Update to 3 stars my starter kit box had a missing coil. I didn't know it was missing an extra coil till I just needed it replaced. I LOVE this Vape shop!! Great flavors, my current favorite is their made in house Watermelon Bubble gum. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff. I love that I'm greeted as soon as I walk in even if the employee is busy and needs a minute to finish up what they are doing. I have been a devoted customer to the E-cig 101 literally since day one. As much as I have always appreciated their existence, their reasonably fair prices and friendly staff, I have one major problem: they routinely run out of accessories (like coils) and liquids. I'm a one-flavor vaper. I don't like using a bunch of different flavors. I have one that I like, and that's all I vape. I have changed that flavor three times now, and each time it has been because the e-cig 101 fails to keep the flavor I use in stock. Today I encountered this issue for the fourth time, and they not only do not have my flavor in stock, they have nothing comparable from the same brand or another brand to offer. The thing that bothers me the most is that they're generally flippant about it; like it's no big deal that they don't keep their inventory refreshed and in stock. I don't know, maybe I'm unique in that I only vape one flavor, but I kind of doubt it. I'm writing this review in hopes that the owner (with whom I am acquainted) sees this and gets on his ordering manager to do a better job at keeping products that sell, in stock with the understanding that this happens far too frequently and results in customers like me being forced to take our frequent and recurring business elsewhere. read more

Amazing staff. My first vape store experience and they made it fun and exciting. The sample bar is amazing lots of fun trying different flavors. Kim was super friendly loved her demeanor. Josh suggested my mod for first time vaping. The one he suggested was an all in one and inexpensive I really think he led me in the right direction. Josh also suggested initial flavors which turned out to be some real winners. Both Kim and Josh are awesome at their jobs and I feel lucky to have had them. In addition I called later with a few after thought questions about 10 mins before they close and Karin the young woman who answered was very patient and helpful even though I know the timing of the call was less then ideal and the questions were real newbie stuff. I really think if your a vape fan as I am now these people will really impress you with their knowledge, professionalism and most of all friendliness. I am truly impressed, so much so I could not wait to leave my first Yelp review for them. Thank-you so much Josh, Kim and Karin much love and blessings to you all. After thought: both Josh and Kim separately welcomed me to come in or call if I thought about going back to cigarettes for support in quitting. Love(d) this place. Vibe is (was) laid back, and the staff (was) is exceptionally approachable and knowledgeable. I've been traveling a lot for business lately and have been to about 15 Vape shops around the country in the past 4 months, and this (was) is by far the best establishment out there. Inventory is awesome too (still true)...unless your product malfunctions. Dont bother keeping your receipt, or bringing it in within their 30 day window ... Because they don't honor their own policy. I have spent the last week, 3 times since last Saturday ( not even a full week) driving to this store only to get defective product. 3 times I was given a Cartisan Vape Pen that would not charge. They refused to give me a refund, as they say it is company policy. So it is company policy to treat your customers like garbage, when in fact, these guys can't sell a product that works. They don't care how much time you spend returning their bad product, matter of fact, they just don't care about anything. The staff is AMAZING they will literally take as long as you need to help understand a new product or system, etc. they offer a loyalty program, and will acknowledge your presence as soon as you enter even though they are SWAMPED! And rightfully so they have the best variety of juices, they have the biggest selection of batteries and different types of systems all that good stuff. The manager is wonderful, knowledgable and patient. This has happened to me every time I'm in there. I always get told they have an order coming in in a week or so just to check back in. So for an improvement I think it would be smart if they ordered the popular ones before they get sold out. Went in again today to get some cake batter e liquid and some clearomizers. They had everything I needed and quickly served me. I noticed on their sign that they are open until 10P on some nights of the week, which will be a life-saver for me when I get a hankering for a certain e liquid.
