Exceptional Customer Service at Dyson Service Center Bolingbrook I don't normally write long reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared because outstanding customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find. My original Dyson Airwrap stopped working, so I brought it into the Dyson Service Center Bolingbrook with all of the original attachments and storage case. The team sent it out for repair, and after about a week my sister went to pick it up for me. Unfortunately, they discovered that my Airwrap had been lost. While I was obviously disappointed, what happened next completely changed my experience. Brittany (Store Manager) and Gregory immediately took ownership of the situation. They were kind, compassionate, and genuinely wanted to make things right. Instead of leaving me without answers, they reached out to Harold, the Regional Manager, to help find the best possible solution. From that moment on, Harold went above and beyond anything I expected. He personally communicated with me throughout the process, apologized for what had happened, and presented several options to make things right. He ultimately upgraded me to a brand-new Airwrap, helped me secure the exact color I wanted (Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold), kept me updated on inventory, and personally made sure it was set aside for me at the Bolingbrook location. When I picked up my new Airwrap, Brittany and Gregory made the entire experience seamless. They were warm, welcoming, and professional, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. I also want to apologize on behalf of my sister if she seemed frustrated during everything. Finding out my Airwrap had been lost was upsetting, but the entire team remained patient, respectful, and incredibly professional throughout the process. After receiving my replacement, I had one more concern regarding my warranty. Harold once again took the time to personally look into it and explained that while Dyson is unable to extend the warranty, my replacement Airwrap would remain covered under my original warranty through 12/21/2026. What impressed me even more was what he told me next: "Of course, we have the ability to make an exception if you go into our site, if something happens in Jan or Feb. Please have confidence that we will do everything we can to take care of you and your Airwrap." That reassurance meant a great deal to me and truly reflects the level of customer care this team provides. What impressed me most wasn't that a mistake happened; mistakes can happen anywhere. It was how everyone handled it. They took ownership, communicated every step of the way, followed through on every promise they made, and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. A heartfelt thank you to Harold, Brittany, and Gregory. You represented Dyson with integrity, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Because of the way you handled this situation, you've earned a loyal customer, and I will happily continue recommending Dyson to my family and friends. I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this location of Dyson, and I must say it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Primarily due to the negative attitude and unprofessional behavior exhibited by Joe, one of the staff members and it has left dissatisfied and with resolution to my problem. From the moment I entered the service center, I was greeted with cold and unwelcoming expressions. Joe seemed disinterested and unhelpful, showing no willingness to assist customers in need. Moreover, the customer service I received was shockingly subpar. When I approached him with my concerns and questions regarding my Dyson product, they displayed an alarming lack of knowledge and expertise. It felt as if he was simply uninterested in resolving my issues or addressing my inquiries. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for him. What's even more frustrating is the dismissive behavior I encountered. He seemed annoyed by my presence and treated my concerns as if they were trivial, such as when I asked him a simple question on how I can clean my Dyson attachment and questions on buying a newer model. His inability to provide clear and concise explanations left me feeling confused and frustrated, without any resolution to my problem. Additionally, while my experience with Joe was deeply disappointing, I observed that the other staff members at the Dyson Service Center appeared to be responsible and attentive, making it evident that Joe's negative behavior was not reflective of the entire team. My experience at the Dyson Service Center was an absolute nightmare. The negative attitude and poor customer service displayed by Joe were utterly disappointing. Highlighting the fact that I took the time out of my day to write this review, truly emphasizes the significant impact and extent of my negative experience. Despite my negative experience, I currently possess two Dyson vacuums and an attachment that aren't functioning as intended, for which I'm uncertain about the options available to me due to Joe's inadequate service. read more

Great service! Friendly, professional and efficient. I expected to drop off my vacuum for service and come back several days or a week later. The machine did not have much suction and I thought it was due to a possible hole or kink in the hose in the attachment. The gentleman asked if I had few minutes while he checked it out. Indeed, a few moments later he came back and it was fixed! When I stated my concern about the hose, he replaced just to be sure that was not a future problem. These machines are a bit expensive compared to many other vacuum options. But when you receive services like this, I think it is worth the investment. Hi, I just wanted to give a shout out to the dyson service center in Bolingbrook Illinois. My brother has a dyson and he had received an email that he can come in and get a free wellness check of his vacuum. So we went to the Bolingbrook service center, and the representative Mark, was very very pleasant to my brother. He checked the vacuum it only took a few minutes, the vacuum was fine. We started talking to Mark about the different Dyson products, my brother was interested in the Dyson fans. And he gave him options and the offer of a discount. I just wanted to say that there was great great service by Mark. I did not tell him until after we were about to leave that I am a Dyson employee. And he did a great job. read more

