Directly following the service appointment the car began to blow white smoke out of the tail pipe. At first we thought it was simply oil burning off, but in the following days it only got worse. I had the car towed for an inspection on Thursday of the same week and the mechanic there confirmed that the oil in the car was dirty and very low. He was unable to see any obvious leaks and determined the issue was from oil starvation. The car now needs a complete engine teardown, and possibly a transmission teardown with a quote of $20,000. This issue was nonexistent before the visit to Take 5.

They definitely did not vacuum out the car and they left a note in my car saying my coolant was low... He didn't even verbally tell me it was low, just left a note on my dash!! I also purchased a deal where you could add a $10 tire rotation on, but they would not rotate my tires either. He said one of my tire's tread was at a 3, so they wouldn't rotate any of them. I asked him if I needed a tire rotation and he said yes that I definitely needed one. This location used to be good but I guess they are under new management and they are totally different now. I called Sams & they are giving me a free tire rotation!!

Sorry about the problems some have. Modern cars have many problems especially if you change oil at 10K miles and don't perform preventive maintenance. Cost a little now but new cars are ridiculous prices.
