I had a great experience at the Dyson Service Center today. I was met by a very friendly, knowledgeable technician who promptly asked me a few key diagnostic questions which ultimately led him to detect the issue I was having with my vacuum. He didn't hesitate to take my machine into the back where he fixed it on the spot. Furthermore, he went on to explain possible issues to be careful of in order to avoid potential problems that I could face in the future. To top it all off, not only was there no charge, but he also carried the vacuum outside and put it back in my trunk for me. I left extremely pleased!! I went straight home to test out my newly fixed dyson, and I am happy to say that it is back to working like a champ, once again! I am not one for writing reviews. However in this case I will because they were great. I came in with a poorly functioning vacuum and thought it would be days to get it back. Instead, they told me to have a seat in their neat and tidy waiting area. As there were a few people there before me, it took about 20 minutes for them to get back to me. Not to tell me tales of woe but to tell me they had fixed my vacuum back to like new condition. Then the young lady patiently explained what she did and what I could do in the future to better take care of my machine. She didn't even sound like she was talking to an old fogey! Great place! I absolutely love my Dyson vacuum cleaner and think it was worth every penny. I was having an issue with it, I went to the Dyson website and indicated what was wrong. I had two options: order the part and install it myself, or head over to Dyson Service Center. Easy choice for me :). I called them up and they said just to come on by and call when I got there (COVID precautions). I waited at the most five minutes even with two other people in front of me. The associate came out, took my Dyson, and was back in ten minutes with a fixed Dyson (it needed a new battery - it was under warranty). Oh my gosh! Purchased our first Dyson at a big box store about a year ago. Two days before our family Thanksgiving party the beater bar stopped working. I looked online for the nearest service center and found one about 20 miles away. Took the non-working vacuum in and was met at the door (covid curbside nonsense) by a really friendly and super helpful technician. I explained the problem, he took the vacuum and returned in 4 minutes. He had replaced the cleaning head and handed it to me and said thank you. The service technician, Chris, was awesome. He helped me get my vacuum cleaner into the store as I was walking in and then put it back into my car when i left. He then asked me if I had a few minutes to wait while he checked it out. In the meantime, several other customers walked in and he still managed to take care of them and me. He told me that my vacuum cleaner was basically clogged and he showed me how to take the brush part apart so that I could clean it myself. Although my vacuum is out of warranty, he told me some of the things that were wrong with it and showed me some of the newer models. Although I am not currently ready to purchase another new vacuum, when I do, I certainly will go back to Dyson and specifically ask for Chris. I will never, never, ever buy anything but a Dyson from now on. Nate at this store has just solidified an already made decision. I just received some of the most top notch customer service I have ever received. Nate is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and takes pride in his work. I came in with a refurbished DC 50 that was giving me some issues. I assume like many was not cleaning the top filter enough but Nate didn't make me feel dumb about it. He said that was part of the problem but would take a look for me. He asked if I had 15 min to spare to give him time to look at it. He came back and let me know I would need a new brush head which I assumed would need one. He let me know that it wasn't under warranty because I bought it refurbished which I of course knew and let me know the cost and wanted to make sure I wanted it and that it would greatly improve the function he was not pushy at all and let me know what I needed and what I didn't need. Long story short Nate made my 4 year old vacuum look brand new and he stayed after they had closed and never made me feel rushed or that he was inconvenienced. He went as far as to take it to my car and load it in the back for me. He even tried to deny me giving him a well deserved tip but I made him take it. That new Hair dryer will also be mine one day. Come to find out, more parts were needed to continue its lifespan. Nate helped fix and install the parts necessary with no additional cost to me. The Dyson Service Center is the model for customer service! We bought one Dyson stick V7. Paid more than we really wanted, but the recommendation was so good, we did it! We now own 2 sticks, 2 Hot/Cool fans and just purchased the Hot/Cool Filter Fan. I know the prices are higher, but the product is supported by the best service center we have ever been to! On our last visit, one of the sticks' beater brush was worn. We walked out with a new brush and all new filters in each product! No charge. They are fast, so courteous, and are just plain customer service oriented! All service centers for anything could use a lesson from this Dyson Service Center!!! read more

I'm sorry I'm not very impressed with the service I got here at the Dyson service Center. I took my Dyson vacuum cleaner in and I'm sure it's 15 years old and all it needed was a new extension cord. They said they don't make this type of vacuum cleaner anymore so they don't have the part to replace an extension cord and then all they wanted to do was try to sell me a new vacuum cleaner. I took my Dyson vacuum cleaner down the street (32 & Bell) and they were able to replace the extension cord, put on a new head, clean the interior and exterior and now my vacuum cleaner runs like new!! Please if the Dyson service center tries to sell you a new vacuum please go down the street because I'm sure they can fix it for less than buying a new vacuum cleaner. read more

