Sadly, Earnhardt has not burned me once, but twice. About six months ago, my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was having some mechanical issues. I took it to a local Jeep Dealership where they served me a bill of almost $7000 to fix it. I really did not have $7000 to fix it, so a friend recommended I trade it in. I googled dealerships that would take trade ins that needed fixed, and Earnhardt was the first pick. I went to the dealership knowing I could probably get a car or truck in the $25000 range. I found a used Buick Cascada I liked a lot. I told them up front what I could do in terms of money down, what I needed to get out my Jeep, and what I could pay for the Cascada. They basically told me I have to cough up $1000 more than I wanted to put down. They also charged me $26000 for the car when they had a newer one on their lot for less than that. And, they charged me for some extended warranty I never agreed to. I took the deal because I was out of time. I did not want to keep using a rental car and I didn't want to have to start over with another dealership and have the problem. I found out recently that my family who lives back in East needs my help. So, I have decided to move back east for my family. A convertible is not ideal for that area of the world, so I called to see if I could maybe get an all wheel drive vehicle that I could drive back east and would handle bad winters. I was told I qualified for a used Acura AWD car by Ellen in internet sales, and the car was sold out from under me. They literally sold it a few hours before I got to the dealership. I tried to get a used Escape 4WD, and they told me that I would have better luck deal wise trying to get a new Buick SUV due to end of the year employee pricing. I was told to pick out three SUVs I like in the $30000 range, and Adam Zito was very encouraging we could work something out. I went to the dealership this past Saturday and test drove on the three SUVs I picked out. I was very excited as it was 2020 Buick Encore GX and was loaded. Adam let me test drive the Encore with a salesman, and when we came back, he told me that he could not get the one I wanted, but I could have a stripped down version if I was willing to come out of pocket another $2000 and my payment would be more than I am paying now for the Cascada. Thank God I am moving soon. I will most likely keep the Cascada until I get home and then use a local dealership back east to get a better deal. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Hello, and good afternoon. My name is James A.Yuncer, and in 2015 I purchased a used car, 208 Mercury Gran Marquis LS, with approx. 63K miles on it. I had a good experience then and there was no pressure from any salesperson. The car has been running fine until 2/14/18,when the engine cooling fan gave out. I was on 24th St. and Osborn in Phoenix, at about 6pm. Car stopped running and I pulled into the Meineke there. They diagnosed the problem. I had an extended warranty I purchased for $2,000.00 which was added onto the purchase contract. Lo and behold, I was informed that the service warranty did not cover that part, it covered damn near everything else, except that part. I was pissed and disappointed. Total price for replacing the cooler fan, approx. $565.00,luckily my IRS refund posted that same day. I was also disappointed that I was not given a choice as to which type of service warranty I wanted, Silver, which the dealer sold me, or Gold, which covered everything !! The Silver covered the struts and rear shocks, minus the $100.00 deductible, those items I also has replaced, one week after the engine cooling fan experience. Car is running great, but I am in the market for a newer vehicle,preferably with low mileage . I don't do a lot of driving so this will more than likely be the last car/truck I buy in a while. If you look into your system, you will find all of the information about me that you will need. Nothing has changed except for todays date, my age, my credit score and the mileage on the Mercury Gran Marquis LS, which now has approx. 80,500 miles on it. My first car buying experience with Earnhardt Dealerships. Bought a 2012 Buick from Earnhardt Buick/GMC in Mesa, AZ. Amazingly easy experience. No hassle buying or sales pressure. Kerry Hunter is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells and spent time going over the entire vehicle once purchased, to assure we were familiar with all the new electronic gadgets. Finance Manager Rip Rios made that process easy, again with no pressure. General Manager, Jay Underwood, is all about customer Service. Service Advisor, Jeremy Corrie, was excellent to deal with on follow up Service, as promised. Earnhardt overall was a very pleasant experience. So early thurs morning my wife and I get a call from our son. His wife if going into labor 2 and 1/2 months early. Baby is born very prematurely and has expected issues. My wife and I immediately pack our bags and get ready to drive to northern ca. As I start the car I see my engine light on. Knowing we have a long drive I decide to take car straight to dealership. I get there 1/2 hour before opening. Dealership opens on time and hears my problem. They were very understanding and looked at my vehicle immediately. Problem was found and corrected in about 1 hour. After being dissatisfied with my choice in a lease I signed a year ago, I contacted Alan (my original sales agent) to ask for suggestions and direction in what my options were. At first it seemed that I would be required to stick with the decision I made for at least a while longer before I qualified for a trade-in. I just leased a Buick Encore. I returned a GMC Terrain which from the day I leased it till it was returned had zero warranty problems let alone any problems. I get all my oil changes at Earnhardt Buick and one time I came in a day early. I was squeezed in that day by the Service Manager and within a half hour I was on my way home which is a half hour drive. I have never had a bad experience with Earnhardt. We have always had excellent service dealing with Earnhardt service department , Joel and Weston Lang have treated us amazingly every time we been there . They both have always gone out of their way to make sure we have been satisfied even when Joel has been busy dealing with other people when he's got a spare moment he always comes over says hi shakes my hand asked how things are going and Weston has always gone out of his way to accommodate us no matter what as well . They appear to have all new Service Department personnel. I am a long time customer, have purchased two new Buicks there, and had them serviced 100% of the time in spite of it being 30 miles away from my home. I was there a couple weeks ago and was treated poorly. I did not receive a repair estimate I had asked for, and when my car was ready (oil change) I got a phone call from the advisor even though I was waiting in the dealership. He did not even come out to speak with me. Service used to be excellent, and suddenly it stinks! I am DONE with Earnhardt, in spite of the new car purchasing experience being second to none.
