Ryan in the walk through counter is very nice, polite and has a positive vibes. (I can tell on the way he interacts with customer!) Friendly service, fast and the taste shots you straight in the heart! Perfect blend, well presented and keeps on tasting better and better as you sip and reaches the finish line! Stellar location. Even during this pandemic, the team here is kicking butt. Long line went by fast and the quality of their drinks stayed up to par. As a black coffee drinker, i haven't had much success here. But their mixed coffee combinations have been good. I'd recommend the Cocomo, I ask for less sweetness, and the punch of the expresso is there! I suggest giving this place a try! It's quick and worth the experience. read more

Visited dutch 11/20 at around 5am and ordered 4 drinks. Which came out to around $20. Usually when going to dutch they will ask you to provide your payment method and then they flip around their ipad so you can choose a tip option. However, this morning the woman that helped me just turned it around for me to sign and i noted that my total was $20 with an added 30% tip THAT I DIDNT CHOOSE and it is not the preferred tip amount i put on my app. when i brought it up to the barista she rolled her eyes and laughing with her co workers. I understand and appreciate their service and everything but at the end of the day tip is optional and i gladly do it every time im there but doing it without my consent is crazy. read more

The beverage quality is what you'd expect for the extensive menu options. Not the high-quality stuff, but great for a fix and a little fun. Decent coffee with some really neat flavors to try. My favorite coffee spot by far! Their coffee selection is great and they also offer "rebel drinks" (energy drink slushees). The staff is a huge reason I rate them so high. I believe they truly only hire upbeat motivated staff. Prepare to be greeted by someone with energy and a great attitude. The prices are more than fair. Also, you can redeem a punch card for free coffee when you fill the card. The only con for me is the location can create traffic, since it's at the corner of an intersection, and also their can be long queues. I'm new to the area and noticed that Dutch Bros seemed to have a bit of a cult following, so I had to give it a try. I'm pleased to report that Dutch Bros lives up to the hype! I ordered a Pink Flamingo soda after much deliberation (their online menu is HUGE.) The beverage was tasty and refreshing, and 100% worthy of an Insta, with its bright pink coloring. The best part was that all 3 staff members I interacted with were friendly and fun. There is a definite vibe that all staff members perpetuate that makes you feel like you're their best friend and have known them for years. I was so happy with my first experience and definitely need to come back to try the rest of the menu. From a business standpoint, they've really cornered a unique spot in the market. They have coffee beverages, but also have more "dessert" and soda-like beverages. Smoothies, frosts, and sodas are perfect evening alternatives when you're not in the mood to get super wired with a coffee drink. Well when I found out we had one in Vacaville, I was freaking overjoyed (because I thought they were only in Oregon and Washington)!! So the moment I realized we had one, I was all over that and immediately drove there to get something. Lemme tell you, this place is FABULOUS!!!!!! My drinks are always made beautifully and thoughtfully, they make great drink suggestions and best of all, they are ALL so friendly, outgoing and they go above and beyond to make me happy!! There is one person in particular who always compliments me on my nails and makes me feel so special!! I used to go to Starbucks for my non-coffee drinks, but I legitimately hate Starbucks and don't like giving them my money. Well Dutch Bros, take all my money lol!!! I will say that the only downside is that I've spent so much money here, but the cool thing is that they offer a punchcard and for every 10 punches (drinks purchased) you get a free drink! Efficient. Ordered your regular vanilla iced nonfat latte with caramel and it was sooooo good!!! Coffee was fresh, the caramel wasn't overbearing. Dutch Brothers... how can I explain it? I typically don't gravitate towards coffee places that specialize in drinks that taste nothing like coffee. But when in proximity to Dutch Brothers I throw my typically-rigid moral code to the wind and get in line. The resulting experience is rarely one that can be described as anything short of delicious. The exhaustive variety of drinks available here is truly remarkable. I have no idea how long it would take to fully digest their menu. It's seriously huge. That being said, it's mostly the same few flavors just in a different balance/combination. Creme de menthe, chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, cinnamon, caramel, etc. You get the picture. To go a step further, all of their drinks are hand crafted to order, so the potential customizations are nearly endless. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, offering suggestions and drizzles and any other extras you might possibly find to your liking. Sadly, I am boring, and old, and a bit obsessed with remaining at least somewhat healthy, so I do have to draw a line somewhere. But for the more adventurous, there is certainly plenty to explore. My go-to here is the grasshopper. I have heard that the mint flavor can be a bit overwhelming, but for me it is just right. With almond milk it loses a bit of the creamy flavor when made Frozen, but I still find it to be quite tasty. I don't know how much coffee is really involved here. I can't taste it. And I don't get any of the kick that I do from other joints. But that really isn't why you go to Dutch Bros, is it? Additionally, they partake in the usual seasonal offerings, meaning pumpkin spice this and that is present at the moment if that's your thing. I found it to be a little bit sweet, but again, you need to keep the venue in mind. Dutch Brothers is GREAT at what they do. While their plain old iced coffee is seriously delicious, one glance at the menu will tell you what this is really all about: the sweetness. So bring a tooth brush and dive right in. As we arrived at the window he talked to Fransisco (the manager with green hair as my brother said) and he made my little brother feel so comfortable and even put on his lid "Armando the cool guy" my little brother washed the cup and has it on his room because "no one has ever called be cool besides my sisters". I'm only giving 1 star because I have too. I had the WORST experience at this Dutch Bros location today (april 16, 2023) which happens to be my birthday. Every person I came in contact with was absolutely rude. I stopped at this location on my way to San Francisco to redeem my free birthday drink. The young lady that took my order was extremely rude and was rushing me with my order, cutting me off mid sentence to the point I had to let her know she was being a tad bit rude. She didn't own me a happy birthday but it would have been nice. Every Dutch bros I go to the workers are awesome and welcoming. Any other location I would have been told happy birthday. Not today. Once she took my order, while waiting in the longest line ever, a guy came out with my drink with his hands around the mouth part of the cut. Just rude. I realized while still waiting in the longest line ever, that I didn't get my drink double cupped so once I finally made it to the window I politely waited for the lady at the window to acknowledge me and asked for an extra cup. She gave me the cup I said thank you 3 times and she just looked at me and never responded. I will NEVER go back to this location. I don't want to insinuate I was being treated badly because the color of my skin but the neighborhood and employees definitely made me feel that way. read more

