This was the most above and beyond experience I've ever had. I came across E&M on the recommendation of associates. As soon as I saw the vehicles Emil and his team worked on I knew I had the right place. Enthusiast owned and operated, you'll find many exotics being worked on as if they do them every day - because they do! I brought them my M5 with 96k miles on it suffering from rear bumper and trunk damage. Paint swirled to the moon as well. On top of those repairs I had asked for a mild paint correction and dent repair on a few panels. Not only did Email offer to take care of me on some of these extras, but when I came to pick the car up I was charged even less than expected! Pleasant surprise. Paint and body work were absolutely A1. They matched the amount of pearl in the black to the factory hue perfectly. However the most pleasant surprise was a few days later when I popped my hood. This body shop fixed my mom's new Mitsubishi Outlander after she was T-boned by a sedan going 65+ miles an hour. The entire passenger side, minus the front panel needed to be replaced, the frame re-squared, undercarriage realigned, and lots of new parts ordered installed. They took a few days longer than originally quoted, but the truck came back and runs perfectly and looks like nothing ever happened.
