This was one of the best experiences I had with a service provider. I worked directly with the owner. On the day of my carpet cleaning at my new home, Scotty mentioned he was going to stop and get some coffee and would be right over. Though the power of suggestion, I too thought that was a good idea. He happened to be 3 cars ahead of me in the drive through. We both had a good chuckle over that. When we got to the house, I didn't know I didn't have water. Fortunately for me he had enough on the truck to complete the job. As I was moving in the next day and didn't have water, he left me a few bottles of water so we didn't get dehydrated. The service and customer service that he provide was exceptional. He was fast but thorough, friendly and provided quality service. I already have him lined up to clean the carpets at the old house. From the owner (Scott) on down to the guys in the field, this outfit is top notch. Super friendly people, quality cleaning, affordable. Scott and Jason really worked with me and my elderly mother. And I can't speak highly enough about Jason who actually done the cleaning. Jason went out of his way to do more than we asked. He disinfected all the areas and then some. This was important to me being that my mom is in her nineties. Usually you end up paying more than you planned. Not with these guys. I ended up paying less. I used ECC for the first time for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Jeff came over and did a fantastic job by being very thorough with the details. I was surprised on how he was able to get rid off all the stains that my toddler left on the fabric sofa. I never give reviews for anything but Jason really really went above and beyond what was expected...it was so easy to see the power that was behind his steam cleaner. Because of my specific needs (being 70 years old, and couldn't afford it, I was not going to have them disinfect my carpet and mattress (which needed it) - they disinfected it at no cost to me. Now they didn't need to do that; they wanted to. My carpet and mattress look like new and they must have used a softener because they are SOOO soft....BLESS THEM...!! read more

I have not had my carpets cleaned for at least 5 years. So I was looking forward to getting them cleaned this year. I was given a great price to have all the carpet (5 rooms) in my house done. Jeff did a wonderful job. He was very considerate and made sure I was happy with the results. He advised me to have all my fans going in the rooms and to bump up the heater to help the drying process. He had started at 7am. By 1pm, the carpets were almost dry but I didn't move furniture back in until the next morning, just to make sure all was good. The chemical smell had dissipated by morning, but I had candles going all evening to help. My neighbor came by the next morning and was amazed at how clean the carpet looked (although I didn't have a lot of traffic marks, I had pet stains throughout the house), and did not smell any chemical smell. Easy Clean not only showed up over two hours late to clean the carpets on an Auburn condo last week, but they left them soaking wet. They said it would take 3 hours to dry...ummm...not even close! They were still damp the following day. On a positive note, the bad experience I had with Easy Clean caused me to call another carpet cleaner for a Roseville condo I needed cleaned this week (we have a real estate and property management company). So I called another company who did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpets (see the last review I wrote) and I will be using them exclusively from now on. If Easy Clean did a good job, they would have earned my repeat business. Hope they improve their scheduling and cleaning methods, as it looks like I'm not the only one unimpressed by their performance. read more

Found these guys via a search on Google. Their price was good, they showed up on time (called first) and were in and out very quickly. I needed my carpets cleaned per my lease agreement. So, the landlord can charge an outragous cleaning fee to the next tenant!! Anyway, I would use them again. They even added a fragrance at no extra charge and only charged me $2 per stair rather than $4. Can't beat that with a stick! read more

Had a great experience with Easy Clean, nothing like the other reviews below. I needed a quick move-out carpet clean for a place in Auburn. They were able to schedule me a few days out, and they gave me a deal even thought I wasn't technically in the greater Sacramento area. The schedule for the technician ended up being messy, so he showed up a little late but was still cleaning my carpets at 5pm in the dark. The technician was extremely nice and helpful, left everything where he said he would and the carpets looked great. Landlord was very happy!
