UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE I decided to come back and give it another try and I'm reminded why I was disappointed the first time. I decided to try the dip powder on my nails and I got gel on my toes. My toenails are uneven, didn't even bother to try to make them similar. The dip powder on my nails is chunky but according to the nail tech it's because my nails are short? Which makes no sense. She filed the side s of my nail to make it look better I guess but they it looks terrible and had she filed down anymore I would've been bleeding. I'm truly upset I decided to give them another try only to be disappointed again and out of $92.00 I WILL NOT BE BACK. I honestly feel that these they don't care about you they only care about your money. I'm a mom who rarely treats herself and I'm truly upset I wasted money that could've been used for something else. + + + + It's been less than a week and my gel nails are already chipping! The experience at the salon was okay. I've been in Vegas for 3 years and still haven't found my GO TO salon and after the experience here I think I'll keep looking! Customer service wasn't the greatest. I went in around 10am and assuming walk in's were welcomed but it didn't seem t. I got the deluxe pedicure which didn't seem very deluxe at all. There was no extra massage or anything. In total for a gel mani and pedi I paid $95.00 I wouldn't expect it to be coming off already but it definitely is! I don't know if I will be back. read more

I have been coming to E-nails for over two years now and have not had an experience as frustrating as today. I normally go to Hannah as she's does great work but sadly she's on maternity leave. I called and asked to make an appointment for any available slots. I was told 230p and we hung up the phone. Then I got a call back and asked if could come at 130 instead and given that it was already 1:15p and didn't leave far, I agreed thinking they had an opening. I came in for Ann, I believe, and told her what I wanted which was clear nails with acrylic. They don't have clear nails, okay, so I showed her something else which she said she could do. She started taking off my previous work and put my nails to soak. She then had someone else who I think had an appointment at 2 and started working on them. I was left there to soak for about 30 minutes as I watched her work on someone else. Mind you, I made an appointment for the purpose not to wait. I've never had to soak my nails for more than 10 minutes so I knew something was off. I asked if I could just come back later and Ann told me she was almost done. She proceeded to ask someone else to take off my nails. Someone else then finished the other girl's manicure and Ann began to do mine. That just seemed unprofessional to me as client. Long story short, she didn't do what I request as I wanted confetti glitter encapsulated with my acrylic. I mention this and she said it was better to have it on top. Again, unprofessional as she could have just told me she couldn't do it and I would have been okay with it. The final outcome was not anything at all what I asked or showed. Ann was nice in the sense of trying to fix it by adding more stuff but in the end I was honest and told her I didn't like it; and asked her to do a simple ombré holographic. At this point I had been there for more than 3 hours and did not care about the work anymore as I wanted to leave. I'll leave the pictures of the work for you guys to form your own opinion. To pay almost 70$ for nails, I expect great work and I did not get that. Hannah is great but it's time I find a new place. If you want simple stuff, try out this place I guess. If you get acrylics frequently and know what to expect, this is not the place. read more

