I love Dutch bros COFFEE so much! Since I don't support Starbucks anymore (bc of the genocide + overpriced + never that good) this has been one of the only good spots left that is drive thru and not extremely overpriced (at least you pay $7 for a medium and the medium is huge) the only complaints I have are that the workers just don't have the Dutch bros energy they supposedly give online. I hear the loud music but they usually don't say hi, try to make conversation or anything. At the window AND when you're ordering. It's actually rare that I've encountered a worker that was nice/had good customer service and I've been consistently going here for the past 3 months since I've moved to the Upland area. Another thing that bothers me is their pickup system, when you make a pickup order and it tells you a time it'll be ready, you expect it to be ready within that time frame maybe even give them a 5 minute grace period. But usually you have to wait in line next to everyone trying to make an order in person and you are skipped a lot. You are also skipped when you're in the drive thru for some reason, they don't go off of who is there first they go off of whoever they feel like helping first it seems. Saw this one guy in the drive thru lanes straight up see my car and see me waiting for a few minutes, look at someone pulling up next to me and waited for them to approach and actually helped them first??? Idk what type of ass backwards system they use but it doesn't make any sense. The customer service + pickup and ordering in drive thru issues I experienced is what makes me go there less often, I've found other spots to be pretty comparable. read more

This is a novelty place. A luxury that's addicting. The line is super long and the customer service super nice. Do not come here when you're in a rush or hangry. Expect 30-45 min wait and sit tight in car with air conditioning. Otherwise it's good a good place to splurge on flavored, sugary drinks that's not Starbucks. read more

Staff were friendly, coffee was good. I would say it had more of a "real coffee" taste compared to Starbucks which tastes like straight sugar to me. My only complaint would be the line which was pretty long. Not TOO bad but I think they can definitely improve upon their efficiency. To be fair, it is a new location and the workers seem to be trying their best so it didn't bother me too much. My first Dutch Brothers encounter was at their, then new, location in Battle Ground, Washington, which recently opened up, at the end of the street where my parents lived. The family had gathered for my father's memorial, so a few of us walked on down for a coffee or frap. We were greeted warmly, and when asked how we learned of them, they gave us a couple of our orders free. The manager of that location was a young man who had served, I believe, in the Navy. We made return visits there whenever returning to Battle Ground. It was a memorable experience, and we instantly became DB fans. Glad they're now local to us in Upland! Looking forward to getting a coffee there. I can't give it more stars - yet, at least until I get some Java! I'm guessing it'll be five star service. read more

There is a lot to unpack with Dutch Bros but I can honestly say it was not good at all. Granted it was busy when I went; but I do not think that is an excuse to provide low quality beverages. As expensive as they are and as long as it took to get two drinks I expected so much more. I went with my grandmother and asked for two drinks with half sweetness and the other sugar free. My diabetic grandmother definitely didn't get the sugar free drink she ordered and drank about two sips of her drink before feeling sick from the sugar. On top of that we paid cash and got back the wrong change. We had to wait to get the correct amount of change. We heard the workers whispering about why we were still waiting just for them to have forgotten to give us the money we were still waiting for and our straws. The workers were rude and dismissive. They seemed miserable and were blasting music so loud they could barely hear us trying to speak to them from the drive through. It was an extremely unwelcoming experience being there and I do not plan on ever going back. Nor would I recommend the Upland Dutch Bros location to anyone. However, the Dutch Bros in NorCal in Davis is amazing 10/10. read more

Came to this location excited and parched, it was lovely Sunday afternoon around 5:30 pm. I pull into the drive through and order my drink as usually for me and my friend, everything was going fine until we reached the window. We ended up receiving the drinks but they weren't at all how I had expected, my friend had ordered a sherbet rebel with strawberries that were and extra charge and received just some sort of rebel concoction that wasn't at all her order and no strawberries, I on the other hand, had ordered a My Chemical Romance something peach a pink flamingo rebel that wasn't not pink and that had tasted like expired milk.
