Super friendly place with great food, beer, and crowds. We stopped by on a Friday not in the mood for much other than food. To our surpise, they had an amazing local collection of local beers along with their delicious pizza. Staff checked in on us consistently and we never lacked a thing. This place absolutely checked off all the boxes and we will definitely be back! read more

Scrumptious! Service and food was great! We have pretzel balls, cheese, dirty bird, and spicoli pizzas. All was on point! Not one bad bite! Beer selection is okay, nothing to write home about but adequate enough for the average libation consumer. I will definitely come back again to devour another one of their delicious creations! After visiting the Aquarium of the Pacific with family who live in LA, we picked a spot at random for dinner. We ended up at Dutch's. Our server was very friendly, and willing to answer all our questions about the menu, which as someone who's spouse has very specific food allergies, is always very, very appreciated. We got two pizzas, and both were delicious. I am not a drinker, but others I was with had a few beers and said they were fantastic. This place may seem like a hole in the wall, but it's one worth visiting! I imagine when we're back in town, we'll definitely be back read more

The vibes are so chill here and Billy was very welcoming and did a great job at recommending beer. Dive pizza spot with a good selection of beers. Pizzas we got were also top notch. Great served and super chill vibe. My only complaint is their AC. It's just weak. But please note that we went in during 100 degree weather. They've got a bunch of board games in the back which I appreciate. What I appreciate the most is that they saved a toy my son left behind. I called after he realized he left it there and, lo and behold, they still had it. Doctor Doom was prominently displayed above their tap handles! We will be back for sure, but once it cools down again! read more

My wife and I went Friday evening for a beer and something to eat. The beers were excellent and the pizza was absolutely amazing! We also loved the atmosphere. We asked to watch the Dodger game and the bartender found it and put it on for us. This is a small, neighborhood and very friendly spot that I would not hesiate to go again. Cheers! read more

I came here with my mom and father for some pizza and beer. We got the Pervy Pep and Grindtime. My mom had a salad. The pizza is thin and crunchy. The ingredients are fresh and savory. The service was interesting as they kind of just talk to you from behind the bar but they were busy so no worries. I got the Shiner Bock and my dad got the Pils. Both of our beers were good we ended up getting a second round and trading. This was followed by the pretzel bits which came with a cheese sauce and mustard. I loved the pretzels. I want to go back to take my wife. The inside is a little tight so I would not recommend for large groups but a small group meeting up for a couple of brews or a slice will be fine. read more

I personally love this spot but it might not be everyone's cup of tea, so I recommend checking out photos of the interior and exterior before coming for a visit. That being said, if it IS your style, then make immediate plans to visit! Their pizzas are absolutely delicious and will be consumed by you and your party quicker than you'd expect because of it. Their beer offerings always includes sours, IPAs, blondes, and several others so there's bound to be something you like. The vibe of the spot is always lively - it will cheer you up to see and be around people that are equally happy to be there and just relax over a pint and good good. One of my top spots to go to for good days and bad, because I know I'll always leave happy. read more

Ordered pick-up from here recently. The pizza is still good, but the size of the pizza is much smaller than the pizza from Thurderbolt nearby. I feel like Dutch's pizza would be good for one person or two people to share. read more

Dutch's is a great place to have a beer and enjoy some food. They have a rotating beer list so there is always something new to try. They also serve cider and wine. Jason (the owner) is usually there and is a good guy to get to know. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cool and funky, you will always notice something you didn't the last time. They have some themed days like Music Mondays, Taco Tuesday, Karaoke Wednesday, ect. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed. read more

