I also came back a few times because of their promotional discounts but mostly left unsatisfied. The drinks are inconsistent in taste and sugar levels. I feel that I have only gotten a tea once that I enjoyed but all the other times I felt I could make better tea at home. They do have a lot of different teas to try so I may give this spot another chance as my friends always insist that I go back. The place has a decent amount of seating to hang out but for some reason there is a weird odor inside. The place looks clean and the service is friendly.

The deal is just too good to pass up plus the tea drinks here are refreshing and actually good. I love that they usually do fruit teas for their weekly bogo rotation and that the teas always come with a topping. I also love that they have 2 options for the bogo drinks because most places only have one. Everyone I've ever encountered working here has been so friendly and sweet. Wait time has never been more than 5-10 minutes. Parking is free and ample in the back parking lot and they have plenty of seating and space to hang out.

The service is friendly and the drinks come out pretty fast. Never a long wait when i'm here. Parking was easy as there's street parking and a parking lot. It's also nice they have ample space, chairs in the back if you want to lounge or study.

We upgraded the drinks to large size for 75 cents each. Got 50% sweetness. Felt the sweetness level was alright. The bobas were too sweet. Would asked to not put bobas next time. Liked that they have an outdoor seating area. But there were a lot of people smoking outside. The indoors were really cold. So be sure bring a jacket. Decor was really nice.

They use this tea espresso type machine that I don't really see anywhere else, and it gives the drinks a strong, clean tea flavor which I like. Their boba is also consistently good, nice and chewy every time. It's a brand from Taiwan so you know they take their tea seriously. They also give you a cute carrier sling for your drinks which is a nice touch. They've been expanding with more locations like Arcadia/Alahambra, so they're definitely doing something right. If you haven't tried it yet, I'd say it's worth checking out.

I ordered through the kiosk which didn't have a line, but there were many people waiting for their orders inside. Lots of bench seating space for waiting. $9.24 for BOGO is still kind of pricey. I can't imagine paying that just for one drink without the deal. It was pretty good and perfect for mango-lovers but not sure I would get it again, especially at regular price.
