I told them that I did not need a bow tie or shoes however, they still charged me for them. 1 week before my wedding, I get the tux delivered and was extremely disappointed with EVERYTHING. The tux jacket was literally a dark beige (I ordered ivory.) my pants were not the same style as the ones I tried on, and the material was horrible. 1/10 overall do not recommend. In a panic, my fiancée gave me the info for the gentlemen's tux club and I called... Vanessa answered and was an absolute life saver. She calmed my nerves when she said they had all white jackets and could see me that day!!!!! The whole experience from getting there, the fitting, and the customer service was AMAZINGGGGG! They have a sweet deal where if at least 5 of my groomsmen in my party rent through them, then one of the rentals will be free in which I ended up applying towards my tuxedo rental. We came in as a group for the initial fitting and I took them for a couple rounds of drinks on me at a nearby brewery afterwards and called it a deal. My tuxedo was ready for pick up on a Monday for my wedding day that Saturday which is a perfect amount of time for last minute adjustments. My Brother who lives in Orange County went to their OC location for the initial fitting and pickup and their system was all synced up with the San Diego location without an issue. Only tip I would say is if you're the groom, be sure to stop by in person ahead of time to setup your wedding party and to get in their system, and then schedule the fitting at least 2 months prior to the event date. I've now had TWO appointments there, both scheduled in advance, and both times I arrived on time only to wait well over 30 minutes before even being acknowledged properly. In both cases, I eventually received a text saying they were "ready" for me long after my appointment time had already passed. On my most recent visit, I checked in for a 6 PM appointment, was told it would be "about five minutes," then sat waiting while the store was relatively quiet. Once I was finally brought back, I was told the sales associate I had been booked with was unavailable and someone else would step in while she finished another fitting. Then I sat in the fitting room alone for another several minutes with nobody assisting me. The first experience was somehow worse. I checked in, waited, then eventually decided to reschedule because it was obvious the store was overwhelmed. During that process, the employee helping me repeatedly forgot my name despite already checking me in multiple times. Earlier during that same visit, another associate had forgotten the suit sizes, colors, and event deadlines I had already explained. What's frustrating is that this isn't a budget suit shop trying to survive high volume traffic. SuitSupply presents itself as a premium experience, and at these price points, basic organization, punctuality, and attentiveness should be expected. I genuinely like the suits, which makes this even more disappointing. But after multiple appointments with the same issues, the service feels disorganized, inattentive, and far below the standard the brand projects.