Walked in for shellac paint and they were able to fit me in quickly without an appointment! Nothing fancy about the salon or manicure, but AWESOME work on my nails. I am super picky about where I go because I hate when gel paint starts to lift up after a few days. I don't remember his name, but one of the men did my nails and they were great! My daughters and sisters got full sets and gel pedicures. I got a gel pedicure by Hannah and she was AMAZING. My girls and sisters got their nails done by the rest of the staff. What a great little spot! I popped in on a Thursday afternoon and was able to get my gel polish done right away. The people are very friendly the moment you walk in. I was offered water and green tea immediately! Wow, not used to that kind of treatment from a nail salon. It was greatly appreciated and I felt very welcomed. I'm a sucker for good customer service. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who did my nails but he was awesome! My gel did not peel or lift what so ever even after having it on for a month. I'd also like to point out that the color did not fade either which has happened to me before at other salons. I've been going to get nail dips at another location far from home because I couldn't find anyone that does a great job using dip. I also didn't think their customer service was that great & more of a #. I always said that if I find quality someplace else with great customer service, I wouldn't go back to them. My husband told me to look again on Yelp for another nail salon & I did & tried e Nails & Hannah is amazing!! She's even better than where I was going with her process & her customer service is on point! She really cares & cares you are satisfied. She did dip system & chrome system on top of the dip & lasted 4 weeks!!!! It's very hard to apply one system to last that long & even harder to perfect doing 2 systems. I found this nail salon on a random Google search ('nail salons near me'). They just so happened to be one of the most highly reviewed nail salons in my area and are also the closest salon to my place of residence (7 minutes away). I've gone to salons with great reviews in the past, however, and had gotten used to being anything but impressed by them. Thankfully this wasn't one of those experiences! My 5-year-old daughter had been begging me to get her nails done, and since she's impatient (refer back to her aforementioned age ), I decided to call and make sure they would have the time to fit us in- especially since it was (is) Saturday! The lady I spoke with made us an appointment just 17 minutes from the time I called. I decided to go a little 'fancier' and got stiletto nails with a custom color/design (no idea what to call it, but I'm including a picture or two) and gel polish. My acrylic fill was THE SAME PRICE as a regular 'round-square' acrylic fill without any designs (one solid color- like painted nails). The guy who did my fill was absolutely great at shaping them (along with layering the more complicated gel colors and blending them for the design), and I've honestly never had another salon do as good of a job on stiletto nails as he did (his name is Bao, but I'm unsure of the spelling- sorry if I got that wrong!!). I'll definitely be back! He was pretty quick (stilettos usually take forever), but also paid attention to detail and corrected his own 'mistake' by filing 4 of my already completed nails down and redoing the top coat so they'd be 'smooth'- something I wouldn't have even personally mentioned to be completely honest, because they looked (look) awesome! Along with being good at his job, he was also friendly, and we chatted about anime for a bit . E Nails is an impeccably clean salon with amazing, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. They did my daughter's nails (acrylic dip to prevent her from chewing her nails) for $20 cheaper, on average, than any other salon. The nail technician who did her nails also took MAYBE one-third of the time other salons have spent doing the exact same thing! She also took the time to engage my daughter in conversaron, ranging from asking questions about her day to her calmly telling my daughter that she shouldn't chew her nails to her and the other nearby technicians jokingly asking if she'd brought money to pay (and if she'd "help at the shop" since she didn't have a way to pay hahaha- they were CLEARLY joking, and it was adorable and heartwarming). My daughter was done WELL before my nails were finished, and a friendly guy technician (who had joined in earlier when joking with my daughter about her helping at the shop to pay for her nails) brought her a bag of cookies and a juice box while she waited. As a mom, kid-friendly is ALWAYS a plus! In closing- E Nails is awesome. You should go there if you want a manicure/pedicure/acrylic nails/gel nails/etc- if they offer the service, get it done there! read more

There was another person but I didn't catch her name but she seemed to be doing a good job too.. This location is hard to see from the street but it's off Rancho directly across from Big Dogs hidden back next to a Hawaiian bbq place that I can't wait to try next time .. it's in the lumber liquidations Area.. The shop has refreshments like green tea , sprite or water plus if you get hungry feel free to ask for a snack.. I'm excited to see the shop finish its remodel and to meet the other employees but Ann is always worth whatever drive I have so I give this place 5 stars .. However for a north west shop this one seems awesome .. they have some incentive programs in place but I didn't get details.. Pricing for nails in Vegas is rarely cheap but to me this place is more affordable than her last employer and it's calmer vibes.. I ended up trying this place after a recommendation via Facebook after my nail person never returned to work post Covid. Sadly I was not impressed. While the design was exactly what I asked for, the acrylics were not applied correctly so within less than a week the gap between my nail and cuticles looked like I was 3 weeks post appointment and already needed a fill. The shape wasn't even on the sides and a few of them were even crooked. Additionally it was crowded and while thankfully everyone was wearing masks they didn't put the spacer up between me and the customer beside me even though they had several screens available. They were very kind, and I should have spoken up, but I just wanted to get out of there. I won't go back. Picture is from 9 days after application but you can see how big the gaps are. They never told me to come inside or anything so after a few minutes I walked inside and just stood there while they opened up the store and settled in. I was told to go wash my hands. After washing my hands I asked if they wear masks since the sign states to wash your hands and wear a mask and wait outside until your appointment. The guy said oh yes let me get my mask on. The lady still didn't have her mask on. I was the only one in the store at this point... so after about 10 minutes they decided on which station I should sit in and I then sat and waited some more for someone to come do the pedicure. The lady who walked in late and opened the store with the guy came over and started the pedicure. She said hello and that was it.. it started. At this point 2 more ladies came into the store and they brought them flowers in a vase. They were NOT asked to wash their hands and sat right down at the stations. The guy who was wearing blue was going around fixing everything and he was lighting an incense burner. The incense was overbearing and for people who are sensitive to strong smells well this is not a great idea. Another lady came in and said she had an appt and was asked to wash her hands and she stated she couldn't see without her glasses and did not have to wash her hands. The next lady entered the store and was told to just have a seat and not wash her hands either. Another lady also entered and was told she would have to wait 30 minutes and she said she wasn't going to wait.
