This is a great family business that treats the entire family, mine included. 1. They accept Risk Management insurance, which is a rarity in other places. 2. They provide different treatment options, from budget friendly to the most expensive and let you choose. 3. I have many old fillings (maybe 20-30 years old) and some are starting to show their age. Instead of telling me to get them all fixed now and take my money, they show me the state of them on the X-rays. 4. Speaking of X-rays, they will show them on the television screen. It makes it so easy to see what the dentist is talking about. 5. Each patient room has a television and they give you the remote at the beginning of your visit. They now even have blankets for you to use if you're cold during your visit. They offer water while you wait. It's those attention to details that make going to then dentist more pleasant. 6. One thing that isn't my favorite. Something changed so the insurance mails the payment check to my house instead of the dentist. Since the checks are made to me, I have to deposit the check and then pay that amount to the dentist. It's not a big deal, just a convenience issue. Hopefully, it's an easy fix. 7. The office staff are so friendly and accommodating. They seem to always be smiling and laughing. It's nice to be in a place where the people are friendly. 8. The social media outlet shows they are current. They have Facebook and Instagram, the ones that I use. They post pictures of what's going on and throwback pictures of the staff. If only, they showed the current picture next to the baby pictures, because I am horrible with names. 9. They run contests. It's an ice breaker and a great one at that. I entered the toy drive and actually won the at-home teeth whitener. Now, I'll have a better smile when I graduate this June! 10. They give back to the community. They sponsor local teams. The toy drive in #9 was for a children with cancer. I hope that toy drive is an annual event, even if there is no contest associated with it. 11. An orthodontist comes every Friday and an endodontist comes one Saturday a month. If you cannot or do not want to wait, they will refer you to someone outside the office. I love the idea of a one-stop dental office. 12. Yes, the dentists received their education at USC and it's on the door. They haven't discriminated against this UCLA fan. :) They do high quality work. And they cater to people who don't like pain, like me. It's all good. 13. My two girls, ages 9 and 10, love the people and aren't scared to go to their visits. That's key!! So, why not 5 stars? I rarely give 5 stars for anything. Number 6 is a small part. I wish the other specialty doctors could come more often. I've heard they hold clinics in other clinics. Saturday morning visits would be awesome! Yet, I understand why they don't. It is a small business and not some big corporation. They need to have a life outside the office and see family and friends. I am grateful that I don't have to go to another place for orthodontist visits. Everyone is so young and beautiful, that I feel old. ;) I highly recommend this team! read more

Unfortunately, my 5 year old has a cavity but I'm not worried about getting it filled here at all and my daughter isn't afraid of coming back. The Chick-Fil-A certificates were a big hit too. I was weary of this place at first not sure why but I just was. But after a few visits this place grew on me. The ladies up front are always cheery and friendly. The actual doctors are direct and honest. The dental assistants are fun and knowledgable which is good because I am a tough customer. I question everything. I also have all my kids coming here and have two in braces. They take care of them like family. Don't think I can ever go any place else beside Eagle Glen Dental. read more

If I really had the time to totally talk in great detail to thoroughly trash this place to you, for wasting my time and my families time and money, I would do it in hopes of them going out of business with their horrible upsell tactics, to includeme getting upsold by their root canal specialist while I WAS IN THE CHAIR getting a root canal?!!? Wow. That's never, EVER happened to me before. I went there 5 times and was upsold 3 out of the 5, unless you want to consider their peddling of the new Diamond Head toothbrush an upsell. My wife went separately with our kids and she experienced the same thing without me saying anything to her about my experience. It's inherent in their culture, which means they are completely oblivious and out of touch. When I had a discussion with their office managers about my "concerns," I told her I'm in sales and I've trained thousands of salespeople and executives for a living (almost 15 years), so I know it when I see it. I told her the issue was transparency in their practice, and she attributes their practices to "policy." Whatever. I am thoroughly disappointed with this experience and am still looking for a dental home for me and my family since we've moved. If you want to get upsold to your grave, not to mention getting half work done (this dentist is OK with that and you possibly getting infections), you'll have a blast at this practice. Update 10/4: The same issue I had would have cost nearly $100 to get handled. I got it done down the street for $9. $9!!!! The staff was courteous, friendly, empathetic AND transparent. Maybe that's the reason they have 30+ 5 star reviews and people look forward to going back. My wife just got their business card from me just now so she can schedule appointments for her and my kids. read more

I have been going to this dentist since it opened. I have been very happy until today. I was told that I had to pay all kinds of money to get a deep cleaning. I was there in 2008 and had the same procedure done. I didn't have to pay anything except my $50.00 copayment. They tried to tell me that my copay is now $75.00? This is not true. If you have money to burn in this economy go for it but if you are like the majority and don't have money to barely survive I would find a new dentist. I was told previously that I had to have a tooth pulled out and have all this cosmetic surgery. I went today and like magic I don't have to have it pulled. I would of spent over $2,000 for a mistake! read more

I just wanted to say how glad I am to have found this dental office so close to my home. I have to say that yes, I am one of "those" people that haven't gone to the dentist in a very long time. Perhaps because I have had such bad experiences in the past, I have been very reluctant to go have a regular cleaning and checkup. But with my wife urging me to go because like she says, as we age we definitely don't want to discover major issues that could have been prevented. As I have a very busy work schedule, one of my pet peeve is when it is hard to schedule appointments to see a Dr/Dentist etc...and I show up only to have to wait for a long time. With this office, from the very beginning it was very easy to schedule a appointment, they knew it was my first time and all my concerns and trepidation. I arrived and was greeted by friendly reception and shown into office to see the dentist who arrived promptly. After my initial consultation and we agreed to what I needed they were able to get me in later that day for the first half of my deep cleaning. Yes, THAT part is never fun, but I was very impressed with the professionalism and the fact that the dentist did not push me to get unnecessary work but rather have me different options depending on cost etc and purpose. I think it's the best cleaning I've ever had. I keep looking in the mirror because my teeth have never looked so good. The staff are friendly and the dentists are excellent.