After being sent to 2 different Dyson repair facilities for our DC-25 Animal (ABC Vacuum and 35th Ave Sew & Vac) of which both kept the Vacuum for at least a week, if not longer, finally Dyson customer service referred me to this Dyson Service Center. We had been having suction issues with the vacuum since about 6months after purchase an I was at my wits end!! I walked into the small, almost hidden storefront ready to fight (at a previous repair center they were SO concerned about reimbursement from Dyson for a $4 part, they made me pay for it) However, the guys came up front and immediately made me take off my boxing gloves! :) It was SO NICE to have someone standing in front of me not giving me a line of bull&*%# about how a $4 part will take over a week to install because it needs to be ordered and than turn around for install is at least 3 days, etc. etc. HAPPILY I explained again in detail what our continued issues had been with the vacuum and they pretty much promised that no matter what they found, they would make absolutely sure I was taken care of. Usually when I hear this I was skeptical. They said it may be a few days, but they will call me when they either have it repaired or decided if it needed to be replaced. Expecting the need to leave the vacuum for at least 3 days I was perfectly OK with this plan of action. I didn't have to fill anything out as the customer service agent had transferred all my information to the center via my serial #. Convenient! I literally was at a store near the Dyson center an hour later when I received a phone call and they said my vacuum was fixed and ready to go!! Incredulous he explained in detail the parts he replaced and why they were affecting the suction. It was at that time 4:35PM, the store hours are open until 4:30pm. BUT he said since I was still close he would be fine waiting for me. I quickly left the store I was at and hopped into the car to head back to the Dyson Center, however made the mistake of getting on a freeway with a completely stopped jam, so after 10 minutes of not moving I called them back and said they should just go home, and that I would be by tomorrow, at which point it was nearly 5pm. They still asked me multiple times if I was sure, they didn't mind waiting for me to get there, even though I told them it would likely be 30 min. or more. That's CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The next day I arrived at the shop to pick up the vacuum and from the moment I entered the door they apologized basically for the traffic jam the previous afternoon, and stated again that they would have stayed, then thanked me again for letting them go home. It was crazy nice of them. They kept the part of the vacuum that was likely the main culprit of suction being lost to show me how and why, and it was something so simple, they couldn't understand why the two other repair facilities didn't catch it! After writing this review/STORY I just want it to be clear how WONDERFUL these guys are, and I will ALWAYS and FOREVER take my Dyson there. Thanks Guys!!! PS: Just for the YELP community...in case you need help finding the Dyson Service Center, because it is tucked away, just remember that you should go to the very END of Behrend Dr. to where it dead ends and then turn into the business complex, the center will be a few doors down on the left. My GPS brought me to the area just fine, but I literally had to drive through all the rows of office buildings looking for suite # 15. :) Hope that helps someone! read more

Such great service! Brought in my older DC-65 because it was not suctioning from the base and we had taken it apart, put it back together, and couldn't identify or fix the issue. A gentleman came out immediately after I entered, promptly took my vacuum to the back to check it out, and came back 10 minutes later. He had fixed the issue (by removing what was stuck in the mechanism that moves to connect the base to the suction hose), he gave me some information and instruction on how it works and how to clean and troubleshoot it. I inquired about some of the new models in the showroom, and he answered my questions and gave me a demonstration. When finished, he carried the vacuum out to my car for me, and did not charge me anything. What a great find for Dyson vacuums in the Phoenix area! They took really good care of us. No appointment and we were taken care of in a fairly short amount of time. I don't think it was more than a half hour. They hooked us up with a few replacement parts and they did a free diagnostic to ensure our vacuum was running well. It was a simple clog from a crayon getting vacuumed. I took my 10 Yr old Dyson upright in there this morning. It was hardly picking things up at this point. They took it in the back for a health check and 15 minutes later it came out good as new. The fellow told me how to clean an area I didn't think I was supposed to be able to get to. He said that was the largest part of the problem but that there were a couple of other blockages. I took in two of my vacuums after they lost suction. I was nervous that the repairs would be costly, but they technician saw that they were covered under warranty. The two gentlemen who helped me were able to fix both of my vacuums within an hour or so, and they were both friendly and professional. They were also honest that one of my machines would need a tune up sooner rather than later but that they were able to get me going for now. Our new Dyson sucks....very well, and we were really glad we bought it, until it began to squeak. Pressure on the handle (a normal push) made it sound like a large mouse. At first we thought it was coming from the red flap over the intake tube. Dyson told us to take it to Mr. Vac and Sew, who replaced 5 parts (we have no idea if he actually replaced anything as we got no paperwork) and he had it for FIVE WEEKS!!!!! AND IT STILL SQUEAKED!!!!!!!!!!! Complaining again to Dyson, they asked us to take it to the Dyson repair shop on Berhend. Within 15 minutes we knew exactly what was wrong, a true defect in the accordion mechanism on the side of the cannister. Marco, the Dyson Repairmaster said he had seen the problem before and said there was no fix for it. We called Dyson back to report his findings and now it is being replaced!!!! This shop isn't easy to find but the guys really know Dyson. They also have replacement heads, vacuums, and fans there for sale. So glad to find someone who knows and repairs Dyson!!! read more

I had bought a Dyson dryer and it was having issues. The nearest store to me was in Los Angeles (a 3 hour drive in good traffic) and no amount of money was worth driving there for a repair so I brought it with me to Phoenix where I was visiting family. It was still a drive for me to go out to the store from Goodyear but it was so worth it. The staff was very friendly, professional and concerned about my issue. They took the time to explain to me what the issue was, that they would take care of it and recommended to me how to keep it happening in the future. Even my mom, who couldn't believe I spent the amount of money I did on the dryer, commented on how she could see why they have the reputation they do. I even asked about another hair item that has been out of stock online and they volunteered to locate one for me and have it shipped when I was ready. Somehow I cracked a portion of a handheld dyson. Saw online that the part costs 29.00. I thought I could just order it and fix it myself. But I decided to try this store. I arrived at 8:56 am, they replaced the part, and I was out of there at 9:05 am. $32 (with tax). I will be coming here more often.
