Dutches, what can I say? First and foremost, incredible owners! Top notch service, but with a family feel. Both owners are amazing people, chat with you and treat you like family not just a patron. Forfot to ask her name, but the ( Im assuming) wife is a techer and was talking with my gf about the current hardships and sharing resources with each other. Gotta say, to teach all day and then come work the evenings at the Za shop is a grind but she was super pleasant and always with a smile. Pizza, was great! The sausage sooooo good and spicy. STEPH JUDGEMENT: Great food and beers, but small and cramped on busy nights. Met up with two other couples for a Friday evening hang and we had a nice time. It's not a big place, so not really a good place for large parties. Our party of six felt pretty big in here. We did luck out with a table just big enough, however. The ambiance is quaint and down-home feeling, and everyone was very friendly. They had a nice selection of food and beers and we decided to try their queso dip and a pizza--both were very good. The pizza had that wonderful wood-fired oven chewiness that I love. I had their Porto Pils--a nice light beer to accompany the pizza--and it really hit the spot. All in all, a nice place to hang out with friends. I'd definitely come back to check out other items. read more

I have come here 3 times. 1st time 5/5 but, last night was 3. I ordered the Spicoli which I've loved. It came out burnt ... not the good kind either. So I ordered some ranch and they charge extra. I hope Jason the owner reads this and changes that. Charging for ranch is just ridiculous when you own a pizza joint. Especially when I'm spending $100 at your place. The Owner used to be or still is a stunt driver or something from Texas, hence the decor. I dig it. Has a chic barn feel to it. It's not that big but the 3 times I've been here, there was always a place to sit even if you have to wait a little. First, the beer. They curate their beer from various breweries so you'll constantly find something new or something that will satisfy your taste buds. Second, the pizza. Thin crust and a wide variety of choices. We've had their Grindtime (my personal favorite - sausage and peppercinis!), Mother Earth (their vegan pizza - but we get it with cheese), Dirty Bird (I think pineapple on pizza is blasphemy but my wife loves it), and a basic cheese and basic pepperoni pizza. Good tasting crust, good flavors, just an overall great pizza. It's kid friendly, and they have a game section towards the back with board games and other stuff which is super fun. This is the place to be for Taco Tuesday and any other day for pizza. I love the shrimp tacos and spicoli pizza. My hubby loves the pepperoni pizza. I prefer sour beers and ciders and my hubby prefers pilsners and there is always something good for us both. The staff is down to earth and fun to be around. I've only written a review for 2 places on Yelp. This being my second :). Best pizza/brewery spot we have been to , ever. The service hands down amazing. Super friendly and attentive. They always give awesome recommendations on beers. My son, husband and I come here at least once a month since we first visited a few months ago. We've seen the owner a few times and he's great !! Gives our son stickers and makes conversation with him. We love that. Shout out to one of our favorite bartender/waiter/service person ? ADRIAN . The place is small though but we love it. Never stopped by this place before but my wife and I were driving around and trying to figure out what to eat for dinner on a Friday night. Checked Yelp and saw this place had 5 stars. Put an order in for two pizzas and a salad. The pizzas were AMAZING. The dough was tasty and the ingredients were fresh. Got the White Night and Filetti. They were great. My wife got the LB Ceaser. We had a great experience then and decided to come back tonight and try the food along with our beers. We got the frito pie, big daddy pizza and one Dutch taco to share. It was all so good! The best part was the pizza. Don't let this place fool you! Every single component to that pizza is done right. This time Edward was tending to us and he was a super nice guy with great customer service. Last time we had Jason which I believe is the owner who was amazing as well. I was also checking out previous reviews to see what food items to order and couldn't help but notice the guy that put one star. He must of been drunk or something bc a bad experience here seems pretty impossible. Every customer in the place looked super happy to be there. The description by the respondent to my review of how the owner mentioned the pandemic and how difficult it was on the business is not accurate. She saw me, pointed her fingers, asked if we had gotten anything. I told her what we ordered and that we had just finished. She said it was a busy night and that we essentially had to get going. It is true that she apologized, however, her tone was condescending, to which my partner, who had worked in the service industry for many years, agreed. Additionally, I did not see her approach anyone else in the restaurant in this manner which I thought peculiar. The other staff were very polite and welcoming so this particular person's approach seemed out of line and honestly, targeted. Indeed, the fact that she was revealed to be the owner is more disappointing as she serves as a model for the other staff and the face of the business. Jason, calling people selfish because they disagree with you is probably not going to prove fruitful. I understand it sucks to hear that someone did not have a good experience at your restaurant, but sometimes that happens. Nevertheless, you and her have a right to know when that happens and to use that information as you will. read more

While the place is way out of my hood, I, (we), felt right at home and that is because of the service. Greeted immediately upon entry by the owners / proprietors, these guys were uber cool and on top of their game. Seriously, I felt like I was at a friends house!!! We were doted upon from start to finish. Top that off with some good eats, (the pretzel bites are amazeballs, the Frito Pie, simple but delectable and the pizzas are top notch), great beer choices, (I really enjoyed the Betty IPA), and nice tunes in the background, I could see this place a being a staple in my life. Some people may not like this style, but man, I do!! Only one "medium" size, so shareable for two, maybe three people. We had the #2. We love sun-dried tomatoes, but they weren't working for us in this context. We'll try something else next time. Brewhouse Salad ($10) was excellent. I finally made it to Dutch's. We caught them at a slow time in their busy Saturday service. They have a great selection of beers, and the pizzas are extra yummy. Sure, they are charging you 18" prices for a 14" pizza, but given the fact that they're providing you with some great beers, gives them reason to keep you there. Also, we tried their pretzel bites with cheese sauce and mustard (side dips). That was also another great treat that hit the spot. Let's total it up: 5 beers, a pizza and a pretzel bite appetizer for under $50. Now, that's a bargain if I've ever seen one. Decided to try this place out with a friend for lunch on Friday, 4/27/18... our bartender/server was really nice and accommodating. We were torn between two pizzas and she told us they were both great choices (being both her favorite). We also got an IPA each and some mini pretzel bites which were pretty good, but WAY better with the tasty mustard that comes with it (cheese comes with it too but we weren't a fan). I'd definitely come back in the near future given its nice location, cool atmosphere, and food. Hoping they add some time of happy hour in the future as we did not see that advertised anywhere.
