I used to go to Dutch multiple times a week. I get basically the same thing every time, mixing it up here and there. However every. single. time. I order a coffee, it tastes horribly burnt. I brought this up to a broista and she said they all roast at a set temp. I said okay, then they're just letting the shots die. I understand needing to be quick but you also need to have a decent product. I can't tell you how many times I've driven away and my drink wasn't drinkable. Went to get coffee this morning! Was told to please pull-out of the parking lot because I was blocking customers from leaving!! Remember I was in the line to get my coffee!!! After pulling out going around the block and coming back I was greeted by an employee telling me they did not do drip dark roast coffee!!!! They only did a pre-made Americano! HELLO. Whenever I'm up near Davis, I always hope to make a stop at Dutch Bros! Love the coffee and flexibility they have with their menu. Now for this location, it is incredibly busy but does move fast. They have baristas with iPads that are spread out across the line for you to take your order so that by the time you get to the window you'll only wait like a minute. Super efficient, so don't get discouraged if you see a long line. Both times I've been here, I haven't had a problem with my coffee, service, or wait time. I got the Annihilator and loved it! It was a good mix coffee and sweetness with the chocolate and macadamia nut breve. My friend got the caramelizer which was also very good if you like caramel! This one is a little bit on the sweeter side though. Please check out this location!! Only reason I gave it a 4 was because sometimes the menu can be *slightly* overwhelming. I don't care for this location the traffic is horrible and it's a wee bit snug with traffic coming in and leaving. Also they always mess up my drinks here sadly. I've never had a problem at any other location just this one. My family is Loving the new location off Alamo way better it's way bigger and they say that there's not as much traffic anyone driving passed check it out. So that's good that there's another location. I think that the location that is near the car wash should be relocated in a better location that space where it is, is so tiny. Dutch bros, why did it take me so long to finally try you?! When I visit my bf in Vacaville, I always pass by Dutch bros and have always wondered about their drinks! The first time I tried, I got a lemonade and it was decent. Not exactly like a lemonade but it didn't have a lot of flavor either. The coffee is really what you need to come for! My bf and I have tried various drinks such as the crazy Hawaiian, the wallaby and the islander and they are all really great! If you get it as a mocha, it's a tad sweet but when you get it as a latte or breve, it's absolutely perfect in terms of flavor and sweetness! My go-to is definitely the crazy Hawaiian(iced latte). The only disappointing part is that when you order there's no real Menu on display, you have to pull it up on your phone or already know what you want to get. The drive through has been pretty speedy and efficient, there are times where I've been waiting to pick up my drink and they bring it out to me before getting to the pick up window. Employers were nice but I didn't get the right drink. Probably one of the first time a coffee joint didn't make my order right. I ordered two grasshoppers and there was no mint in it at all. I haven't had this in a while and didn't realize that the green drink on the website wasn't what they gave me. However I did call the headquarters and they were very responsive at hearing my issue. Manager is rude. Barista are nice and make your order as quick as possible and do a good job. Instead of barking at customers who walk up to the pickup window for their drive-thru mobile ordet, the manager should be helping get the orders made it quicker. Or maybe higher more baristas. This location in particular tries to curb and help the line along by having two lanes open. The staff also has some of the best recommendations by far! Izzy was amazing ! Cane here for a quick pick up and was greeted by amazing staff ! I was curious about a drink I had been getting and why it turns taste the same when I ordered it in a larger size. She was more then happy to explain why the drink might have taste different and helped me fix it ! I'm literally obsessed with Dutch Bros! LOL I wish all the Starbucks in the world were replaced with DB's haha I lived with my parents briefly in Fairfield about two years ago and I went to Dutch Bros all the time. I moved back to San Diego and I'm severely deprived of it down here. The last time I had Dutch Bros was when I visited my brother-in-law's family for Thanksgiving in Portland/Vancouver, WA last year, so it's been quite some time since I had my fix! I was home in NorCal for the holiday's and my Aunt and Uncle live in Vacaville and they hosted our family Xmas party. After stuffing my face at the party the whole day I asked my dad to drive me to this new DB in Vacaville on the way home! I always get the Iced Ninja Turtle! It's my favorite DB Drink! It's pretty much an espresso drink either hot or cold that has Creme de Menthe. I would always order at the Fairfield location and there they make it standard with chocolate milk. I guess that's not the case everywhere else, when I was in Vancouver,WA last year they made the Ninja Turtle with Breve and when I ordered it