I love their teas, I am not a coffee drinker. Service is usually quick and friendly. Lines can be long (wrapped around the corner, down the street long) but it is pretty quick to get though. I would rate them 5 stars except for when I went yesterday, as I was waiting at the window for my drinks after paying there was a younger kid (male) commenting on my drink. I ordered a white zombie chai. He was saying that it was probably someone who had no idea what it was, just knew the white zombie part and added chai at the end when ordering because they didn't know what chai was. No, I ordered exactly what I wanted. I knew what I was ordering, I knew I wanted chai. He kept going on and on about how it was probably supposed to be a coffee drink. Seriously kid, I know what I ordered, if you're going to talk crap about someone's order, at least wait until they are not RIGHT THERE while you're b*tching about it. If you don't like chai, good for you, other people do. Some people prefer tea over coffee, just make the drink and don't have a running commentary on it if you wouldn't drink it. This kind of thing has happened before, but it's usually a comment along the lines of "are you sure you want chai?" Or a simple "really?" And then they move on. The kid was still talking about it as I drove away. What's the issue? Why is it necessary to ask about chai? Am I the only person that ever orders it? I love Dutch Bros, but unfortunately, I can only get it when I drive up to Davis to visit my sister. I hope we get one in the Bay Area soon!! They have quite the variety of drinks. Their menu online is so extensive! They don't have the entire menu in person, so make sure to check the menu online prior to coming! I feel like everybody would be able to find a drink to satisfy their tastebuds. Not only are their drinks delicious, but the workers are so sweet. Nothing makes my day better than an iced Almond Bar breve extra sweet and some sweet workers. Makes the experience all better! The drive thru lines can be long, but it goes quick. And all drinks are customizable to your liking! I needed my Almond Bar a little sweeter and the lovely girl at the window gladly modified my drink for me, then had me try it before I left and told me they can keep modifying it until it's perfect! Went there for their Grand opening at first the line was huge but I have to say the service was excellent, very fast,, very friendly, even though it was pouring down rain, hail, and a little lightening too.