Thanks to Yelp !!!! I found this amazing place. We had just left the cemetery and Long Beach putting Christmas tree for our family members. We wanted to see some football and have some great beer and pizza. This is a place to come. It's a very cozy family oriented it's a brewery, very tasty beers . The pizza one of the best I've had in a long time , very flavorful , the avocado toast was to die for, outstanding customer service my mom is 73 years old and they went out of their way to make sure nothing was spicy special made just for her. I really appreciate everything they did and I really felt at home. Thank you so much. I definitely will be back and bring Family and friends back here to enjoy great food and drinks. What a great little spot! Pizza was excellent. The pepperonis were so flavorful and the crust was cooked to perfection. The bartender was super chill and easy to chat with. We ordered 5 pizzas to go and we were not impressed. This was probably the worst pizza experience we ever had. We ordered the huntsman, 5th horseman, white knight, and 2 basics. There was no flavor on any of the pizza and the sauce to cheese ratio was awful (lacking in both) The pizza is so thin that he falls apart when you try to eat it and the huntsman was burned with a horrible ratio of mushrooms to potatoes. This one was completely inedible (see picture below)! Hopefully they can fix some of these errors, cause we enjoyed the crust . read more

First off, I love how chill of an atmosphere this place was! I did go on a Tuesday night around 5:30 pm but they still have around 5 parties there! A big plus was that they were playing the lakers game. Almost all of their tables had a perfect view for their two TVs. Now on to the food, their pizza was amazing! Thin sliced and not too heavy. We got the Hawaiian pizza and finished it with no problem. However, their tacos, we were not a fan of. We finished them but it was not what we expected and the flavor wasn't quite there. They could be other peoples cup of tea though as they had unique types of tacos! read more

One of your favorite places to get pizza. We always go for the Pervy pep pizza , the crust is flavorful has a wonderfully chewy bite to it. Not to mention the beers that they have paired wonderfully with the pizza my husbands all time favorite is the Latch Hook Jesus. The service here is great we never have a problem ordering and the pizza always comes out in a timely manner. I recommend this place to anyone looking to have good pizza. read more

It was a nice addition to the mini food court in Long Beach, but unfortunately, times got tough for them to the point where they had to pull the plug on their operations. I Luv Ur Buns was one of seven vendors at Steelcraft Long Beach on the southeast corner of Long Beach and Bixby. They had taken over the spot that used to be Waffle Love, and it was such a quick turnaround that on my first visit to Steelcraft Long Beach since the Waffle Love closure, I almost thought they seamlessly rebranded from waffles to bao buns lol. Signage was posted around the shipping container assigned to I Luv Ur Buns and even a signicade closer to Steelhead Coffee; the signs informed customers that they were closing and that the Sunday preceding Martin Luther King Jr Day would be their last day of business, which also happened to be the same day the LA Rams were playing in the NFC Divisional Round of the playoffs, so I almost thought Steelcraft would be jam-packed. Actually, no it wasn't even that busy, and there were several parking spots available just around Steelcraft. I definitely wanted to try a bao bun, but not a full dinner, so that left me with the two Global Flavors sections of the menu. One section was titled "Global Flavors on Bao Buns" where you basically get two bao buns. Don't think these bao buns are large by any means; I tried a couple at Sosogu sometime last year, and they're not that big either. They would have been the perfect size for a snack, but I was also curious about the other Global Flavors section, titled "Global Flavors with Rice or Fries". That section only has two line items: Mini Bowls and Loaded Fries. I didn't want fries, but when I asked about a Mini Bowl, I was informed that it was a deconstructed version of a bao bun with a small mound of rice. Wanting a little more variety, I went with the Bao Mi Mini Bowl. The menu did get a little confusing for me because I had noticed the (V), which usually stands for either vegan or vegetarian. However, they had several non-vegetarian items with (V), and that had me confused at first; like how is a bao bun with grilled pork belly vegetarian?? That's when the cashier, sporting a black nose ring, let me know that it can be ordered with a plant-based option, namely tofu. However, the cashier also mentioned the use of a shared fryer between their plant-based options and their regular options, so if you were strictly vegan, I'd think twice first. I asked how long the wait would be, and they estimated 10 minutes, which was pretty much spot on. I was given a pager that buzzed when my order was ready, and since there was plenty of space for me to eat, I was given a red tray with an "I Luv Ur Buns" sticker in the middle. The mini bowl was presented on a small tray, like one you'd use when you're giving out samples at a special event. I was also given a fork, which was another reason why I ordered a Mini Bowl over two bao buns as I wanted to keep my hands clean. Besides the grilled pork belly, the Bao Mi also comes with hoisin sauce, cucumber, jalapeno, onion, and cilantro. All of what I just mentioned tasted pretty good, though not necessarily as good as what I had at Sosogu last year. Then again, the Bao Mi is Vietnamese-style whereas Sosogu is Japanese, but between the two, which are the two cheapest options at $10, the Bao Mi was the most popular alongside their Korean-style, called Seoul on Fire. I'm pretty sure I would have liked Seoul on Fire better as it comes with Bulgogi beef, but the grilled pork belly was pretty good too. Just not as fatty as I would have liked. However, I didn't like their use of a wrapping paper between the tray and the food. That's because several grains of rice got stuck on the wrapping paper, and it was hard to pluck them off with my fork. As a result, it got kind of messy eating the mini bowl, and I almost thought I'd drop a piece of pork belly in the process! Luckily, I didn't, but I don't think that would be a problem with the bao buns since the bao bun from my mini bowl didn't stick to the wrapping paper at all. One thing I observed that I thought was kind of cool was witnessing the cashier hand deliver a tray of bao buns to an employee from Elio's Wood Fire Pizza, directly across from I Luv Ur Buns. I wouldn't say I love I Luv Ur Buns, but it made for a nice quick snack albeit a little pricey for a small bowl. I'm glad I gave them a try before they closed for good, and I made sure to bid them a proper adieu by returning the tray to them. They also had a small tray of I Luv Ur Buns stickers by their order window, so I made sure to pick up a couple as souvenirs. Thank you I Luv Ur Buns for serving the LBC for the past couple years, and sorry to see you go! Best wishes to Sonya, Mandy, and the rest of the team on their future endeavors.