Just a quick review to let you know that these guys (Mark and Josh) are the bomb. Brought my 6 y.o. Dyson Stick vac to them and they diagnosed a battery issue within minutes. Instead of spending money on the new battery (a fourth of the cost of a new machine) we chose to purchase a new machine. We certainly got our money's worth out of the old one, but the new technology was far superior. Josh pointed out the best deal and we were ready to go. I would recommend not going during lunch time (11:30 am to 1:30 pm) due to the sheer volume of business and the fact that they close for lunch 1:00 - 1:30 pm. I called the store about two weeks ago to find a part for my vacuum one of the parts they had at their Schaumburg store so Jeremy told me that I could head over there and get everything fixed. That worked really well and the Schaumburg store actually fixed what I needed for free. I have another vacuum, the DC 33, which is a little bit older. Jeremy said it's gonna be hard to find this part but he'll do what he can to get this part. I tried ordering this part on eBay was sent the wrong part. I completely forgot that Jeremy was looking in two weeks later. He called me and said he found the part in Minneapolis Minnesota and had it shipped here for me. Customer Service: Excellent. Dyson Representative Mark: Excellent skills and demeanor. This experience moved the bar up for the definition of Great Customer Experience, and a reason to be a Dyson owner. My Dyson DC65 was experiencing problems with one portion of the brushes not rotating properly, which turned out to be a broken brush peg attached to the mechanism that turns both brushes. After calling the store, Mark suggested I bring in the whole vacuum. In the same day, Mark not only fixed the cleaner head, at my request he reused as many parts that made sense (met Mark's standards), and noticed a broken canister handle that I did not mention to him. He even replaced the handle at no cost. read more

Mark Creer is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and asked thoughtful questions in supporting me in purchasing the vacuum that is best suited to my needs which ended up being one of the more affordable vacuums Dyson sells and was also able to help me take advantage of a current promotion so I feel I got a great value on a high quality product with a great warranty! He even offered to assemble the vacuum for me prior to shipping it and really went above and beyond to provide superior service. I would highly recommend working with Mark if you are considering purchasing a Dyson product. read more

What a treat! How I wish other retailers would take care of customers as I was taken care of here. After taking apart my vacuum to clean it,according to the u-tube video, I couldn't get it back together! Plus it had you unscrewing the top (this I didn't do) I brought it in and asked about taking it apart further- it was a "No" not a good idea. It was taken in the back and the rest of the dust blown out- all cleaned and finally back together! All of this done in minutes and service with a smile. read more

We were very pleased with the service. I emailed Dyson itself about two issues. They asked for pictures which I sent. They referred us to the service center for the repair saying when we went in they would have a record of what needed repair. When we showed up the following day the agent was already familiar with our issues he knew what needed to be done and in 15 minutes our repair was completed at no charge. We were very happy with the service and it's one of the reasons I buy only Dyson. read more

Absolutely love this place., superior customer service (technician Ralph Meza) goes over and beyond and his knowledge of all Dyson products is to be commended. He has personally shown me how to dissemble my vacuum to correct minor repairs and has always fixed what is wrong in a manner of minutes (that back room must be magical). Broken vacuum goes in and comes out like new every time. I'm a Dyson customer for life!! This guy deserves recognition and a bonus (and no, I'm not a relative). read more

I went last week to this repair place because my battery stopped working on my dyson and it was under warranty still. Within 5 minutes or less they replaced my battery and also liked at my main brush vacuum head which was a little damaged and replaced that as well. This place was quick, easy & had great customer service. I wish I had gotten the guys name who helped me last wednesday he was very helpful and friendly. If I could give more stars, I would. I had a broken Dyson V11, so I brought it in. A gentleman came out immediately as I walked in the door. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had me out the door with a working vacuum in about 15 minutes. My Dyson had a bit of water damage, so the main body needed to be replaced. Luckily, for me, they had the part available. I wish I could remember the names of the staff, but all three who were there were extremely friendly and helpful. read more

This was my second visit to this location. First time was to trade in an old Dyson and buy a new one. The second time was to have it checked as it was not working properly. Both times the employees were simply outstanding in their courtesy and professionalism. My second visit was this week. The vacuum was quickly adjusted and now works perfectly. Unbelievable service! I took handheld Dyson vacuum cleaners in and the repairs were unexpectedly done while I waited. He knew what he was doing and made the experience easy and simple. I would definitely pick and recommend this location to anyone. In fact I was bragging about how good he was to everyone since! I called prior to bringing my vacuum in, and had all my questions answered by Ralph. He was even more helpful when bringing it in. For a same day fix, it was done quickly and free of charge even though I was very honest about my toddler possibly being the one to cause the issue. I was pleasantly surprised with the store service, considering phone customer service wasn't quite helpful. I would definitely send anyone I know with a Dyson here for hassle free service. read more

First time there wed afternoon 2/25/2017 went to drop off my vacuum to get it looked and luckily the service rep was nice enough to work on it while I waited and fixed it for me in about 15min or less I was afraid I had to leave it and come back for it and it's like new now and the service rep I didn't get his name big guy grayish hair about 6ft talk was very nice very friendly and new so much about the product so great experience 5 stars for sure read more

We have had several occasions to use the Dyson Repair Center in Bolingbrook, as we own 3 Dyson's and have purchased 2 others as gifts for our daughters. Mark and his staff are outstanding and very knowledgeable and proficient in handling our needs in keeping our machines in peak working condition.
