This dealership is by far the worst place i have ever encountered as far as customer service. I purchased a 2021 denali from them in which a special 600 dollar fee was added onto my purchase for tint which was 2 windows. Once I got home the next day and it was daylight I could see the window tint was garbage and had to have it re done. I drove an hour and half back to the dealership to have the tint fixed and have my second key made because the dealership lost my other key and could not give me both keys to my vehicle when I purchased it. While getting the tint repaired they drove my vehicle to the tint shop and used all my fuel doing so and did not replace what they used. So needless to say I got my vehicle back with no fuel. Then about 3 weeks later im washing the vehicle and notice several defects in the paint. I call them and they say bring the truck down. So I bring the vehicle down and show them all the paint defects. They at this time give me a rental vehicle which is disgusting. Completely filthy inside and out. It was so bad I had to go to the car wash myself to have it washed. When I dropped off the denali I was told the service department would call me Monday. Well they have had my vehicle for 2 weeks now and have not called me one time to tell me anything. I finally called today to get a progress report. I was told that they needed to talk to the paint shop and they would call me back within a hour. Well needless to say they never called me back and they all left for the day. Words of advice stay away from this establishment. It will bring you nothing but disappointment and anger. If I could give them zero stars I would. I've been using this dealership for years, and I won't go anywhere else. I've purchased multiple cars (new and used) from them, and I do all my service here. I find them to be honest and straightforward in sales as well as service. Whenever I have difficult situations with the service that I need, the staff goes above and beyond to help me get it sorted out. They are all great, but special mention goes to Tom in sales, and to Hank and Steven in service. Never had anything but 5 star service from them. read more

I take my vehicles for service wherever I purchase them from so in my mind I feel like I should bring it here.. never again.. it's always something .. My service was AMAZING! Due to my financial circumstances, I had to go through Mr. Ed. After looking on pretty much every Earnhardt lot, we finally went to this location. Friends of mine had purchased their cars here and had a good experience as well. I had to find a car that wasn't too old, low miles, for the right price. With no luck at the other lots, I had lost hope, until Chad showed us a Saturn Outlook with less than 40,000 miles, almost new, very well kept. This was something that Mr. Ed could finance! I really wanted a GMC Envoy, and I wasn't in love with a car. But when they came back with the PERFECT price - I knew that I could not turn down this deal. Gaylon showed up to work with me. When I told him that I just wasn't in love, he let me think on it, test drive it multiple times, and gave me my space. He made it work with my budget, and worked very hard to make me happy. I have lived in Arizona and between my wife and kids have purchases 19 cars in the last 20 years. I have never been able to do business with an Earnhardt lot. They grossly under value trade ins. They advertise their gimmick slogan about "No Bull Price" yet they are the only GMC dealer in the east valley that is marking up prices as a market adjustment to gouge consumers during the vehicle and chip shortage. Unfortunately they are the only lot in town with the vehicle I'm looking for on the lot. Not because they get superior inventory. Its the market adjustment of $5K to $15K above MSRP. That's how consumer and customer friendly they are there. Anybody that buys a GMC or Buick vehicle from Earnhardt over Coulter GMC or Henry Brown GMC got "sold". These folks will make money on the car sale and money on taking in your trade. But to add $5-$15K over MSRP to gouge folks is shameful. Does sound like "No Bull Price" to me. Sounds more like "Bull Shhh Price" Run from this place and buy somewhere else. read more

