I love this store. I have never experienced what the customers who are writing bad reviews are saying. The staff is always helpful and answer any questions I have. I've had some issues with my vape and they have always helped me and taken care of what ever my problem is sometimes at no charge. Great vape shop, I'm in here like every other day, to get my cotton changed. These guys know what they're talking about, they know how to build, and their selection of juices awesome. These three things are things that I look for at vape shops, but can hardly say all of those apply to many shops. The people who work here are really chill, and are great at explaining complicating vaping concepts to a beginner. These cats always give the most amazing customer service. They are also incredibly good at their jobs in every other aspect. They noticed a few small things going with my mod I would have never thought to have looked at, and fixed it without worry. They gave great consultation on how to use a mod I inherited, and helped me understand which batteries were still good and how to be safe with it all. Whow... They read these yelp post! The store is awesome, better then ever! I just max out my old nemesis with parts you could only find there. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!! Love how the mech mods look under glass. Even the juices under glass is freckin awesome. The knowledgable staff they have now is Jaw dropping. Super quick on the answers, and I threw some hard ones over the phone. Now for Product, tons of egos and those tanks for your first timers. But, I'm past that so here we go. You want mechs! Tons! Magnets, vv mods, drip tips, Kanthal, rda,s kicks, and on and on. A work area, build it in store. Ok, this will be easier, I can't think of stuff they don't have other then dna20/30, not like I would buy it anyway, but that's the only thing I didn't see. New fav store in sonoma county. I've only recently started vaping and I went around a couple stores comparing prices and just generally shopping around, the first time I stepped into this store it was a completely different atmosphere. I had seen everything from employees who didn't even vape, to stores with 300% mark-ups, limited selection, you name it. This store had the perfect array of knowledgeable employees, great selection of all shapes and sizes (You can come in here with $50 in your pocket or $300, and leave the store satisfied regardless). Prices were competitive with online prices, with the added bonus of not having to wait for pesky shipping times. But the biggest selling point for me was the outstanding customer service. I had a relative who was looking for a dry herb vape for his CBD medication and they helped him find an inexpensive mod that he's very happy with, and they had a conversation with him that didn't feel like they were pandering to him or frustrated with him at any point, they were constantly smiling, friendly, offering suggestions that employees elsewhere may not even think of. I'm in love with this shop and I plan on making it my go-to for any and all of my vaping needs. Can not emphasize enough how amazing the customer service is here! read more

Lowest Prices, Best service usually dont go hand in hand, However Here IT Does.Im from Minnesota where customer service is World class - esp. compared to most Cali stores and businesses. I am a Customer Service person my self with over 15 years in the Hospitality Industry and 5 years Managing. I work in the Luxury Hotel end so my expectations are quite high. I cant think of any other praise I can give that would be better than: "I would not hesitate to invest in the store in the industry nor would I have 1 reservation about Employing any of the staff I have encountered." I have been in several times and always been helped right away even when it was super busy, like the first time I went in , dubious, (being a smoker who could no longer smoke anywhere on property at work I had to do something)..... I had friends that had them, and liked em, but I was a Cigaret smoker I liked to smoke cigarets and had many reservations about this new product and any long term unforeseen heath issues. After talking to a Doctor in the family and hearing how we have used vapor for treatments for lung & respiratory sicknesses I felt better, but still I wasn't "On Board". I had tried gum and the patch .... they were rubbish and did nothing for my cravings. My first visit was just before close and they had more than 3 customers per employee but everyone was being helped talking openly about pros and cons of various products. (they have a open "at home" feel to the store) I was new and had my reservations. They let me try different flavors until I was sure I liked what I had picked. I got 2 flavors a sweet tobacco and a berry. -I think the berry flavors are better- After my first day trying the "E-Cig" I was happier than I thought Ild be. It worked better than anything else I had tried, its easy to step down dosage as it comes in many varied amounts per each Flavor. Im a avid supporter of both this store and e-cigs in general now. My next two visits were just as good. (Be sure to stand in line at the register so they know your ready to go as there's alot of people milling happily about talking about products and flavors and taking their time even when they are in a hurry or late lol)- lets em know your ready to check out. All the staff have been very nice, welcoming and willing to give their own honest opinions on various products. They want to help their customers get what will work best for them. When Im done fixing up my car I plan to invest in the Nicotine manufacturer and in the store with my continued visits and recommendations. Im turned about on the E-Cig thing and I will never smoke another cigaret again! This product will take care of your cravings and even the tobacco flavors don't leave your clothing and breath smelling horrific like conventional cigarets. Its all around good. I cant give this any more stars but if they had a break down it would be 5 Stars for Service and Prices. I would drive 50 miles if they were not right down the road from my house. Ive seen them work with young and elderly customers and they treat everyone the same with outstanding service, and talk open and Honesty about the products. Giving you both compliments and complaints they have picked up from customers and their own personal experience. Making sure you are happy with your choice and product per your needs and preferences .If your still reading and your still not convinced. I'm not a brother of the owner, or any staff. I work long hard hours and I take care of where and how I spend my Money, I live pay check to pay check, I was recommended to this place from a friend. I did my research online checking reviews. Take to heart that they are good people with good customer service skills and great product knowledge from both customers and their own experience. I cant recommend this place enough! Go here even if you live in San Fransisco its worth it. (And for the other stores scouting the competitions reviews. Head in and take notes, see how productive and happy the people are take to heart a happy employee is 1000 xs better with service and productivity. When customers come to the front to checkout at the register they are helped quickly and happily. ) I went in, dubious, begrudgingly, thinking it Might do for at work, and now 'Im only using the E-Cig. Sorry Marlboro. lol FOLLOW UP! I had issues with a tank leaking they spent considerable time and patients helping me 1) identify the issue and 2) fixed the leak . As for manufacturer returns .... it wasn't necessary but Im sure the products have warranties as most manufactured products do. - the leak was caused by the wick wick replaced works great! - you cant return a used air filter for your car when it goes bad why would they replace a wick at no charge? the 1 star person obviously had not tried to work with them as they took a good hour or two with me to make sure it was fixed & working properly. $3.50 1 wick - 1 informed, happy customer! read more

