After making me wait, he claimed his machines were not working and ultimately canceled on me again.I spent two full days waiting at my tenant's condo for a service that never happened. I scheduled a carpet cleaning for my apartment unit, and Roberto was fully aware that it was an apartment when he accepted the job. Despite that, when he arrived, he seemed unprepared to handle the logistics and got frustrated with the setup, claiming it was too complicated to run the hoses. It also appeared that he was expecting help--possibly from my son--and when he didn't receive the attention he expected, he became upset. Instead of communicating or attempting a solution, he abruptly left without doing the job and only sent a brief text saying it was "too complicated." When I tried calling to follow up, he didn't answer until the third attempt. During our conversation, he sounded annoyed and said this wasn't the first time he had disagreed with a client, but that it was okay because it only happens once or twice a year. He also mentioned that he has "too many followers on Instagram" and enough business that he doesn't need mine. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I decided to stick with them, though, because they're very responsive to criticism, and seemed to genuinely make things right. After a few months of service, I'm glad I did stick with them. Our regular cleaner, Asel, is phenomenal. Any changes to schedule, etc., are communicated well ahead of time. Pricing isn't the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive (for whatever reason, cleaning services in South OC are just very, very expensive, even compared to NY, where I was last).