Was trying to purchase a 2020 Sierra Denali and trading in my excellent condition, low miles Lexus SUV, Hybrid. Sales Manager Tony said they were ALL IN and would not go higher than what they offered for my Lexus. It was several thousand dollars below KBB Trade In Value, keeping it honest and real. Very disheartening to see that they have to make so much money on a deal. I realize this is a business and they are in it to make money, but with only dropping the price of the new truck what the manufacturer was offering is just unrealistic. Salesman Tom was OK but he didn't work as hard for the sale as he should have. I have bought about a dozen new cars in my life, so I have great experience with all types of Dealerships. DO NOT BUY A CAR/ TRUCK/ SUV from here. I just bought my GMC Yukon. I was told it had 15 miles on it when I got the keys and signed the paperwork. Once I got in the car to drive it off the lot it had 284 miles. I called my sales representative, Jonathan Witt and he said he would call me back. He DID NOT CALL BACK. Furthermore, I requested tint on my vehicle. I was told I would receive a call back with a tint appointment. I DID NOT GET A CALL BACK for that either. PLEASE BEWARE. This dealership gave me the runaround in 2018. My sales rep was pushy and he didn't seem to care if I was satisfied. I previously took my vehicle in when it made a weird noise and the check engine light wasn't on they told me my car was fine and I couldn't even get it home before the transmission went out. So I was dissatisfied with their service department, very very dissatisfied and as a customer wanting to make a purchase on a vehicle they treated me like my business meant nothing to them. People I spoke with in sales did not care to build rapport, they were unwilling to answer all of my questions and that same day I bought the same vehicle from a different dealership. I like the location but if it's not a useful business it doesn't matter where it's located. read more

My Buick went in last Thursday morning. They said they were running behind. Thursday and Friday came and went. I was told "maybe" my car would get in Friday, but it was 5th in the lineup! I had 2 tires put on next day tire pressure warning stated low tire, checked them tires were fine they said bring it in. Went there they re-calibrated them still showing low, couldn't get me in that day to put in new regulator, made a appointment, got there at 7am 45 minuets later said it would be another 15 minutes had to order regulator, why wasn't this done that day I was told to reschedule, bad planning on their part. So it took 1 1/2 hours for a 20 minute job because they failed to order this the 1st time I was there. read more

I have had my Buick serviced here since I purchased it. Today will be my last trip to this dealer and it's service department. The service was never bad but not good either. I feel as if I'm bothering the advisor when I stop in. I have brought my vehicle here due to the steering loading power. My wife is petit and cannot street the car when this happens. Again I brought it in for this issue in the last many months twice! Then I receive a recall/tsb and schedule to get a little peace of mind, thinking, "oh great, they realized there is an issue, they will fix it!" I also scheduled an oil change as it was due. When speaking to the service advisor, they appeared to be busy on the phone and promptly an advisor asked me if I had been helped and how he could help. Upon providing him my information the advisor next to him who has helped me in the past said "I got it" and that was apparently the prompt for me to go to his station to bed helped. After coming back from my vehicle I was told I would be responsible for a 150.00 diagnostic fee. Why would a fee be required for something that I have brought the car in for not once but twice and now have a letter from the manufacturer that states there is a problem with my exact concern?! I advised them I would not be leaving my vehicle and expressed my dissatisfaction. I got the impression there was more concern to prove that my concern was not valid versus explaining and reassuring me that my situation would be resolved. I liken the importance of this to aDr work good bedside manner. Steven appeared more than happy to let me and my business go. I work in the customer service industry and understand how important good customer service is. While we also may not get it right every time, I never allow anyone to walk out of our store or off our phone in the manner that happened today. I did not receive the level of service one would expect from a department that being with the word service. i will not be bringing my vehicle here any longer and I also will not be purchasing my new Yukon from them. I will drive to another dealer that is only a mile further from my home. And of this is any of how GM sets expectations with its dealers regarding the treatment of customers, I may need to consider the brand all together. I will also add that I have a Toyota that I purchased new in 2013 from the Earnhardt Toyota dealer in the same autoplex, I am very happy with them and have no idea how the customer service can vary so much from one dealer to the other that are owned by the same entity and less than a block away. If you need to do any type of service work done I suggest you run, not walk, to any other dealership. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are too many people involved in setting up your appointment and no one knows what the other is doing. Was told, and confirmed, I would be getting a rental vehicle while recalls were fixed on both my cars, call the day before my appointment just to reconfirm and was told no rental is available. Was told the service advisor would call me the next morning to see what can be done. No call. My husband called in the morning, no response. It is now an hour and a half from drop off time and am told Wes the person who was supposed to call is at lunch and will be gone for an hour. I again explained the situation and no one cares. My recall parts are at this dealership but I'll wait and have a different dealership order the parts and maybe they will have it more together there. This is awful customer service. And if they are that busy that they have no idea what's going on, maybe they either need more workers, or they need to not try to cram as many people in as they do. Should have took the red flag warning when I brought my car in last time for warranty work and they took my car back in error and did a completely different service to it. read more

