Just received my car back today after having a ceramic coat put on and paint correction services done prior to that to remove all the swirl marks. I have to say I'm very impressed with all facets of their business, from the initial phone consultation I had to the excellent quality of work they did. I can honestly say my car looks better today than the day I bought it. They were patient and answered all my questions and you can tell they take pride in their work. And their pricing is very fair and was actually a lot less than most of the other companies I checked out. Dynamic Detailing excels in customer service and exceptional results. I first called a few months back to schedule a headlight restoration. Sean answered the phone (while he was in Vegas for a convention show) and patiently explained to me the process and what it would cost. I told him I would call back the following week when they were back in town. However I was just starting a new job then and kept pushing it further back. Soon the following week turned into months. 2 months later I called the shop again. Sean picks up and personally greets me! I'm impressed that he remembered me and my number. We start talking again about plans to restore my headlights and then asked him about detailing since I've never gotten one before. He was very knowledgeable and informative on describing what ceramic pro coat is and the wonders it does to your car. For someone who is new to detailing, I never felt Sean was pushing or trying to sell me on it even when we started talking numbers. He even said to check some videos about it online first and then to give him a call back. Sean genuinely cares about delivering the best customer service he can. Hands down this was the best customer service interaction I've had over the phone before I had even step foot into the door. I dropped my car off at the shop a few days later. Sean drove me to a coffee shop nearby. After waiting only a few hours, I was blown away with the results. My car is in the best shape its ever been in. Almost a month later, my car has been through some really heavy rain over the past few weeks. Water and dirt literally slide right off. It's seriously the best investment you can possibly make. DD is a pretty good shop (very clean and professional), and they treat you nice... but I have an unsatisfactory result from the job on my car. Got a brand new car (blue Tesla Model 3), and took it here about a month after purchase for ceramic coating. After the coating was done, I noticed there were paint swirl marks on the hood. Well, great, can't get those out now that coating has been applied. Why didn't the shop inspect for pre-existing defects and buff it out before applying the coating? I took the car back to DD after this and pointed it out. He (Dan) asked if I opted for paint correction when I got this done. Two responses to this: never noticed the paint swirls until now (brand new car, wouldn't think it had them). Second, why wouldn't the shop inspect for this while they are washing/prepping my car? And if they see swirls, call me or just buff it out. For the "gold" package ceramic coating, I would assume an inspection is done and they can include basic paint buffing. Maybe this was a rush job... but I would not expect such from a professional. Ultimate goal of ceramic coating is to "lock" in a great looking paint finish, and this was not achieved. I'm disappointed in the result and implications of ceramic coating. If I could do it all over again, I would probably not get ceramic coating at Dynamic Detailing (still not sure this process is worth the high price). Update: Dynamic Detailing (Dan) called me shortly after posting this review. This shows they care about customer satisfaction, thus I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars. While I won't explain all the details of the conversation, the unfortunate reality is my car has some paint imperfections that I wish hadn't been "locked" in during the ceramic coating process. Beware and be extra careful if you choose to do this, whatever shop it may be. read more

Even with COVID, the folks at DD are attentive, responsive to our needs and schedule, and super clean and meticulous. We had the silver plus coating and have had maintenance on our vehicle for a few years, and our car looks fantastic with just a basic wash! DD is a truly professional operation, run with the highest standards and quality. I got my Tesla M3 PPF wrapped and ceramic coated, and they had done a really great job. Very thorough and a nice finish. I was skeptical about the interiors, but when I spilled coffee on the seat (I have white interiors), my heart stopped, but I was able to wipe it clean with no stains and residue. I went for the yearly maintenance for the ceramic coat today, and it was another professional, well managed task - following social distancing and safety guidelines all the while. Daniel at Dynamic Detailing is by far one of the most inspiring and motivating guys I've had the pleasure to meet. It has been over 2 years since I got my first detail done from him back before he had a shop with a full fledged business. In that time, he has built what is a brilliant example of the way a business should be run. I came to my appointment for my 2014 Ford Mustang GT and my mothers 2013 Hyundai Tucson. Daniel gave me a tour of the shop and it is a great looking area. A lot of how a business operates can be seen by the way they maintain the premises. It's clean and a very professional space. He let me know it would be a few hours so we decided to head off for food. When we returned, we were able to hang out in the customer lounge, which by the way had very comfortable chairs and an awesome TV with free NetFlix, and watched a movie until our cars were ready. When I saw the car, just wow. I've always been a car guy, I take very good car of my ride and it's important to me that it's done right. Daniel and his guys did an amazing job on the detail and 1 year Ceramic Pro coating. The paint looks better than from the factory with no visible swirls in the clear and an amazing gloss that seriously pops off the car. Running the back of your hand across the paint, you can tell they got the whole car with a good clay bar and buff. That Ceramic Pro coating is the best thing I've had done to my car, ever, period. All in all, I am extremely satisifed, and my Mom loves the way her new Hyundai looks as well. It's great knowing our cars are protected from the elements and this will make cleaning a breeze. If anyone is even considering coming to the guys at Dynamic Detailing to get some Ceramic Pro work done, stop thinking about it and do it, you will not regret it! Took my car for my ceramic pro 1 year maintenance and it was an awesome experience. I first thought I had to wait a long time so Ive brought my laptop to watch a movie. Instead they have this theater area where I get to sit and watch a movie to kill time. They finished my car in about 1 and a half hour. Staffs are extremely nice and place is comfortable to relax in. I am no car detailing expert but I am picky about how my car looks clean. I also dont write many reviews but when respect is due it's a must to give it up. I took my fairly new 5 Series to Dynamic Detailing after I made a mistake of having it claybar'd at a terrible hand carwash. DD corrected 90% of the swirl marks with Stage 1 paint correction and then applied Ceramic Pro Lite. I was very happy with the final out come. 1-2 months later I am even happier to report how the finish and shine has held up to the rainy weather we recently had here in the Bay. After all that rain the finish still looks amazingly clean. All water literally slides right off. IMO definitely worth the investment to have Dynamic Detailing treat your car's finish the right way! I came to Dynamic Detailing for a protective coating for a new car. My case is a little different from what I think is the usual case - my car is a lowly Ford, not a show car or supercar. I don't have a garage, so it'll be parked outside; my interest is less in having a showroom finish and more in just trying to keep the black paint looking fresh for as long as possible. All that aside, these guys treated me like their most important customer. Sean's communication was top-notch, and the work that they did (I think it was Daniel) made me feel like I owned a show car! It beads through raining season, and it's very easy to wipe stuff off the paint.