The vibes and decor at SteelCraft where ILUB called home is still nothing but great, live music/djs, tvs with sports or local events and an open air covered food and hangout hub. Easy parking in on of their 2 lots, see signs. This sign will absolutely be missed.

This place give a very much l "hole-in-the-wall" vibe. Upon entering, the cozy atmosphere had a certain charm, but I can't say it was a memorable experience overall. If you're in search of a satisfying snack that combines flavor, texture, and a bit of nostalgia, look no further than pretzel bites. These bite-sized treats manage to strike the perfect balance between soft and chewy. I decided to try their pepperoni pizza, which was decent but a bit on the oily side. The crust had a nice texture, and the toppings were generous, but the excess grease made it a little heavy for my liking. Additionally, I found the prices to be a tad steep for pizza, especially considering that they don't offer slices for those who just want a quick bite. While the pizza was fine and satisfied my craving at the moment, I don't anticipate returning anytime soon. For those in search of a casual pizza place, it might be worth a visit, but keep in mind that there are definitely better options out there. But this was somehow over and undercooked at the same time. I got no extra toppings (just cheese and sauce), and it fell apart, so I can only assume it won't hold up to anything more than that. We were told that they're still baked on gluten free specific pans, but a) there's way more room for error when they're all the same size and shape, and b) they all get baked in the same oven, so using a pan with high sides cuts down on cross contamination, while a shorter sided pan allows for more. I had never reacted to their pizzas before today. And to be perfectly frank, it just tastes worse. It's a lower quality product all around. The best thing I can say about this crust is at least it's not cauliflower. I'm sure they're trying to cut down on cost. But I'm just so, so tired of having to settle for an inferior product because I have a food allergy. Especially when they already had one that was so much better than everyone else's. I got excited about getting pizza. Like for the first time in a looooong, long time. The disappointment when that gets taken away is rough.