Okay, you'll have to excuse me I need to compose myself a second before writing this review . Now she has been to this dealership before; after I convinced her that she needs to start taking her car to a dealership and having it thoroughly looked over instead of taking it to a street-corner oil change place.Today 75 yr old mother went to take her GMC Terrain in for an oil change. When oil change is over she was taken up to the pay station with her inspection report and nobody discussing any recommended services or anything being wrong with her vehicle. She had an oil change and a tire rotation done on her car and thought everything was good. She paid for the services and left and drove all the way from Gilbert to San Tan Valley. She got in the house and started looking over the paperwork and realize that there was a lot of items listed under Services needed. According to the report her bushings are bad control arm on the right side of a vehicle is cracked and she has a nail in one of her tires. Never once did the advisor come out and talk to her about these items and tell her she has issues with some things that need to be repaired and let her get in the vehicle and drive all the way away after rotating the tire that has a nail in it. I cannot believe that an upper scale dealership where you pay close to $80 for an oil change because of the good service that you get, actually rotated a tire that had a nail in it without ever letting the customer know that they have a nail in their tire. I am absolutely appalled at this terrible service. My mother called the dealership and try to talk to them about some of the issues that she was having with the inspection report at which time the only thing that they told her was okay ma'am will look into it. And by the way my mother is the nicest person on the face of the planet . Don't go to this dealership don't give them your money and we will be reporting this to GMC Services when we get the survey. Unfortunately, there's not too much that anyone can do as retribution to custimer service so bad and I am so thankful that nothing has happened to my mother. She will be going to another dealership for her car needs. read more

Not only where they dishonest but when I brought the car that I had purchased back after having it for 4 days due to being lied to and told everything was good when it apparently wasn't and to receive my car that I had traded in they were extremely rude. The salesman was answering his phone while talking to me and when they brought my car up there were no floor mats. When I make an appointment, he is ready and waiting when I get there. If he says it will be ready at a certain time, it almost always is. He was very communicative and was on top of everything. Hank and the services department were very accommodating for my children and I. They provided transportation and a rental car for all the days my car was in the shop. The service they provided was amazing! Spoke with Chad on the phone and told him I was looking for the new Buick Envision and what my max price I could spend. He said I'll make it work. He sent Tom from sales with the vehicle to my place in Scottsdale and my wife and I test drove the vehicle and loved it but my wife wanted to think about it so Tom left with the vehicle and called me the next morning and told me Chad would give me an even better offer. "They made me an offer I couldn't refuse." DONE DEAL! Tom had the vehicle back to my place several hours later and gave us a full tutorial. Let me say also being new to the area I had spoke to other dealerships and the price Chad and Tom gave me far exceeded any other dealer. Only dealership I will deal with in the future. 7:30am-5:30pm and I only got an oil change. HORRIBLE! I'll never come back. I had a list of things to accomplish and nothing was done.

I came in on a Friday morning appointment for an oil change, recall software download, and to install a set of valve extenders on my dually. They charged me $30 for the install, but did not do the installation. They said to come back Monday morning and they would install first thing. So I came in Monday morning at 7 and Steve said less than an hour... Two hours later, they brought the truck out. I noticed when I got home that 1 extender on each side did not have the lock nut to hold it to the bracket. Total bullshit - wasted my time and didn't care. read more

I drove an hour to this place for a car, they didn't even have it ready or sent it through inspections, and forgot to inform me on that before hand. So I got a half assed look at the car, just to leave and then drive another hour back the next day to get the car. They didn't send me my new tags at all, I had to contact them multiple times, just to get transferred to multiple people who had no answers for me, I still haven't gotten my tags, so I can't even use the damn car. We discussed the pricing and not wanting the additional add one, just to find out from my bank they they didn't take anything off or adjust the pricing to what was discussed. So they fucked me on my car, they fucked me on my time, and they fucked me on my payments. If I could give no stars I would, because this dealership and everyone who works at that location are god awful. read more
