Ordered online, brought the wrong order and then refused to resend until I sent them a picture of the wrong pizza, then never responded back to me. Refused to refund my money, said the owners policy not to do any refunds. then I was left a voicemail telling me to call with the number of card for the refund but when I did they claimed not to know anything about it and again refused to refund my money. Been eating there for over a year and the very first time I had an issue this was how I was treated. I would not buy from them until they change the policy and post it for the public to see. Ok people. I will start by saying that the service was good. The girl behind the counter was a big help. She recommended the regular, not thin, pizza. Next, they don't do by the slice. It's an 8" pie. The price is great. This place was good but It's obvious that you haven't had great pizza. Sorry, I'm not trying to knock the pizza. My wife and I have always ordered Pizza Hut or Little Caesers. Was at a Papa Murphys, and there was a pregnant lady there that said Eagle One was great pizza. We tried it and we are hooked. Two years now. Really good pizza. . Highly recommend this place. You wont regret it!! read more

I can't say enough good things about the customer service. My first order from them I placed with DoorDash, their whole service crashed after sending my order to Eagle One. I called to see if they could help, when they were also unable to reach the service they bent over backwards to make sure I got my food. Absolutely terrific! The pizza is really great, I'm partial to thin crust but the hand tossed is very good as well. Lots of toppings and cheese unlike so many of the chains these days. Best pizza in the area. Been ordering pick up lately so I was able to visit this place. It's pretty small, seats maybe 20 people. The staff are really nice though and prices are really fair. SUPER SURPRISED BY THIS PLACE!! I was at a friend's house in the area and we were straight up hangry. I live in Norman and my go to for delivery pizza is Pizza Shuttle, this place was very similar and did not disappoint!! We ordered a gyros, Hawaiian pizza, and a calzone with sausage, tomato, and jalapeño. EVERY. SINGLE. THING. ROCKED. I am picky but this was actually really good, the calzone probably stood out to me the most and it was amazing! The marinara to dip in was also really good, it tasted fresh and delicious. The portions were big too, we definitely ordered too much but I love leftover pizza so no complaints there. The gyro meat was surprisingly tasty and juicy. Plus, everything was SUPER CHEAP. Let me tell you about Eat24. I saved my debit card info into yelp and now I can order pizza and customize it... to my door without talking to anyone. If you know me, you know that I'm a woman of a few words therefore; some days I don't want to talk. The day after thanksgiving and in was sick of turkey and wanted something different. Pizza was on my mind. I ordered and got a confirmation that my order was received 35 min later it was at my door. Like I said without talking to anyone and my tip was added to the eat24 app so. I had nothing to worry about. I opened my pizza box and it was perfect. Half cheese and half jalapeños. I added the Jalapeños in the notes so, I wasn't sure whether it was going to be included in the order. The pizzas and wings were warm and crispy. Exactly what we have come to expect from eagle one.
