I am a regular patron of Dynasty buffet. They have a frequent dining card where you get a free meal after the 10th visit. However a friend and I tried recently to redeem our cards. They stated that the card can only be redeemed during weekdays. This new policy is not stated on the card. We have always been able to redeem the card on the weekend. Not amazing but not the worst I've had either. I wanted a Japanese sushi buffet and this was recommended to me by my cousin who swears by the place. Not wanting to dissapoint him i went. I noticed it was a Chinese buffet so had no expectation of the sushi and went in knowing I would probably not have the sushi and the selection would be minimal at best (and it was right). The sushi here is awful don't come here for that, but the Chinese is pretty good they don't have a wide selection but it was enough to keep the kids quite (chicken nuggets and fries thank God). The server was very friendly and attentive and the place relatively clean. If I had an itch for Chinese this would be the place I'd go to pig out if in the area but not willing to go out of my way for it. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. The service is horrible. The server was forcing us to leave before we had even finished our meals. She would just start picking up the plates and silverware without asking if we were finished. Then we asked for some hot tea and before even drinking one cup and cleaned our whole table off. Very disappointing. My husband and I along with our children went around 2pm this afternoon and will Never return. Almost everything looked like it was from the day before so that's a turn off. Despite the looks we still grabbed plates (smh as to why) and made our rounds for our children first major mistake. This is pretty much my favorite go to spot when I feel like Chinese and don't want to have to pick one entrée. The food is pretty good for the price and so is the atmosphere. The staff isn't as talkative but I don't mind. The crab ragoon is AMAZING when fresh and so is the lo mein and orange chicken. My mom usually gets the teriyaki chicken which tastes pretty good also. Gave this place chance after chance! Went today noon time, place a little busy. Sat down with shrimp w/lobster sauce, chicken w/broccoli, spring roll, egg roll & a few other "hot" items. Tried a taste of everything & everything was COLD!! Ruined my appetite, could not eat anything. Went to front telling them "everything is cold". We have been so many times to this place but today I felt tricked. Check the charges on your final bill as they bring you the credit card/debit card ticket to the table with the final amount to be paid without a detail of charges. As we checked we found a discrepancy of 6 dollars based on our calculations on how much we had to pay (5 adults and two kids) The waiter couldn't explain and when my husband requested to see the detail of the charges we saw at the end of the detail a $6 dollar tip that they didn't mention they were including. Since you don't know the waiter already included tip on the total, you double tip 15-18% as you include tip after the total amount on the credit card ticket when the tip has already been included. We were not rude of anything we just wanted to understand and pay our bill. We paid the amount with the 6 dollar tip that she included but didn't double tip afterward. The waiter got upset didn't want to speak English anymore and started to pick up the table in a bad mood speaking with another waiter she didn't even said goodbye to us. read more

The place aparently filled up and they had a waiting line. They decided that I'd been there too long. I like to eat here but when it comes time to pay the bill, it reminds me that I should not have come. The amounts are handwritten on the bill, and they are adding some tip to it, but it does not state that anywhere. So you are double tipping unless you know this little secret. They just give you a total with tip and tax added. The waiters then pretend they do not speak English when you question them if tip has been added. This needs to stop. This is my first and last time I will come here. The food was good for the cheap prices. My only complaint was our rude waiter that seem to hate life and was anger at the world. She didn't bring us our drinking until we were about to leave. She then was upset that I didn't leave a tip and came back telling us we needed to give her money. How do I begin.. The thing I mostly regret is not taking a look at the buffet before sitting down.. Because then I started to serve myself and was immediately dissatisfied with the sushi selection but I was with my son who wasn't complaining so I figured maybe it would get better. Then we went to the hot items and it only got worse..everything and I mean everything was overdone or in the pan way too long like a few days.. It was hard and the color of over cooked food.. The price is about 10.65 a person for dinner which includes a drink. There is also a small section of the buffet designated for a few american cuisine foods such as french fries, onion rings, baked salmon, pizza, chicken wings, and pasta with alfredo sauce. The selections of foods vary from night to night but it is definitely good for the money and its worth reccomending to someone. read more

This place is just okay for me. The only reason why I go is because my husband and son like this place and it's budget friendly. I'm not really big on Chinese buffets, I never eat well and it's just not my deal. But I will say that they have sushi rolls and shrimp which I will eat and I usually pass on just about everything else. This place has potential, maybe we just went on a bad day. The price is very reasonable for a buffet and kids under 3 eat free which is a plus. They have a nice selection of food, and was very taste, the quality was a little better than other buffets I've been to. The dessert was typical of most Chinese buffets, frozen prepackaged stuff, not so good. My issue was with a majority of the dishes being cold.
