In fact, when Mark heard that our Pure Hot+Cool Link was being used for our infant, and knowing very cold weather was on the horizon, he made it a point to expedite the repair for us. Couldn't thank them enough for this! They continue to over-deliver on their pledge for total satisfaction in the workmanship and overall repair process. And their level of communication and willingness to do whatever they can to make us happy has totally gained our trust and commitment to the Dyson brand. This is an update to my prior 1 star review on this establishment. The owner reached out to me and we spoke about my experience at the store and he agreed it could have been handled better. The most impressive thing is that he searched all of the Dyson service locations and found my part in Pennsylvania and had it shipped to me. I now have two of the hoses which will guarantee that I will never need another one but I surely appreciate this gentleman showing that at least HE knows what customer service is all about. My wife brought our Animal 11 to the service center because the trigger had failed. The technician came out and said I have some good news and some bad news. My wife fully expected to be sent away without a repair. The technician said " we don't have the replacement parts". "However, you are going home with a new vacuum today". My wife was over the moon! My old Dyson is on its farewell tour after years of loyal and aggressive partnership. I was knocking around on the website when I saw the big ol' yellow button that said "CALL US". I thought, hah. Okay. I only had to pick ONE prompt before I got a human. Excellent. Rob was friendly and had a great sense of humor. He had a great understanding of the piece of equipment I called about and was able to troubleshoot with me beautifully. He listened to all of my feedback and helped me make a choice on a new machine after educating me on the warranty program. The vacuum arrived promptly two days later and obviously effing rocks. He followed up with me via email the next day. I have never expected to receive service like this when calling any manufacturer. Dyson - please accept my apology. Good stuff. read more

Stopped in for the first time to inquire about a repair on our 8 year old dyson animal as the red on button would not stay down and keep the vacuum running. We figured the cost to repair would be more expensive than it was worth. We got an estimate within seconds of walking through the door which was unbelievably decent so within 10 minutes we were out the door with a fixed vacuum cleaner which was also checked over and adjusted for less than $30. This is what customer service and productivity is all about. If more companies ran their businesses like this they would not be going out of business. Dyson is expensive but they make an awesome product and you get what you pay for and they stand behind their products. read more

I have been to this location several times over the years I have owned Dyson products. The staff is always great, really impressive customer service and today was no exception. End of his work day Joe greeted me and immediately took my vacuum I have been having problems with and exceeded my expectations. Great experience at the Dyson Sales and Service Center in Bolingbrook. I brought in my vacuum, Patrick asked me what was wrong, I explained the situation. He asked me to fill out a service ticket while he took it to the back to check it out. Patrick came back out about 10 minutes later, gave me back my vacuum and said it was good to go. Excellent service facility. I received an email for a free 'health check' on my Dyson so I went in. The store was somewhat busy, but I was greeted and they took my vacuum back straight away. They did the inspection, cleaned it a bit, and replaced a part all in 15 minutes. I was slightly nervous they'd try to sell me add on's like at an oil change facility, but there was absolutely none of that. Hopefully my vacuum won't ever need to be fixed, but if it does, I will definitely go here. read more

I brought​ my v6 motorhead in for diagnostics because the brush bar​ was no longer spinning. Mark was very courteous and efficient. I decided to traipse​ around the other stores whilst waiting. Not long after, Mark gave me a follow-up​ call and informed me that the brushbar not spinning was due to rust build up in the motor area. That, unfortunately, ​was not covered under warranty but as a one-time​ customer courtesy, he replaced the brushbar unit for me, free of charge. Brought my 4 year old Dyson Animal vacuum in today, quit working, clogged somewhere I couldn't reach. Very pleasant man took care of me right away, very COVID aware, limit 2 customers at one time. He took the vacuum in back, and had it back to me in 5 minutes, purring like a kitten! Showed me where to check for blockages in the future. Great, friendly service from Mark starting from the first phone call all the way down to our visit. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Needed a replacement hose on our model 25 and it was replaced while we waited. Also checked over the vacuum in general, cleaned the filter and advised us of things we forgot or failed to read in a manual. It was great to have this service center available as opposed to figuring out how to get the vacuum fixed or even have to buy a new one. read more

My dyson was acting up so I came here hoping for help. I expected them to say they had to order a part and keep it a week but was completely wrong!!! I walked in to a supper friendly staff was took my machine in the back and came out after aa few minutes to tell me he had to replace the battery pack. When I asked how long the wait was he said "No more than 5 minutes." And that was how long it took! He also looked up the serial number for me to see if it was still under warranty, and it was! My husband and I went into this service center just to see if there were any bags or holders for our V8 vacuum attachments. The salesperson Bobby was extremely helpful and was able to provide us with a bag for our attachments and was able to register the vacuum too. We inquired about the fans and he was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to give us enough information to see which fan works best for us. My Dyson quit vacuuming up dirt although the hose worked. I took it to the Dyson service center. Within 5 minutes he was able to find the problem. A paper clip prevented the intake from closing, therefore preventing suction. I was so pleased. Great quick service. read more

Mark in Bolingbrook did a Great job repairing our 12 year old Dyson, simple belt and roller brush replacement, runs like new again. We also bought the New Dyson Ball Animal so we can keep the older Dyson in the basement to vacuum down there. Great vacuums, far better than the Shark that we tried from our neighbor. read more

Stopped in to the service center with about 30 minutes until they closed. I thought I was going to have to drop off the vacuum cleaner and pick it up two weeks later. This was definitely not the case. The gentleman there asked if I had a few minutes. I said sure and he took the vacuum cleaner to the back and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. No proof of warranty or anything like that. They must have everything online, he replaced all the parts that needed replacing no charge. This place is great, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I came in with my Cinetic because it was having issues with suction. A pleasant gentleman checked the vacuum out and found a wine cork stuck in a pipe. He then proceeded to show me how to remove a tricky piece of piping. He also cleaned my vacuum out. All of this in a matter of minutes. Absolutely phenomenal service! They also have all of their lineup ready to test drive and even take home! I now understand why Dyson costs more. Service like this is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend. read more

After having another shop quotes a crazy repair price and try to get me to trade in on another refurbished Dyson, I came here.
