While the staff was somewhat friendly, I just watched my barista stuff a jimmy John sub in her face while making my coffee. When she needed both hands, she set it down in front of the espresso machine. I'm not 100% positive, but I'm thinking that's a health code violation. I haven't even made it home yet and had to stop and write this review. This stand probably is the least Dutch like stand that I have EVER been to. And I love Dutch, I actually only drink Dutch for coffee. The young kid at the counter had issues with the credit machine and instead of doing a quick fix and charging me on the other window, he sat there and complained about it while I waited for over ten minutes. I ordered two kid smoothies, when I asked which was which he couldn't tell me and blamed it on the girl making the drinks, although I overheard her tell him which flavor was first. My coffee that I ordered was also horrible. I've went here a few times and always given them the benefit of the doubt for the wait time and order screw ups, but not anymore. I refuse to come back to this Dutch. Please save your money and hit a different one. You'll be sorry if you go here. read more

Its crazy because I live in town where Starbucks is the happening thing and all the girls in my town of Albany are sooo Nice, but I work in Tualatin, and these girls are some awful creatures, they think because they got wealthy parents and their nails done and they cute, they think we have to be sweet and bow down to them! uh No they are not serving the customers right, and I think the owner should really evaluate who he hires those are some Mean girls, snobby girls, not humble or sweet ALL. I will never tip them! There is this one, who is shorter one, I have only seen her one time! SHE WAS VERY NICE, she told me about the Tualatin school, and she said she lives in the Alden apartments, she said that people here are snobs and everything is given to them, she was right I figured that out by seeing them employees at this D bros. This was the only girl, she is not as flashy as the rest , she is shorter than the rest, light hair lives in Alden, and went to Tualatin HS, but now lives with her BF, she needs a raise! & she needs to be promoted she knows what it is like to serve customers! I ordered a small vanilla latte. It was half foam no flavoring at all. And the coffee just tasted bad. Their real fruit smoothie are a joke and nasty. Just cause you throw in a few strawberries into some sweetened syrupy smoothie base does not mean its healthy. It tasted fake and artificial no better than McDonald's. Over rated. And it was quite cool that chick making my coffee adjusted her underwear and adjusted her self right in front of us than went into making my coffee. Real cute. read more

For Dr Dutch Bro Ninja Barista, I'd like to start by saying I was on my way to have a fun morning so I could help get my two nieces ready for their night of trick or treating when I had remembered that there was a Dutch Bro in Tualatin. Mind you, I passed at least 10 coffee places (probably more) between Milwaukie and your Dutch bro, but still I decided to come to you. I ordered my favorite (now decaf) iced drink as usual and patiently waited as you, a 20 something year old dressed as a ninja turtle, talked to your friends. You all seemed to be having a good time as most Dutch Bro employees do, which is another reason to appreciate going to Dutch Bro. You had asked what my costume was an I excitedly pointed to by shirt that clearly had a baby skeleton figure on it, but I was happy to show you I'm pregnant. At this point, you magically turned from a ninja turtle to a Doctor. Maybe a DR costume would have been better suited for you instead of matching the same costume my friends 5 year old son decided to wear. Anyway, as you handed me my decaf coffee drink I ordered, almost as if I had said "scalpel" you decided to offer up some advice. You tell me "oh, and just so you know...you shouldn't drink coffee while pregnant." I looked at you in disbelief and said "why do you think I ordered a decaf?? I swear my head spun 50 times as if some Halloween demon took over for moment, but I snapped back to reality and gave you a small glare. Let me tell you something, Dr Ninja Coffee Boy. I'm 5 months pregnant and I have given up every vice. Alcohol, Tylenol, Soda, steaming hot bubble baths, my body, control over my emotions, dammit even sandwiches with lunch meat, and most days--coffee. Why? Because I'm pregnant. I want a healthy baby and I'll do every in my control to contribute to that. I splurge and get myself a decaf drink probably once a week and mainly it's because I just miss the taste. I know I'm just one customer. I know me not coming back to your shop does not make a difference. I work retail and I know how all that BS works, but let me tell you something: you know what's worse then a bad review? A bad review by a pregnant hormonal woman, you little shit. Next time you decide you want to be a Dr and offer up some advice I recommend that you stop what you're doing, swipe my card like your supposed to, and make my drink and hand it to me with a smile. I was having a rough day and had to come back to work until nearly 9pm. I was asked by your 2 males and 1 female workers how I was. I gave a half hearted smile and mumbled something about a rough day. I then asked for a suggestion for a drink, as I don't buy coffee often and wanted a special treat or pick me up. They were SO KIND and HELPFUL and my drink was perfect, when I went to pay they said, "Don't worry, it's on us today. We hope you get through your long day and have a better day!" I was baffled and shocked by this amazing customer service and then teared up in a good way, because it was nice to know strangers still care about each of us! I only had a one dollar bill to tip them but they were so genuine and helpful, I wish I could have left more. Let me start by saying I LOVE LOVE LOVE DB! The iced Annihilator and Caramelizer are my weakness...My son and I ordered one of each today at this location and something was WRONG. Neither of the drinks tasted as the usually do, so much so that Im wondering if they were training someone who messed up the recipe. (My Annihilator had no chocolate in it....I even questioned the color to the barista but she assured me it was right.) If they had a good phone number listed for this location I would have called instead of posting a review.....and if I weren't already on the freeway by the time I tasted the drinks I would have gone back. Hopefully this was an isolated incident as this is not my normal location so I dont have any prior experience with them :( read more

This place continues to disappoint me. All the workers use to be super nice this time last year, but the new hires are really snobby and not nice. None of them actually talk to me or make my drinks right. I only get a medium iced latte, and I have had caramel, or chocolate milk, Irish cream, or white chocolate put in my drink. I know how a latte should be made and it continuously made extremely wrong. Not sure why they have been continuing to disappoint me. read more
