walked up with my daughter, to order our drinks. We were greeted with a silent 6 minute wait of no one acknowledging us & then a girl wearing shorts and open toe Birkenstocks spill syrup on her feet. TAKE THE RAG and proceeded to wipe her foot and shoe down and place the rag. That they wipe down your drinks with BACK in the counter. I am DISGUSTED!!!! No handwashing. Put the rag away nothing!!! The sad part is she knew we were right there. I cannon believe you touched your foot and continued to make drinks! Heart broken as we are military and this location is the most convenient. Drive thru there is a nightmare. They have 2 lanes yet no one uses the right one. If you do, they will still attend to those in the left lane since that is the lane everyone picks for whatever reason. You will still have to wait for every single one of those cars to be placed before they get to you. Mobile orders are also horrid because you can place it 30 minutes ago and your drink will STILL not be made. You will still have to wait at the pickup window and at the drive thru for everyone to pass. What is the point of placing a Mobile order if you're STILL going to have to wait. More than likely not going to return due to this ongoing issue and lack of customer service. 2 stars only because their drinks can be great! read more

Been hearing how good this coffee is, so the 'rib' and I decided to stop in and give it a try as a treat to us. We don't usually get coffee out but wanted to try this and get a pup cup for our 'good boy' after his vet visit. They were very pleasant at the window and reasonably quick but we were the only ones there. We ordered small mocha coffees that were very good. and our 'good boy' loved the pup cup. That alone made it worth it. However, IMO it is pretty expensive and being seniors we can't make this a habit, just a once in a great while treat. For those that regularly stop for at coffee shops regardless the price you should give this place a try. read more
