The sides are great along with their pita bread, garlic sauce and rice. I like D'vine but their meats always have room for improvement, on the drier side. This is the 2nd time I've ordered food and some of it tastes like the cleaning supplies you smell when you walk into a restaurant. I don't go as often as I used to but once I taste that cleaning supply taste, it surprises me that it's happened twice in the last 4 times I've been there. We went to a terrible Mediterranean place on Friday and were craving some good Mediterranean food and this is one of our go to places. They have plenty of parking nearby, the restaurant is very welcoming and has a nice atmosphere and food is great. One of my absolute favourite items is the babaganoush. It is so delicious and you can taste the roasted eggplants in it. I love lamb so I ordered the lamb kebab medium rare. Sadly I received well done. The waitress was very nice and asked how was the food, I was disappointed and was very honest by showing and stating that it was overdone. She offered to remake, but I said it wasn't needed and I would eat it like that just not happy. To be clear, it tasted good just tougher and not the temperature I prefer. I don't like wasting food so I rarely send it back. She went ahead and fired another round of lamb kebab. I was surprised when she brought it and it was delicious! The second round was cooked perfectly and it really changed my experience from an ok to a great! Which is what I expected when we got there as it always is great. Their rice is really good as well and their garlic sauce is really tasty! My bf wanted a baklava and didn't want to share a bite with me so we ordered 2. Service is as fast, friendly and attentive. The food was horrible. The chicken shawarma I ordered was not seasoned well, pan fried instead of from a spit. They should not call it shawarma - it's so far from it. My husband and sister got the Kofta kebab- over cooked, dry - my dog would not have ate this. The shrimp was good, rice was good. The spicy hummus and baba ghanoush was yummy. I would just order the mezzanine plate in appetizer section . No MEAT. I'm not sure why this place got good reviews. Would never, ever come back - sorry. I only order takeout from here but every time i do come in the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The inside of the restaurant is clean and they have a nice outside patio with covers to provide shade. I tried their chicken and beef shawarma plates and it tastes delicious. Portions are generous and the plates come with a gigantic pita bread. The sumac onions are my favorite side with the plate. Definitely a good place if you want Mediterranean food read more

Went to D' vine to celebrate a friends birthday. Food was awesome. I got the shish burger. Good flavor, lots of meat. Fries were bomb! My friends ordered the favorite chicken shawarma plate. Not sure why it took us this long to visit Dvine! It's located in the Target shopping center. Lots of parking too! We walked in and sat at the bar. Service is great and they are so friendly! We ordered a couple+ drinks, a Makers and diet and I had the Arabian Knight. Great pours and yummy drinks! Such a great atmosphere, we could sit there all night. Our new go to Mediterranean spot! I got the chicken kebab plate with hummus and my fiance got the chicken shawarma plate with spicy hummus. Everything was so good, we were impressed. The rice was some of the best rice we've had and hummus was so fresh and tasted homemade. I preferred the chicken shawarma (seasoning was so good) over the chicken kebab (nicely grilled but chicken breast just tends to be a bit more dry and less flavorful, although paired well with the garlic sauce). I also preferred the spicy hummus to the regular hummus - more flavor and not really spicy. I think next time I'd get a salad side over the hummus since I was lacking that freshness in the meal. But overall we loved the food and service. We will definitely be back! read more

We celebrated my daughter's engagement at the DVine restaurant in Brea. We worked closely with Jamal, the owner who did an amazing job! We had the entire patio area to ourselves, for several hours. There was plenty of room for our 70 guests. The tables looked beautiful. The centerpieces were personalized and gave the tables the perfect touch of color. Jamal made sure we had a ton of food. We had appetizers on every table - hummus, baba ghanoush, Mediterranean salad, cucumber yogurt salad, beet salad, red cabbage salad, cheese fatayer, falafel, and cauliflower (my favorite). The food was served family style. It included chicken, beef,kefta, rice, pita bread and garlic sauce (my favorite). The food was served fresh, hot and tasted incredible. This is the best Mediterranean food I have ever had! The service was superb. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They kept all the drinks filled without anyone having to ask. We had extra room available for our arch backdrop, cake table and presents table. A special shout out to #Tropicana bakery in Downey for the most delicious Cuban cake. Another shout out to #luckyy_pop who did a wonderful job with our balloons. Lisa was easy to work with and did quality work. I would highly recommend her - find her on Instagram. Falafel was battered perfectly and crispy. Hummus and Tahini was silky smooth and rich.
