I highly recommend this restaurant/eatery. It was my first experience with Korean foods and they have yet to disappoint. Be sure to take your time and read through the menu carefully as there are MANY excellent choices. If you can't handle a little spice in your food then you may be at the wrong place as Korean food is famous for its spicy flavors. I have NEVER had a bad meal at this place and have learned to eat my AFTER shopping in the market. Update: I came back for my weekly visit and found this place packed! I rarely come to Morrow, so gotta leave a review for a future reminder to stop by again! Eat More Korean (EMK) is located inside the Farmer's Market. The Farmer's Market is a part of a long shopping strip.... therefore, the parking is AMAZING. YES! As soon as you enter the Farmer's market, look to your right. EMK's entrance is right there. They do have tables/seats available. EMK also has water/cups, sauces, utensils, etc. It's actually pretty well stocked. I judge every Korean place by their Kimchi Jigae. Happy to say, it's very good. In it, has solid broth, Kimchi, some dduk, some meat (well, very little meat, I'd add more if I were them), onions, etc. Super delicious. I was actually surprised. Along with the Jigae, you'll get rice and banchan. Had 3 types of banchan, it was fairly filling. The Jigae itself is massive. I was very full. Bubble Tea: The boba is GREAT. Firm but chewy. Again, I was surprised! The Thai Tea is not as sweet, so it wasn't as tasty for me. However, that's just my taste buds. Others may enjoy this if they like less sweet Thai Tea. My bf had the Mocha Bubble Tea. I actually like his more... because it tasted like Chocolate Milk! Lol. Price - wise, very good. Quite happy overall. read more

Very nice staff and great food. I got tteokbokki (toppoki, ) (spicy rice cakes) with ramen. Delicious. We also got the red bean taiyaki (fish shaped waffle filled with red bean) which was also great. The tteokbokki is not too spicy and it's kinda sweet. It has cabbage and green onion, fish cake, and of course rice cakes and ramen. All employees were wearing masks and they had hand sanitizer available. Well spaced out. Nice staff and great overall experience. If you're in a hurry I would recommend ordering ahead because it does take some time but nothing unexpected. 10/10 read more

This place was okay. I was really craving kimchi stew and didn't feel like driving north. First bite was heartburn, but I dealt with it. The kimchi may have had a bit of fish sauce in it, but being cooked kinda mulls the flavor thank goodness. My bf had the bibimbap Stone bowl with pork, he said it was okay and would try something else if we came back. The banchan is really meager, I have mine to him because I wanted kimchi and not fish cake and noodles. Forgettable experience. The boba Thai tea was ok, it took a really long time to come out, but that was ok for me since I like to drink at the end of my meal. read more

The business has a serious problem opening on time. I brought this issue to the attention of management but it seemed to me they did not care. So if the opening is at 11:00 then the staff begin arriving around 11:10 and ready for the first order by 11:20. I watched 3 people leave waiting on the staff to arrive. Just take down the sign and allow the customers to guess if the business is open by coming by to see the display illuminated. Piss poor in my book. The business should be better. read more

I absolutely love this restaurant! it's a small little restaurant tucked away on the side of Nam Dae Mun market. (i honestly think it should be it's on building) The portion sizes are very generous! and i'm a big guy! I've eaten here about 5 times now and every time is amazing. I usually get the Pork Donkatsu and it is the best you can get south of Atlanta! For about $10 you get about 10-12 pieces of fried pork cutlet, rice, a salad and miso soup, a very good value! The most recent time we tried the Spicy beef and Veggie soup. It came with a small bowl of race, tray of fish cakes, japchae, and kimchi. it wasn't as hot as i was expecting but still very good! There menu is constantly expanding, they added sushi and soon to have Kimbap (which i'm super excited for!) They also have Bubble tea and Fruit Smoothies from scratch! It's no kung fu tea but it sure does fulfill my bubble tea cravings! The cashier and the rest of the staff are always so nice! i hate to be that person that comes before close, but we sometimes come 30 minutes before close and they still give good service! (sorry guys!) even though i bet they are tired and want to go home. Eat More Korean is located inside Nam Dae Mun market, you wouldn't even know it's there due to no signage out front.. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic korean food that doesn't break your budget! It is definitely one of my favorite places to eat South of Atlanta! It's a good effort to becoming one of the few Korean restaurants here in the Morrow area, but the food is just subpar. I was really not impressed with this place. I'm not sure if the other reviewers have had Korean food from restaurants located in the Duluth area or not, but this is nothing compared to the restaurants up there. I am a HUGE fan of Korean cuisine, so my friends and I went here to grab a bite to eat since we didn't want to make the drive up north. My friends got the bibimbap which was okay, the spicy pork which was okay, the short ribs which was probably the best thing on the table, and a donkatsu which was probably the worst dish on the table. The donkatsu was dry as can be, and it was not browned at all. I'd even say it was pale. The side dishes were kind of bland and the kimchi was not yet ready. The restaurant itself is very bare and boring as well. I love the idea of having more Asian restaurants here in the area, so I am totally behind this restaurant in its effort to breaking into this untapped market. I am positive that this place could be better and would be a gigantic money machine if the food quality was a little better. read more

