Directly following the service appointment the car began to blow white smoke out of the tail pipe. At first we thought it was simply oil burning off, but in the following days it only got worse. I had the car towed for an inspection on Thursday of the same week and the mechanic there confirmed that the oil in the car was dirty and very low. He was unable to see any obvious leaks and determined the issue was from oil starvation. The car now needs a complete engine teardown, and possibly a transmission teardown with a quote of $20,000. This issue was nonexistent before the visit to Take 5.

Not once, did I have to call to ask, when my truck would be ready for pickup. I personally like their courtesy ride; it helps out when you don't have that availability. I feel like their cost on repairs was in the middle, compared to other quotes I received around Edmond. I have a 4 star instead of 5 star was the fact that the $150 dynastic test wasn't waived after using their services. There are a few in town that waive the fee if they find the issue & you use their services.

They also said I needed a transmission service. So, I took it to the Honda dealership on Kelly and was informed that I didn't need any of those additional services. They stated that the air cleaner was clean, that out of a scale of 1 to ten on the brakes mine were at a seven, and they could tell that I had just had the transmission fluid replaced recently. They were dishonestly upselling. I used to use them. Never again.
