The girls are never very nice to me. Great tea, good coffee, small lot. Not much room and since it's the only Dutch bros on that side of town, it's very busy and I find myself some times having to park in on the side of the street. With hesitation I waited in line at the Tigard Dutch Bros, but to my pleasant surprise a gentleman ran out to my vehicle to get my order ready. I have visited many Dutch brothers and this one seems to have a less than appeasing drive thru. But the staff made the line forgettable as they ran to vehicles to assemble drinks. I like my rebels double blended and depending on the staff I either get a really thick one or one with the consistency of water. I pay $5.25 and expect to get my moneys worth. Not water. After noon shift always cares and blends it good. Night shift always seems ready to go home. read more

I just moved back to the area after about 5 years, and I have gone to this Dutch bros 3 times in the last two weeks, all at different times of day and every time it took 20+ minutes to get through the line. I get once in awhile there's a huge line like on sticker day etc., but this is ridiculous. The lines are so long they go down the street and block traffic, which wouldn't be the end of the world if they moved at a normal pace but they move at a snails pace. Last time I started timing it because I got so frustrated and I sat in line for 26 minutes and it wasn't even during a time I would expect to be busy like noon or early morning. I don't know if this location is understaffed or undertrained or what but I've been a Dutch lover for 10 years and have never been to one that was this consistently infuriatingly slow, usually Dutch bros is one of the fastest drive through coffee places. I wanted to give 2 stars, but the drinks are fine and it is covid times so maybe there's issues idk. read more

The staff are usually always wonderful and more then not, help me deicide on something new. Today, I wanted a smoothie I usually get, but instead, they gave me a slushy, and I have no idea what flavor it even is.. The line is always so long and the girls are always so unfriendly. I feel like I'm bothering them when I pull up to the window. A lot of times they don't even say hi they just ask me what I want. There have been several times where they have been drinking their own Dutch while taking to me and taking my order too. Rude and kind of gross. read more

After years of only drinking black folgers and the occasional over roasted Starbucks I finaly had a dutch bros coffee. Now I'm hooked, I never knew coffee could be so good. Went to this location this morning at 0900 and Esela that was at the window was very rude. She does not follow the Dutch Bro Creed. She didn't welcome me. She rudely asked "what can I get you". Not their typical welcome like hey how are you and good morning. I gave her my money and while I waited for my drink she stood there like a bump on a long not trying to hold the typical conversation others do at Dutch. When she handed me my drink she again said nothing. When I finally asked for her name she actually smiled so big I could see her green gross tongue. Man am I ever wordy when I write a review, e-Mail, letter, whatever. But, these kids at the Tualatin Dutch Bros make it so easy to sum up in just a word or two: Totally awesome! I'm a morning coffee guy 'cause I have some serious sleep issues, so I can speak to the morning crew here. I went from getting a Dutch once or twice a week, to every . single . day. There is a Starbucks that is easier and faster to get to, but I always drive the extra distance even if I'm running late for work. Yes, the coffee's good. Not just good, but consistently so. Every time. I've never found a group of people working in such a stressful, high-speed environment that managed to be as cool, friendly, and fun as this morning crew. What can I say, by far the best coffee place to go to! I love it here because everyone seems to always be on a super caffeine buzz, hoping around smiling and laughing! As a daily Dutch drinker I am very disappointed in the employees and quality of drink at this location. We were greeted with a pissed off look and not a single word. We proceeded to tell her what we wanted, all three drinks were made wrong. The two coffees we purchased tasted like burnt coffee grounds and chocolate milk, not even a hint of Carmel( we ordered iced carmelizers). Every other employee looked mad and annoyed. Needless to say, this experience ruined my entire morning. DB is part of my daily ritual. Won't be going back here. read more

I just wish there was another location closer to I5, this one is rarely on my way to any destination. Earlier today I came through Dutch brothers for my very first time. My boss had given me a five dollar gift card for coffee and I was excited for my first experience. When I got to the window, the young blonde girl greeted me and took my gift card. She informed me there was no money on it, and I was very wary of what to do because I didn't bring any other cash. She talked to a manager and came back. She gave me the drink for FREE, she was so sweet and patient with me. She told me she would talk to owners about the card, and took down my information. I felt very loved and cherished and she made me smile and my day. Lastly, I asked for her name and gave her a hand hug. I will be back plenty more. Thanks Dutch Brothers and Emily. Awesome coffee and the friendliest baristas/BROistas around! They do get a little busy at times, but that comes with the territory of having a great product and service. I have been to a lot of different Dutch Bros in the past and this one is probably the worst one I've been to. We waited 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us. There were employees walking around outside talking to their friends in different cars, and when I got my green tea it tasted like water. Will not be stopping back here again. read more

I haven't even made it home yet and had to stop and write this review. This stand probably is the least Dutch like stand that I have EVER been to. And I love Dutch, I actually only drink Dutch for coffee. The young kid at the counter had issues with the credit machine and instead of doing a quick fix and charging me on the other window, he sat there and complained about it while I waited for over ten minutes. I ordered two kid smoothies, when I asked which was which he couldn't tell me and blamed it on the girl making the drinks, although I overheard her tell him which flavor was first. My coffee that I ordered was also horrible. I've went here a few times and always given them the benefit of the doubt for the wait time and order screw ups, but not anymore. I refuse to come back to this Dutch. Please save your money and hit a different one. You'll be sorry if you go here. read more