Today I went here for the first time. Unknowingly, my friend and I showed up 30 minutes before they would close. The pretty cashier, however, was really nice and told us not to worry. Unlike many places that rushes you out, everyone here were very friendly and helpful. I visited Eat More Korean hoping for something somewhat authentic and was blown away by how great the food was! The restaurant is located just inside the Nam De Mun Market. I visited with my husband and parents. When Dad walked inside, he was instantly turned off by the fish smell from the market and the hole in the wall vibe, but by the end of our evening, he was raving about the food saying he was so glad he stayed! Three of us ordered stone bowl bibimbap. This was my comfort food dish when I lived in Seoul and I highly recommend it, especially for people new to Korean food. Served in a very hot stone bowl is a hefty portion of rice, vegetables, an egg (cooked to order, just ask), and meat. The bowl will crisp up the rice on the bottom if you let it stay there for a while, which I like to do. Stir it all up and mix in the mostly spicy but a little sweet gochujang, the red sauce in the shared tubes, and you'll have a full, authentic Korean experience. Seriously, this tastes just like the stuff in Seoul, and I was so happy to enjoy those flavors again (without having to travel to Buford Hwy or Duluth, mind you). My husband got the galbi and we shared some of the different fish-shaped filled waffle desserts (all good and very sweet - my favorite is the cream cheese one). Korean meals are traditionally served with side dishes ("banchan" in Korean), and in authentic restaurants like this one, these side dishes are free and included with your food. Kimchi should always be included, but the other side dishes vary, sometimes from person to person. We had japchae (sweet potato noodle with veggies) and a cabbage salad with a light soup and I can't remember what else. The food is served from the window off the kitchen. Keep an eye out for your order and enjoy! Eat More Korean exceeded my expectations and delivers delicious Korean food in a cheaper environment. The market is cold so bring a sweater, and if you get the bibimbap, bring your appetite because hte portion is large! read more

Different sides with the bibimbop this time, it was some cold noodle dish and I don't know what it is called but I could eat an entire meal of just that, especially when it's warm out. This little spot is tucked away in the grocery store, just to the right of the entrance. It's worth the visit! I came with a friend for lunch and we both got the stone bowl bibimbap. It was so yummy! The food didn't take long to come out either. They also have bubble tea! I got the tarp and it was delicious - lots of flavor and sweet but not too sweet. It was probably the best taro I've ever had, actually! Kept the complex, layered flavor and the boba was good too. The staff are very nice and helpful, which is a nice plus. read more

This is my first time eating here. I have to say the food is good but not a perfect five. Being Korean, I was hoping for your traditional sides like cucumber kimchi , bean sprouts , Korean seasoned potatoes but I got little kimchi and mostly salad with shrimp sauce. Korean beef is flavorful but has too much fat. Overall, I will eat here again if I'm in town. I also ordered ramen with dukboki. I'm used to having sliced beef with it but it was flavorful still. Came here after watching a movie with the hubby and wanted something close by. It's in the Nam Dae Mun grocery store across from AMC theater. The restaurant itself was pretty clean and the person who took our order was pleasant. We both opted to try their seafood ramen as it was the special for the day for $5.99. We got a buzzer that let us know when to pick up food from the window. The food didn't take long and it was pretty yummy. However nothing special like homemade noodles. Matter of fact we saw boxes of the Nong Shin Ramen noodles in the back and figured they probably made our noodles with that which we could have done at home!! Wednesday 06/12/17: Glad we ate here instead of a chain restaurant, before our movie at AMC 24. You have a lot of options to choose from, I went with K-11 Rice Stone Bowl (Beef) and it was above and beyond. It came out very fresh/hot and sizzling with kimchi and bean sprouts on the side. Additionally, there was a soup that I drink, but then added to the bowl. A sauce also accommodates the order and it is scrumptious but just don't over do it, when adding it on. The reason for leaving the review with 4/5 stars is honestly lackluster bubble tea. It just had a weird constitution in my opinion, and the strawberry flavour was a bit like that of nesquik powder. I wish a business this dedicated was close to me, if I am ever back in Morrow I will "eat more Korean" : ). Good service. read more

Eat More Korean is authentic Korean food. Portions are always large and the side dish provided besides the kimchi is always different everyday. King Sushi right next to them is also excellent. The food is always incredibly tasty. I usually order the spicy Korean bbq pork, chicken, or the spicy tofu soup. Unfortunately, for me, due to my cucumber allergy, I am limited for the sushi selection. I have bought the California rolls and even though they did not contain cucumbers, I broke out in an allergic reaction shortly. This is because they most likely use the same mat to chop all the sushi ingredients for every sushi on instead of separating different types to chop on other unused mats. The bubble tea is fantastic and the fish waffles are also worth getting. However, on some days, it might be slow getting the bubble tea. Ordered their Korean beef pho, it came with salt on the side, Kim chi and rice as a side dish. I wanted to try their sushi, but it doesn't look so fresh to me.