here in Vacaville they made it with Breve too. Make sure you specify which kind of milk you want to use. When I got the drink I was surprised it was breve but the girl was nice enough to make me another Ninja Turtle with Chocolate Milk! She let me keep the breve one too! Sweet of her :) My mom loves the Annihilator Drink at DB and that's what I always get for her, it's a chocolate macadamia nut breve. Pretty good too. Another favorite of mine is the Pocahontas Drink which is Caramel and White Chocolate LOL. I know, an updated review with the same rating. Whyyyy? I wrote the original review when they first opened. I've been to this location almost 100 times so I'm overdue for updating you all. So why now? Seriously amazing customer service. That's why. It's 9 PM. I've had an extremely long day and am about to have a long night catching up on work I have been putting off for a while now. I need some coffee to get me through it. There's an extremely long line at the drive thru when I arrive. I'm greeted in the drive thru with a friendly face taking my order. (I didn't get his name. Shame on me) He took my order quickly but we still had a small conversation so I didn't feel like he was rushing me even though there's a long line of cars behind me. He still made sure to make me feel like my interaction with him was important. On to the window. By now I've been waiting quite a bit. I'm greeted by Lauren. Lauren apologized for the long wait. While making conversation, she asks for my stamp card so she can add some stamps for my patience and understanding. Meanwhile, the line is getting longer and I can hear people coming into the walkup to get orders that way. Annie is behind Lauren working extremely hard making drinks. The both of them continue to have small conversation with me while getting their tasks done. And although we were talking about how busy it was and how many cars there were, they never complained and they smiled the entire time. They knocked out my orders as quickly as they could. I've been here more than a handful of times...it's conveniently right next to my car wash and well, I've never had a DB drink I didn't like. I've been lucky enough a few times to come and the drive thru line has moved pretty quickly. They have folks out there taking orders (and taking your payment too!) in the line, so when you get up to the window, it's usually a pick up and go. I must say, each time I've come, they are always very very friendly. It's like they've been downing caffeine- in a good way. LOL Anyhow, my favorites here are the kicker, the cookie, the bob marley (half sweetened), and the dutch freeze. The drink choices are pretty endless. Tip: google a secret menu This location is right on the corner, can be backed up at times and even back up to the road. Be careful folks! Watch out for those walking, driving in and out and especially coming out of the drive thru. I've been a huge fan of DB since 2010 when I first had them in Oregon. But have no fear, the Dutch bros workers are here. They helped me pick out a drink by narrowing down my options by asking me coffee or tea? Icy, cold or hot? Sweet or flavored? Etc. I ended up ordering a cold peach green tea. It was perfect for the warm weather. So I finished it quite fast. But why my cup be like 70% ice doh? New Dutch Bros in Vacaville! Located on the busy corner of Peabody and Elmira next to the car wash. There's 1 drive thru with 2 lanes that merge together and the employees take down your order mid-drive thru when it's busy. They have a wide selection of teas, coffees, blended fraps, etc. to choose from. We've been to the Fairfield one, so we had an idea of what we wanted. We ended up getting the Oo gummy bear (which was kind of watered down), the Americano with hazelnut, the Caramelizer (blended well and flavorful), and the blended Cake Batter soy (which didn't taste like cake batter and they forgot the added sprinkles..). It's still new, so I'll definitely be back later on to give it another try. Good customer service though! Even if the line was long, they were fast and friendly. One of the common themes I've encountered with this location is rude staff. My recent experience was a bit of a let down and will not be returning this this DB. It's simple to order a chocolate milk and add a shot of espresso, but they seem to have the hardest time figuring out a way to charge this. It shouldn't come out to almost $5.00 for something so basic. A shot of espresso is 50¢ when you add it to any other drink. The woman who handed us our drink rudely said that next time we weren't going to be charged the cheaper price, and that we would be charged for a mocha. Really?! One thing is to say it nicely, which would have been understandable, but when you come off rude to customers who are there to enjoy YOUR coffee, it doesn't make the business look very pleasant. Management should look into better customer service training for DB has been a very reputable business I have been fond of for many years. I've been an avid coffee drinker for years and have always enjoyed the Davis location, but Vacaville takes the trophy for the worse in my personal opinion. It has been several accounts for rude service, horrific traffic maneuvering and slow service. The location is at the corner of a very busy intersection, so be prepared for some long wait times. read more

Only complaint is the pressure of them asking you for tips rather than it being a quiet decision as it should be.
