first time trying Dutch Bros and it was really good! lives up to the hype. Fast and Friendly service.

I've had 2 great experiences with their hopscotch protein coffee. I get this with half sweet mainly because I need protein before my 12 hr shift. The medium has 23g. I will say it holds up to being watered down, too! Lol the place isn't busy at 6:30 am, and is the only place really open at that time! So I would recommend it. Ha read more

I was running errands yesterday and needed coffee. Thought to check out Dutch Bros Coffee and see what it's all about! The drive thru line was long and I saw they had a window. I parked and was second in line, which gave me time to check out the menu. I decided on the Kicker/Irish Cream Breve iced and medium. We've been here almost every weekend since it opened. Usually it's great! My favorite drinks are the caramelizer (hot) and the picture perfect freeze. Don't forget to order the pup cup for your doggos! I was so unbelievably happy to have a Dutch Bros so close! I've been missing it since we moved out of Cali several years ago. But after the experience I had with this weekend and the quality of my drink- I'll be waiting for the one down the street to open! The young girl taking orders was either not trained properly or was just naturally rude. The shift manager did apologize and took care of the situation but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I've got to say, every time I come to Dutch Bros Coffee I have a great experience!!! I get it, who doesn't want their coffee sometimes wait times are a bit longer than expected, but who cares I'm happy when my Blended Golden Extra ( w/2 Expresso Shots) yummy... I usually go to the one in Castle Hills and again I always have a great experience, great coffee, great customer service. I love their music choice too, always something different. Much love to the staff and crew. Please be patient with the people that handle your food and or drinks it goes a long way, I can guarantee your experience with be times better!!! UPDATE: I got the hazelnut truffle mocha again because I just felt my last craving wasn't satisfied as im the enjoyment was cut quite short from my last suspicious experience .. This drink was normal, the caramel was smooth and so was the drink. Still highly disappointed I spent $ on a medium only to take a few sips to find crust at the bottom of my cup. I have always preferred Dutch Bros' drip coffee to the leading national brand, and despite some locations' long lines, the service has never been an issue to me. This new location at 281/1604 is new but it's already decidedly so terrible I won't go back. This evening I went around dinner time and used the walk-up. There was no one else there. They have an outdoor speaker that was turned up so loud that the music quality was awful, and it was actually vibrating my ears. We couldn't hear the adjacent road traffic that is how loud it was. When the cashier popped her head out to greet us I couldn't even hear her speak. I told her it was painfully loud and she just shrugged it off and kept talking. I told her I couldn't even hear her and it was like I was speaking to a wall. No apology, no attempt to turn it down, no inquiry about the issue so she could share it with management ... nothing. Then she couldn't figure out how to get the card reader working; for that she issued a halfhearted apology. We passed on our $5 coffee. Wasn't worth finishing the transaction. The best sales people want to sell, and secondarily, they take pride in maintaining an environment that entices customers to buy what you sell. Dutch Bros. would be wise to instill this in their employees. read more

I was so excited that this location was opening up on 1604, as I drive past it almost daily, when I arrived at the drive through I was greeted by two young ladies, one was training the other, I asked for a recommendation as it was my first time at Dutch bros, and they suggested an iced coffee. Proceeded to ask for my payment, so I gave them my card. They put my card in the machine and then said I'm sorry I think there is a connection issue. I then get a notification on my phone that my card had been charged. They asked to try again, and still connection issue. I then received another notification that my card had been charged. I then made them aware that my card was being charged and the trainer said it is not going through on their end. After the third time... I said don't worry about I would like to speak to your manager. The manager than came out and said I apologize your card was not charged even though I showed him that it was. And said have a great day....... I will not be going back. read more
