They did not check for leaks or anything and put "found no mechanical failures" on the report even though there were MULTIPLE found when I hired an outside company to check their work. Now my AC is totally shot and needs to be replaced...but they are on vacation while I am stuck living in a 91 degree home in FL in the middle of the summer, because they did not do their job. They came to fix the unit back in mid-JUNE and over a month later they STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE PROBLEM THEY MADE WORSE! Exceptional job!…read more Turns out I had been living with a 17 year old air conditioner that was pulling way too much power, as well as constantly dripping (which I learned was due to the previous "service" company's failure to install the replacement air handler properly). The gentleman who looked over the system was very helpful in explaining his recommendations (a 16 SEER Rheem... which is one is the more reasonably priced units! Yay!) The crew of two from Complete were on time, courteous, very competent and definitely complete in the delivery of the unit and it's installation. It was a sweltering day and they had to work out in the heat. But they took the time necessary to do the job right. They removed the old unit and took it away. They installed the new unit and did some extra work that wasn't on the work order to do the job the way it should be done. And they cleaned up everything. They also took care of getting me the rebates and credits which were deducted from the invoice total. (Don't you just hate sending in whatever to get the rebate for your purchase. Maybe the deduction from the invoice is normal... just glad it was all taken care of, though.) It has been two weeks and the unit performs quietly and even seems to maintain the desired temperature better. At least I am not constantly "fiddling" with the thermostat like before. If you appreciate knowing what is appropriate for your circumstance, why it is and caring workmanship... check with Complete. It took me two months to decide after their initial visit and they never pushed or pressured... just answered my next set of questions. That is the way to get my business!

It was determined that a tech would need to come home and diagnose the problem for a charge. I agreed and proceeded to schedule a tech visit. After waiting for the tech to show up at the time agreed, the tech called me to let me know he got tied up and asked if we could reschedule for the next day. We did, and tech confirmed that he would be here between 10 and 12 PM. I proceeded to move around my schedule to make sure I would be home for the tech's visit, around 10 AM I reached out to the tech to confirm he was on his way and he texted me that he would not be able to make it until after 3 PM. Not what we had agreed on. I communicated to him that I made arrangements to make sure I would be here at the time agreed and he never responded. I called the main office and they told me to expect a call from the tech, The tech never called me or responded to my call. At 3:30 PM, I call the main office and tried to get an explanation of what happened but I was just told that they were going to reach to the tech again. I just cancelled the request. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

This time I get the manager/owner Tony on the phone, who is rude and defensive that I complained having to pay the service fee without any repair being done, saying that "it's probably a leaky gasket" but "nobody carries gaskets on the truck." Before he hangs up, he says he would have to call his supplier for an estimate on the price of the parts and call me back to schedule a follow-up. That was 1 week ago and I still haven't heard from them. Basically they charged me $60, didn't make a repair, and pretended it was MY fault. This business is operating on incompetence and fraud.