Been going for years with friends ONLY because it's the only actual vape shop around. No deals whatsoever. No friendly customer service but rather salesmen. Also I tried to take back a vape that was randomly auto firing on me (an evident safety hazard) and I was told to use the device until it began to auto fire. Despite the fact the device auto fired until being disabled, they refused to refund my product due to the fact it was 8 days past the warranty. Manager included. Adios read more

My sister introduced me to the e-cig but we were both new to E-Cig 101. I would recommend E-Cig 101 to anybody, from the experienced to the inexperienced. We spent a great deal of time on our first visit and being relative newcomers to e-cigs, and we had tons of questions. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and we were given the opportunity to sample as many of the different flavors without feeling we were being rushed. I'm confident your experience will be as positive as ours was that first day and continues to be. They have a large inventory and unlike alot of businesses, they stand behind the products they sell. That was in sharp contrast to the e-cig store we had visited prior that same day and vowed never do business with again. I'm from Boston Ma and visit my family in Petaluma Ca on a regular basis. I need a vapor shop and this one gets an A plus rating from me. I first went there and the owner was working alone. What a genuinely nice guy! I bought a 40 watt i-stick and a Kangertech top to it. I was satisfied with the selection and any time I needed to try a new juice it was no problem at all. They even have a 50℅ off section on some juices. My 2nd and 3rd visit another nice guy and a hot Asian chic were working there. They were both happy to accomadate my every question about the e-juices and nicotine levels. I had lots of questions and every one of them was answered with no problem whatsoever. Short Version: Pros: Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. HUGE sample rack. Good amount of things to choose from for new and experienced vapers alike. Awesome service. Cons: Very popular flavors can be sold out. (Could say its a pro to get you to try other flavors) Kind of confusing reward system. (May be because of my own personal shyness =P) Long version: I absolutely love going to this shop. The entire staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They have so many juices to choose from and you can try almost all of them. They also have a ton of batteries, mods, tanks, etc to help you get started or to upgrade. I love taking my friends here too and they love just hanging out there and trying every single juice they have on the sample rack. I personally end up spending a good hour or two trying different ones since its so hard for me to choose. I even had a pair of tanks that went bad on me within one or two days and they took the time to replace them with no charge which I was extremely grateful for. The one of the gripes I have is the reward system. They said that I would have to spend $20 minimum to earn a point and then at the 10th point you get a free juice. I've recently went there more than once and easily spend $20-30+ but never said I qualified for another point. The other gripe is that the flavors I want usually end up sold out or I have to get different strengths. But neither of these deter me from going in on a frequent basis. read more

I love this place. I walked in January and was greeted by a cheerful woman. She helped me puck out a great kit, extra coils, and then gave me a menu. Rockin. I got to sample whatever I wanted, for how ever long I wanted. At the end of it all, ringing me up, she gave me a 20% discount on everything. I have been back 6 times to get more coils and juice. Every single time I walk in the door, I'm always greeted so friendly. The staff there knows what they are talking about. Once they didn't have my regular juice, but this kind woman recommended a type she liked. I tried it, and now I alternate between the two juices. Customers service is absolutely outstanding. Even during the busy times, I still get greeted everytime. They always ask what I'm looking for and treat me with the best customer service. Other businesses should take note on the level of customer service at this place. They always make you comfortable and make sure you have everything you need. read more
